We waste so much money at school, airports, and public areas by putting all this fancy wellbeing in. I believe his theory is that if in attendance was a constitutional convention, the result would be a alien constitution, and thus there would never be a constitutional convention which occur "since the present constitution was adopt."
I believe that Superman's theory is wrong for two reason. First, there could enjoy been a constitutional convention which did NOT adopt a hot constitution (though I don't believe there be one). Second, a constitutional convention is necessary to revise the constitution, which I believe could be done short adopting a different one. (See Cal. Const., art. XVIII, sec. 2.)

My husband is singular being remunerated if he works on the holiday. This I don't think is right. He should be salaried for 8 hours. Not 7 hours because he only works from midnight to 7 am!!
