Fired from my job...?
I be fired from work when I was 15 (I be 14 when I started and had a short time ago turned 15 when I was agree to go). It was with the sole purpose working as a bagger so no major assignment. What happened be they gave me a sheet to be signed by my principal and he be out for 2 days. I was told not to come to work until this form be signed so I did not. I ended up anyone scheduled to work the 2 days he be gone and on the 3rd day when I have the sheet signed and came home I received a name from my manager who said she have to terminate my employment for missing 2 days contained by a row (no show). I tried to explain what just happen and why I did not show up but she did not want to hear it and said shes sorry and put the phone down. I am now 17 and want to apply for a work at finish line. Do I still enjoy to put it down that I was terminated from a assignment even though I was narrowly 15 when that happened? If yes next how long do I have to put it down on applications that I be terminated from employment?Answers: I would leave the infomation that you ever worked at this finishing employer off your resume completely-- don't mention it. It surely won't do you a lick of fitting.
Since it's only Finish Line and you're so infantile, they're probably not going to dive into a big background check close to a large company that would be paying you big bucks would.
Hi Brian.
I guess you are base in the US, so I'm not sure if the employment imperative in Britain is similar. Anyway, it will dispense you something to check out.
Here in Britain anyone underneath the age of 16 is classed as a child and a child is not allowed to work, unless it is quantity of a youth opportunity scheme which is usually run by the school in conjunction beside various employer. The youth opps. are paid a wage but the integral idea aft the scheme is for students to see what it is similar to to work for a living and what sort of job they would approaching to do in the adjectives.
Therefore, if you have be working at the age of 14/15 (being effectively a 'child') and were fired, at hand is no need to allege that in any adjectives job application.
Like I said, this is how it works contained by Britain, so please do not take it as read that it's like in the US but do check it out formerly you take any accomplishment.
If I were you, I would not even put that living on your resume.
And I'm doubting at your age that an employer will even ask for a resume. Simply fill out the tentative job application as if it is your first profession and go from in that.
If on the off providence that someone does ask about the previous employment, you can indicate that you were underneath age at the time and didn't feel it applied to a resume.
I sincerely dislike intensely employers who use kids. We own one here in my town (a newspaper) that in actual fact cheats the delivery boys out of money. Then if they do complain or mention that they chew over something is wrong, they get fired.
What should i do?
My friend is in a wheelchair, he get agent orange surrounded by Vietnam. The problem is that these kids I used to know (my son ex-friendss older brother) maintain going over there and asking him for money. He have no problem giving Donny a few bucks but the other kids he doesn't even know and they never offer to mow his grass or sholvel or anything. Yesterday one of them brought his mother over there and asked for money when my friend told them no they ripped rotten his money out of his wallet and left. It be on the table and he didn't notice till they be gone. I have call and told them to leave him alone and they threatened to see my *** if I didn't shut up. What can I do???? I am worried about my friend what if they preserve coming there and soon won't transport no for an answer????Answers: Have him call the police, taking money is stealing. Those ancestors are criminals.

Stare decisis useless?
i am studying law first year...after reading tonnes of cases, merely superficial understanding on respectively case though, i still own no idea why stare decisis or precedent should be apply.IMHO,the are of late a useless device that the legal system brag in the order of, considering the fact that courts sometimes depart from precedent whenever they feel similar to to..anyone would like to clarify why stare decisis is applied and why precedent are followed and not?THKZZAnswers: Generally when law lords depart from precedent it is because circumstances have changed from the time of the innovative decision. And most normally these departures are done at a higher court height where more than one peacemaker decides the luggage.
If stare decisis did not apply, then every court could interpret every imperative differently. This would be rather higgledy-piggledy (Russia has suffered this fate).
Stare decisis serves to formulate the law consistent country-wide. And the greater the court, the more effect the decision will enjoy. Not only does this assist the intercede in his result, but it helps prevent law lords from becoming corrupt, or being influenced from outside entities about their decisions.
Should I give Rs.250 to patwari within shape of corruption ?
SINCE2003, I AM CONTINUOUSLY TRYING TO GET ENTER THE PUNJAB FINANCIAL COMMISSIONER APPEALS-CHANDIGARH'S JUDGEMENT IN THE REVENUE RECORD, BY SENDING ATTESTED COPY OF JUDGEMENT TO DEPUTY COMMISSIONER AMRITSAR AND SUBORDINATE OFFICES.BUT FRUITLESS.RTI-ACT CAME IN 2005. I TRIED THIS ACTUP TO STATE INFORMATION COMMISSIONER/REVENUE MINISTER.I SENT E-MAILS TO MINISTERS/CABNET MINISTER.BUT NO RESPONSE.IF I GO TO ANY COURT IT WILL COST ME ATLEASTRS.30 THOUSANDS. BUT PATWARI WILL TAKE RS.250 IN THE SHAPE OF CORRUPTION, FOR SUPPLYING THE INFORMATION.SHOULD I GIVE RS250TO PATWARI OR SHOULD I SPEND RS30000/IN COURTS FOR GETTING INFORMATION ?.Answers: Why
Mr.Shah, you are probably not aware that a former PM is on record for have quipped once that corruption is a channel of life surrounded by India. You
also appear not to be aware that corruption has be developed to a fine art.We are a developed nation at least within this respect,We
could teach the world some course and more.
In such a scenario don't you think it is sagacious to
pay up Rs.250 to the patwari to return with your job done than spend your time, dash and hard earn money in litigating?I am sure you agree.
Good Luck near your enterprise.
who is stopping you from doing this. pay and bring your job done.
Underage Drinking?
My daughter was caught concluding night drinking underage by a forest ranger. She is 16 years outdated and almost 17. She was caught next to 4 of other kids. The ranger only give her a ticket for $125 smiliar to a speeding ticket. I was wondering if the charge would be record on her record and any other information that can be provided. Thanks
Answers: mountain. have it right the only concern you should hold is the fact she be drinking. it does not matter if it is on her account the fact is she be drinking underage. poor judgment, peer pressure, dearth of adult guidance, anything the reason she is drinking underage it is wrong and you call for to focus on that. i hope the fact that you asked this give somebody the third degree shows you are dealing with her and not your concern give or take a few a "record".
good luck nick this opportunity to talk to her and hold her ACCOUNTABLE for the choice she made.
firstly, in that it no need to mention her age when it comes to instances as this...if she is below the Legal drinking age of your state/country/county, it will be on her permanent transcript for certain.
Simply paying the fine will not net it go away, zilch will, one its done its done. Just pray it doesnt happen again because she will most probable spend the night contained by jail depending on you local law.
also maybe you should punish her too, to brand sure for a fact that this does not come to pass again...you should be more worried about you daughter than her irredeemable record..that cannot be fix or altered, she can.
I wouldn't be as worried just about the record as I would be if she be getting hooked on the stuff. My mother was an alcoholic and I practically raise myself. My son was for good injured in an quirk that alcohol was involved. I enjoy never drank and I do not condone it - however, I am not a religious fanatic. It is a moment ago the aforementioned events in my vivacity plus countless other sad stories own shown me the absolute seriousness of the problem. Many parents regard as it is ok for kids to drink. I think it is not. People feat as if I am somehow abnormal for not drinking, but I reason THEY are the abnormal and stupid ones for partaking of such a dodgy elixir. It has be shown to be a life-destroyer many times over, nonetheless people shun you if you don't drink.
If you're summoned to go to court over old-fashioned credit card debt, can you just wallet for bankruptcy?
Or is it too past due by that time? Thanks.Answers: One of my areas of practice is bankruptcy decree and debtor's rights.
If you have be summoned to go to court, and you come to nothing to appear at court, and/or file an appropriate answer near the court prior to the date listed on the summons, a defaulting judgment will most feasible be issued against you.
Bankruptcy is a process by which most, (although somtimes not all) debts are discharged. There are two types of bankruptcies which are the most adjectives: Chapter 7 and Chapter 13.
Unless this is a very, especially large credit card debt, file bankruptcy over one debt probably isn't within your best interest. The reason for this is that you can simply file ruin every so often. (every 8 years for chapter 7, and every 4 years on Chapter 13).
Once you profile for bankruptcy protection, adjectives court proceedings (with the exception of eviction processes) are put on hold during the bankruptcy. If the debts are discharged, after the cases must be dismissed.
As was mentioned above, you necessitate to consult with a collapse attorney licensed in your state. He/she can push for you on your options, what property you might know how to retain if you decide on a liquidation, and the fees and other costs. (Bankruptcy is not cheap)
For a referral, contact your local or state bar association.
If you're summoned to appear contained by court, you have to move about. If you file insolvent prior to the date of the hearing, bring your bankurptcy filings to the audible range.
If it's just a summons, and you don't folder an answer with the court, the credit card company will win a default taste against you, to which you can also file bankrupt--provided you hadn't file bankrupt up to that time.
Better talk to an attorney and get sure that the paperwork you received is a summons and not a subpoena. Bankrupcty laws own changed and you need to speak to an attorney that handle bankruptcy contained by your area.
Since nearby is no way your liquidation could be final prior to your summons date, yes and no.
Go and consult with a liquidation attorney that can tell you if you can profile and get it started. Expect to take-home pay $1000+ dollars to file.
No thing what, go to court and relate the judge why you didn't wage and why you can't pay in a minute.
Then decide if you inevitability to file.
The ruin laws enjoy been changed. You use to be capable of do that but now you hold to do considerably more to prove you are bankrupt. Better and easier to a short time ago pay the debt if it is a valid debt.
This past weekend, I be apprehended by base shelter for DUI, Underaged drinking, & eluding a DUI checkpoint.
What's probably gonna occur? I've been surrounded by the Navy a little over a year beside no prior NJPs.Answers: I don't know about the Navy, but the Army have a federal magistrate on post to handle DUIS (more citations are for civilians on post than military, hence the US Attorney's hold a mag court to simplify these prosecutions). Thus, it may not be handled beneath the UCMJ, but under federal regulation generally.
Contact the Navy trial defense services organization for your installation and explain your situation. They are lawyers that can properly advocate you and protect your confidential information. Don't talk to your command, friends until you hold done so. They will advise you of what consequences you are potential to be facing.
You have the right to converse to an attorney, but only if you exercise it. Until you tell to THAT attorney. Keep your mouth shut. It's called invoking your rights below Article 31 of the UCMJ (works like Miranda rights, but stronger, because your secure of command cannot talk to you as very well as law enforcement after you invoke).
If no priors,Federal Court, plea to a poorer, fines, go home.
Could be some time and a slew of fines.
I don't know anymore since we allowed Freedom to be taken by the terrorists.
You entail to be talking to the Advocate General's organization. You're under the UCMJ immediately; no civilian can give you obedient advice or take home legitimate comments. Even vet can only relate their own experience; it depends on your bed and how command wants to pursue it in attendance.
Need help next to plea bargain detail?
I be arrested for burglary although didn't actually commit burglary. My attorney has be talking next to the DA and has said I hold one of two option. I can any go to trial (lots more money) but there's a 90% hit and miss I'll win. Or I can get the charge dropped to a county ordinance disorderly conduct, reward a $100 fine, and court costs ($150). My question is if I pilfer the second option, and I imbue out a criminal background check will it show up as burglary? Or a County Ordinance? Or at adjectives? What should I do?What I really want to know is if someone runs a background check on me (like an apartment community), will it show up as burglary, disorderly conduct, or not at adjectives, or other?
Answers: Depends on the data remains. apartments and local employers mostly only ask give or take a few convictions and can only get hold of access to convictions. They will learn more or less the conviction for disorderly. On the other hand, copious (but not all) government agencies enjoy access to the NCIC data stub. That record will record the original charge as capably as the ultimate conviction. Most government, however, care with the sole purpose about the outcome, as they make out that the original charges own little significance.
It will show up as Disorderly Conduct; the charge you plead to.
Do you think Prais Hilton should be treated resembling all of the other populace?
when Prais got contained by jail she get back out should she be treated close to us and not a frek`in Queen.Answers: yes, definitely
When Paris go back the second time, she in reality served more time than the average person would enjoy served for those offenses because the jail/public servants were human being scrutinized.
Every daytime we hear about another notoriety DUI, but how many of them enjoy we heard serving significant time? Most inhabitants serving significant time had multiple offenses or the DUI be only part of the pack of the charged offenses.
I'm not defending Paris Hilton, but the reality is the jail are so over-crowded that her offense gets little send to prison time so that they can house violent criminals, those beside felony charges, those that are being held lacking bond, those that were picked up on warrant for various reason, etc.
If she can afford a good lawer, next who knows what can come about...
