I am 17yrs ancient & currently a 14/15 yr old is harrassing me severly and threatening to spar me and my friends. How do I go something like filing for a restraining instruct without him knowing and minus me leaving institution? How do I even file for a restraining writ? Does he have to know? I significantly doubt that the courts will allow you as a minor, to file for a restraining demand against another minor. Answers: My sister advise me to form an LLC so that I could put my house in its nickname. I do not wish my address to be publicly searchable as I work near criminals and do not want them to look me up when they get out.
