If They don't un-ban me, is it illegal?
There is this website that I'm on, and they lately blocked me last darkness. I've sent them emails and such asking why, and to give me adjectives the stuff to another one of my accounts, and they haven't replied. The thing is that I've sent them money to return with these little objects on there. And there's deeply of them that I haven't opened- but I've spent money and time on it otherwise. Is it illegal for them to not un-ban me because it'd be similar to stealing? Also, I did nothing against TOS, so that's another object why to un-ban me, I guess.Answers: if you did nothing wrong next why were you debarred?? they dont ban you from sites for no point. but in answer to your put somebody through the mill if you read this TOS you speak of it probably says somewhere surrounded by there that adjectives parts of the site (including things YOU have salaried for) become property of the owner of the site..and no they dont have to unban you if to be exact the case.

How can we have such double standards?
Last dark at a HS football game a guy and girl get in a given name calling match, I make out they used to date. She kicked him in the groin and he sought medical treatment.If a guy hit a girl it is thought to be horrible, this be almost treated as a joke by some. I grasp it was tough to draw from the police do their job and arrest her. I regard if it had not be for women getting upset about it nought would have be done.
How can we have such a double standard and why the split along sexual category lines about what should be done? To me the split seem to be opposite of what I would own expected.
Answers: Double standards is simply a harsh sincerity. Women [and ladies, don't get touchy, I am a woman] are often regard as being the weaker species while men are regard as being the stronger ones. You see three couples conflict in the streets : A lesbian couple, a gay couple, and a heterosexual couple. It's most expected that the lesbian and gay couple will be viewed as "entertaining" because they are see as being equal contained by strength even though one may be significantly stronger and more dominating. But, strength overall in cases similiar to this seem to be to be directly associated with sexual category. The heterosexual couple will, of course, hold its "entertaining" aspects to many, but tons more people would deem this a threatening situation. And going posterior to the double standard/strength in association near gender..If the woman be abusing the manly, many would simply assume that he "deserved it" while if the man be abusing the woman, I'm sure in that would be people who would win involved because they would see her as being contained by danger. Abuse is name-calling regardless of gender, see, age, ect.I'm sure that it also has to do next to what's put in front of the public as in good health. Many, many women speak out on their insolent situations while a relatively lower number of men do. Though this seems to be a "spout between exlovers" and may not be a continuous and long residence abusive situation, it's still unfortunate to see that there be such reluctance towards arresting her.
yes we are viewed as weaker than a mannish, however there are so oodles women that need to save their hands to themselves and stop provoking trouble. I be abused and I have raise my son not to hit females.

Prostitution should not be a crime. How is it that the only aim the act is unjust is because money changes hand? Abusive sex may be forceful, but at least you can return with up and walk away from it and live, even if it bring psychological problems, you can still live.Murder erases someone from adjectives existence. So WHY do people treat sex crimes resembling paedophilia and rape as worse!

In a job I have 4 yrs. ago, I called contained by one day to read out I would be late because a pipe burst at our home. In other job since then, the firing hasn't be an issue, but now that I am applying for state, city & county job, they will want to delve further into why, examine references, etc. next to a fine-toothed comb (this happened during the ultimate interview). look into IF you hold to tell them why you be fired. if he does not have to recount you then you may not own to tell them.

You didn't lie in the order of why you were slowly. Don't feel guilty. Your former boss should touch guilty. Don't let any potential employer frighten you into attitude you did something wrong.
Be self-confident and if they ask in the region of that job, inform them that despite perfect attendance and work reviews, after you be late to work because a pipe burst at your house, your boss fired you. End of story. Let the former employer try and spin it. It's immoral for them to do that. They won't.

Absenteeism is a big problem contained by the work place. If you give sick days, you get hold of bet they will all be used by most workforce.
This sounds like an excuse to gain rid of you rather than the genuine reason.
Look at it from your employer perspective. Were you indeed missed at work. Was there something lone you could do leaving the situation undone.
I be in the fire and flood restoration business for a while and yes we have to have someone at home when we worked but a babe-in-arms sitter or house sitter would have done only just fine. Never saw anyone get fired over a broken pipe which doesn't steal two days to fix, unless you are spending most of that time looking for someone to do it cheaper.

Lately, I established to delete some books I downloaded from some websites because I found out they were immorally distributed. So I went for properly and freely available ones which I would like to set free to my hard drive. Is it wrong to do so?In the first place, is it trully wicked to download books freely available on the Internet?
Answers: Just because something is freely available doesn't mean it is legally recognized. There are Mp3s, books and software that are copyright protected but are freely available in several illegal formats.
Downloading books from sites that submit copyright-expired texts similar to Project Gutenberg or the IPL is legal and you can accumulate them to your drive (no, it isn't wrong).
Many websites go to great length to protect copyrighted material from anyone overtly cached or downloaded simply because they're aware of the ease surrounded by which people can retrieve things from the makeshift download folders.
Your cache copies web page anyway so I don't see how it could be unless it is child porn or something similar. Books might be illegal solitary if it is copyrighted and illegally distributed.
