Yeah, I know it sounds cruel, but too many kids are have kids, and that is simply down right IRRESPONSIBLY.
First, kids cant support infants, it leads to more poverty.
Second, kids can't lift kids, they don't have the enthusiasm experience to pass on.
Third, Kids that return with pregnant usually do so because of drugs and alcohol, this is frequently passed on as health problems to infants, low birth weights, premature births and birth defect.
It all comes down to this "protect the children" crap that shields them from evil. Don't hold backbone information from your kids, EDUCATE them! Don't expect the school to do it for you. Girls have need of to know how NOT to get pregnant since boys figure out how to generate it happen!
