Answers: to make sure that law are constitutional.
The court has two primary functions.
1) to determine that law are in compliance beside the U.S.
Constitution, and consistant with the principals of the U.S.
Constitution.
2) to determine if due process have been followed by lower
courts and canon enforcement and that the rights of
those accused of crime that are granted by the
Constitution hold been preserved by consistant police
and lower court procedure.

Usually these are pensioners who a moment ago can't afford it anyway! It's ludicrous! The amount of money they're pulling in through speed cameras and parking fines should be adequate to build new prisons anyway!
Life used to have it in mind life. We've see on Tv where criminals enjoy used the Human Rights Act because they say conditions surrounded by prison aren't humane.don't like it, afterwards don't be a criminal. Simple. Didn't think prison be supposed to be enjoyable.

No, you are correct, if you bought it consequently your address goes in that. A group I belong to rents a room and I use money orders every month to recompense the rent, and I have other used my address as the purchaser.

Judge made Law? What do you think of the adjectives law surrounded by concern of the UK- Judge made law, archaic law have to
relate to modern times, as the changes are sooo hasty in society, where on earth the law have to be more flexible, but Judges are not elected and can seem distant from the so call 'ordinary man', parliament law making apparatus .. so slow.. so is it justified for example, look at the privacy law..posssibly seems to be some enforcement here needed as we rely on Europe surrounded by concern of protecting our privacy , although yes The EC does overule all domestic tenet in the UK? So should courts have more influence it seem to be going that way more.Answers: EC statute does not 'overrule' our own laws as to say aloud that they overrule them would be to imply that their creation make our laws invalid.
How does it seem that bench are having more influence? The law lords are one of our guardians against the power of the state. Their ability to engineer a declaration of incompatibility lower than the Human Rights Act 1998 on the face of it give them the ability to ratify judgment on the truthfulness of an Act of Parliament and in doing so disrespecting parliaments sovereignty. But, the proclamation does not nullify the Act, and the Act still remains in force. It is consequently up to the Executive to amend the Act. In that sense it seems that law lords have more influence, but that influence isnt direct, and it is set.
Judges do have a considerable amount of influence, that is to say clear, having created the directive with regard to murder for example. I dont agree that they have more influence immediately than they did decades ago. Arguably they have smaller amount (well, will have less) due to the Constitutional Reform Act 2005, removing the statute lords from the House of Lords (among doing other things) This removes the influence of our highest bench on the House of Lords in their role as element of the legislature.
I cant see how the Judges can have any more influence short the constitutional balance mortal tipped.
I agree...one my huge concerns is this- who judges the bench... With our system where any 'grey area' within interpretation often depends on a Judge's ruling- and beside so many grey areas - what happen if a judgement is incorrect?- Or would be found to be incorrect sooner if access to the process was more transparent.

The judicial branch and the power of judicial review is a check on the very broad legislative power. Without judicial review, the legislature could elapse whatever directive they wanted near no regard to constitutionality.

I don't think we should. First, Im not against adjectives concepts of defining a disability and having equal opportunity. However, some of these law have have to be enacted to give support to society change its view over time. When they made places have associates with disabilities or different skin color, etc., they put them contained by a position to eventually better educate nation that they were a moment ago as capable. However, revolting people is a shifting notion. Sure, some people are simply ugly (harsh, but true), but like mad of what society views as more or smaller quantity attractive changes over time. To standardize a definition of unattractive just works AGAINST people who are by maxim we can ever define it for good.
Secondly, calling being unattratcive a disability is also working against what you are trying to disspell because its NOT a disability. Someone surrounded by a wheelchair may be great mentally, but allowances do have to be made-they are underprovided certain point-blank, adjectives abilities. Being stout or ugly does not. Im immense and I know that sometimes it works against me in how general public perceive me. But for someone to call me "disabled," even if its underneath some guise to assist me, implies that 1. I am disabled (which I'm not) and 2. that I have need of their assistance.

But if someone chooses to discriminate against me because Im flab, as much as that sucks and can work against me, I promise you, it works more against them, cause Im a unyielding worker and damn smart. Legal ways of finding the name of a tenant?
Court officer requirements to levy the rent on the tenant of this landlord who I took to court because she would not provide me my money back from the court result I won. Landlord is UNCOOPERATIVE. I need to find out the moniker of the tenants nearby. I cannot go through the mailbox to gain a name, so any legitimate ways?? I HEARD something of a Certificate of Occupancy, from the local Board of Health, where the hotelier must acquire and it will have the name of the tenants on near..true or false?Answers: File a case of mandamus against the tenant so that the court will force him to present the contract for identification of the tenant/s so that appropriate deed can be taken.
One thing that's repeatedly worked for me is to just move about down to city hall and ask to look at the toll roll. It's public information, and will have the concluding address the person remunerated their taxes from. In my town, it's computerized, so you can look up a bunch of different ways.
Can I charge a contractor or service provider a fee or for lost work if they miss appointments?
Asking those who may own legal knowhow...not looking for just opinion. As I've had more work done on remodeling and other projects, I can't count the number of times I've be told somebody would come out to give me an estimate, or even do work, but they don't show up. When biz is appropriate, they apparently don't care if a commission is lost. Usually the appt. is during normal biz hours, so that system I take time past its sell-by date from work to meet them at home, and after they don't show. Has also happened near service agencies (Cable, Phone..although they will usually negotiate a discount or credit on my bill if the rep never shows up). Is there legitimate backing to charge somebody for the couple hours of time I lug off work, or even wknds if they utter they are going to show up and never do. Doctors and others charge a fee if customers don't show. Can I email/fax contractors an agreement since hand for them to sign note this potential fee? Seems close to a good contractor would agree to the jargon.Answers: No. You need a signed contract or document.If they do not accomplish as said contract then you can pursue 'breach of contract'
You could sue for breach, but you would hold to take stale time from work to go to court to try and procure payment for lost work time. And here is the rub. You would have zilch much to show for it.
As to sending a no show on a contractor to pay for lost time, the veracity is the good ones are so busy, nearby can be problems in times. If he be working on your place, and he had to be in motion to another appointment, would you be happy if he moved out? A bad contractor might pinch your terms, and you would attain what you pay for.
You can indeed ask, but most won't sign.
