i see an officer tomorrow.. i know it's a felony and i'm probably going to be put in reformatory straight away.. right? also, how long will i go to detention centre for this with a previously verbs record and diagnosed anxiety/addiction/depression? also, i spent almost 5 months this year going through CD treatment.

The fact that you immediately have a boyfriend may be a big accord to your ex, but not to the court.
You might be able to progress in ex parte to acquire a temporary visitation/custody decree until your hearing, but you would want a lawyer or someone to aid you on that. I know it is difficult to do nought but your best bet is to let both your advocate and the courts handle it..you've done the right piece in file a motion for a visitation schedual set by and ordered by the courts...once it's done you'll be in a far better position far as your kids are concerned for if he refuse to let you enjoy the kids when the courts have ordered you can own them, it'll put him in betrayal of a court order and you'll enjoy the law on your side to give support to in enforce it.
In the meantime you'll have to do smash up control by not falling into the 'punish the ex 'cause they enjoy a bf/gf' ' trap..the courts will get turn of his using your kids as a tool of punishment and they have exceptionally harsh opinion on that so don't be party to that...if you assume the kids are being influenced against you by their father, product sure your lawyer know this..don't let the kids obtain caught in the middle. the court will resolve it.
