Answers: I would lose my mission if I went to put in prison or prison. If I lost my job, that would be one smaller number income coming in every month which ability there's a possibility of losing my car, and house. Plus I wouldn't be capable of afford things my son needs such as formula,diapers,etc.

Also I am a mother and would not want to be trailing bars as my child is growing. It would really hurt me to know that I'd be missing adjectives of his milestones in vivacity.

Answers: Several possibilities. Malicious mischief, destruction of private property, and criminal mischief are the most common. If you own someone doing or threatening this behavior, you should look to getting a restraining order which would hang on to that person away from you and your property, and subject to arrest if they violate the proclaim.

However, something like deflate your tires would probably not be seen as dangerous you. All you would have to do is re-inflate the tires and you would not be out any money, it would merely be inconvenient for you.

If the tires were merely deflated, then in attendance was no deface done to your car. If you can prove who done it, consequently you can sue them for the amount it costs you to have someone out to put nouns in the tires. Like the rest said near the charges.
Deflating your tires? They weren't slashed or damaged? Do you know who did it? Do you enjoy witnesses who saw the person permit out the air surrounded by your tires? If so, call the police and directory a report. I doubt there is anything serious going to crop up to the person.

He be found guilty of 4 out of 6 charges and got 8 yrs. 5 years be for a felony for terroristic threats of which he said he never did. So, he get 1 year for dui and 1 year for improper protection and 1 year for fleeing the accident lacking returning. He wants to find out of prison on a Habeous Corpus and would like to know in the order of how to do so. Is there anyone that can extend any help to make clear to me how he can do so and then I can write him and tolerate him know? Please help, this is a really nice guy and my friend and I really want to abet him. Thank You for your help..

I don't understand the problem populace have beside "corporations." These companies provide jobs for several of us. Yahoo is a corporation, the desk you sit at while reading this was made by a corporation, your computer is manufactured by a corporation, where on earth you reside -- yup, manufactured by a corporation in adjectives likelihood. I think through that there are some discouraging apples out there, but nearby is no need to stuff up on corporations.

Will I recieve unemployment benefits if I be discharged for misconduct?

I was fired from my charge b/c while in a classroom training we (as a class) be told for the first 2 hours of the day we would do zilch. We were told to surf the trellis, go out into the mall(which is attached to the center) and guzzle breakfast, have coffee, hike around or simply take a powernap. The trainer (which is the overseer of my team during the 2 week interval gave us these option. I was call in and fired because I go out into the mall along beside about 15 other populace to have coffee and breakfast. I be given permission to do so. Myself and in the order of 8 others were fired, but the others be not. We were not given a caution or anything. I had be with the company for over a year, and every training class go out into the mall to destroy time, while waiting for class to start. The manager that fired me told me I be fired for Time Keep Fraud, but on my discharge paper I be fired for misconduct. I only done what I be told to do, and I never did anything other. Can I qualify 4 benefits.

Answers: I threatened one of these companies that be trying to get money from an description I closed a long time ago. They were LYING. I straight up told the woman never to call again or she'll be audible range from my lawyer. She bought my bluff, haven't hear from them since. Collection agencies are like flies buzzing surrounded by your ear, gotta give them a honourable WACK!
I believe that is informal. You should call the phone company. They should know how to help you.

Also: devolution your phone number. That will stop it right away.
You didn't say where on earth you were living, but contained by most states it is illegal for collection agencies to bid after 9:00pm. I once told a collector this and she laughed and told me, "Do something around it." Apparently, she knew it would be more trouble for me than it be worth.

The same rule applies to telemarketers.
