My husband suspects his brother of child porn. what should we do?

My husband said he found images of a questionable quality on his moms computer under his brothers files. He said that he go into the recycling bin and found almost 10 images and a video that be labeled as what he woudl consider child porn. He says he have found questionable material back and when he confront his brother they would disappear for a while but then it happen again and again. He doesnt doubt that his brother has a porn addiction, but he is concerned nearly the idea that his brother would download child porn. We tried discussing it next to his mom who is a supervisor for child protective services, she said she confronted him, but didn't find anything other than regular porn. My husband say he kinda wants to report him, but is afraid that he could be wrong b/c the rest of the own flesh and blood doesn't think we should.

Why don't you try to convince his mom to talk next to her son directly if he did it and let him know what's he will obverse if someone report him to the police or his addictive to the child porn become real and he can't resist to commit the crime ne daylight. He's an mature and responsible for his choices. If those were indeed children contained by those pictures then you MUST deed to protect THEM. I know this will tear your household apart, but you have no other moral choice.

Does Wal-Mart verify the status of you checking account when using a check to purchase things?

I have recently closed out my checking details, but a couple of days ago my checks were stolen. I suspect someone stole them and be going to try to use them at wal-mart.(from what I hear) I was basically wondering...when they run the checks through the little machine isnt it checking to see if the vindication is valid and if funds are available, or is it just checking for discouraging check history?
