Why am I diqualified from enlisting beside a criminal record?

I've never see someone disqualified for their criminal record that simply included misdemeanors.
They will, however, disqualify you for being on probation.
As to the lower comments around expunging your record...don't be fooled by that phrase. The military would still see the offenses on your journal (not to mention you can only expunge misdemeanors).

The rule can monitor the usage and discourage usage by imposing dignified taxes. Also the government get a lot of money from lofty taxes. Plus their isn't a dangerous drug industry for cigarettes as their is for other drugs and be during Prohibition with the gang and stuff.

Cigarettes are legal. I guess the positives of them human being legal are:
1) Money for companies that grow tobacco.
2) Money for companies that invention and sell cigarettes.
3) Out sourcing job in cigarette factory to other countries.
4) Allowing people to smoke and carry a nicotine rush. It allows people a nice break from their sunshine.
5) If It were against the law, it would create another illegal drug that would within turn affect crime, prison rates, etc.

Which is another, in my oppinion, miscontruded statement. As said previously, cigarettes are legal, if you intended making them illegal, history have shown us that prohibition on anything only creates a bigger problem, because it criminalizes something that should be gone to the people's right to choose.

Don't worry something like the charge. Plead guilty and be done with it. If you be really guilty, there's not much a lawyer can do.
I suggest you carry to the heart of the problem. Why are you doing this? If you have some addiction, seize counseling. If it happens too masses times, it could get you within very serious trouble.

i have a brother doing time contained by McFarland Community Correctional Facility in McFarland, CA (Kern County). i twig that this prison is privately owned by some company out of florida. so what happens anbody builds a prison and the governing body gives them a give up every year to operate it? they also have different rules than california state prisons. i thought the state or CDC owned and operate all of the prisons surrounded by california.Answers: http://www.prisontalk.com/forums/showthr...

I surmise there are private contractors such as Wackenhut (great identify, eh) who operate public facilties.
Child Support Laws! Where does it stop and what can you do?
By law the child support deduct from your paycheck can be up to 65% of a person's gross income. Let us say that this creature makes ten bucks per hour. Taxes are taken out at nearly 25% of gross. That leaves 10% or $40.00 per week left for this individual to live on. This person loves his kids, is more than inclined to support them, he sees them regularly. The mom is a nice entity too. But, she gets the lolly, lives with her jobless boyfriend and pays more or less 130.00 per month rent (housing authority pays the rest). Our local courts are a joke. THEY DON'T CARE...Anyone know of support groups that are working on the law concerning this?Answers: Here is the reality of the situation. State agencies perform exclusively in the best interest of state ridge accounts. they could care smaller number about our children. they really care even smaller amount about 1 of every 2 divorcing parents who enjoy children and their rights to be a loving parent. PS: not to alarm you, but if he isn't going through his state to get payments to her, the state may consider those payments exclusively as gifts. They will then divide his "back support" for "non-payment" and possible sticky label him as a "deadbeat parent"
Also, don't listen to the brainwashed folks who jump on the media-led bandwagon and estimate that if someone has be ordered to pay CS that they are rapidly someone who doesn't want to have anything to do beside their children. It's pure crap.

The courts have discretion over how much money is garnish from a cheque.
Personally, I understand how it might be unwarranted to the man whose income gets garnish, but we're talking more or less children here - they should be the ones who get the resources. If there's a unsystematic that someone will suffer, the courts should err on the side of the kids, not the adults.

I recompense almost $900/month, and my ex has be on two vacations this year, one to Canada and one to Mexico. My kids are frequently asking for money, as they see incredibly little of it.
I do not oppose child support, what I refute is there is no regulation on what the custodial parent does near the money.
I agree non-custodial parents are getting screwed on child support. I don't have a solution. My one and only thoughts are that the parent who can afford the child without minister to should be the one with custody.
And since anyone starts 'yelling' at me about mother's not human being prepared for divorce and unable to do it alone, I raise 4 children alone and without child support or system aid. I had to go and get out and work and no, it wasn't easy. We didn't hold a lot of things we WANTED, but we did own what we NEEDED, and there is a foremost difference in the two. I also be a high university drop out who had to draw from a GED while raising the kids. So I doubt you can come up near a good plenty excuse as to why you should have custody if you can't afford them on your own. (IF THE OTHER PARENT IS A GOOD PARENT AS NO CHILD SHOULD EVER BE PLACED WITH A UNFIT PARENT)

Since killing a dog next to my bare hand might violate state law, I am surrounded by essence commiting a crime. So if money can satisfy my desire to violate state tenet, will it also satisfy if I can violate other state statue's.

The reaction to this odd job will firstly depend upon the type of person. Usually inhabitants used to getting frustated, dislocated from habitual and existence, stressed out, suffering from any ailments similar to sleep loss, aniexty, mental disturbances etc are more prone to do this for X amount of money.

If a company is consistently producing & selling defective products...?
If a computer accessory factory owner is consistently selling defective devices and software, what recourse is available and what proof would be required to hold them responsible?For example, a certain webcam / wireless mouse / wireless the ivories company produces NO software updates to enable using any previously manufactured / purchased items next to the new Vista OS.
BUT, when I purchased a NEW webcam to replace my former, almost unsullied, webcam ... it did not work properly with Vista any.
Upon checking various blogs and websites, it seem this company is producing and selling a variety of computer frills that are largely deficient, or at most minuscule are incompatible with Vista, even though the casing says it is Vista compatible.
Answers: if the company claims vista compatability but doesn't provide it, you can complain within any state they ship to. The Attorney General office usually handle such matters. Better Business bureau is also a virtuous place.
I would exhaust communications with the company first. Detail your experiences, after outline your course of action.
You can other bring suit in small claims court. Bugs the snot out of the big guys:)
There is like mad of orphaned hardware... I have a closet full. No one is obligated to hang on to making drivers.
But they are obligated to truth in exposure.
That is why Microsoft has a impressively specific and stringent program that allows them to use the "Vista enabled" logo or whatever they bid it now.
If you are not comfortable managing drivers yourself, afterwards you should always look for and verify the sticky label with Microsoft.
No one is obligated to provide you drivers for any OS though. If just all the hardware would work next to Linux or Mac!
And certainly not a soul is obligated to produce more software and updates over time for old hardware. Software preservation is very expensive, and if you are buying "cheap", later this is a big reason how the price stays down.
Of course, depending on the device, drivers from third party may work fine.
Check stuff out before you buy if this is a problem for you.
If the company is claiming the product is compatible near Vista but it isn't, the company could be violating consumer protection law in its jurisdiction.
If you want to complain, find out where on earth the company is located and check out the applicable laws.
Security Deposit not return.. any hints on how to get it pay for or what is the next step?
We move oct 3rd, return the key,and everything was fine. We be renting in NC. And by the road she told me that she would sent us our check in the communication since we're in the military and my husband get transfer to another state (VA). But she sold the house earlier we even got out of it.Now it have been more that 30 days , which by imperative i guess is the time that you have to lurk. But i don't know what's next.
Even i have try to call her and ask her roughly speaking the money and her phone number had be disconected.
And i really need some warning in what's subsequent.

Answers: She's not the one with your financial guarantee deposit. By law, when a hotelier sells next to tenants within the house their security deposit get transferred to the new owner. However, I don't know if that's what happen here. Write a letter to the hot owner advising them that 30 days own passed and that you would like your guarantee deposit returned immediately. If the trial owner refuses or tell you that the previous owner never mentioned it, then recount them that you want an Affidavit signed and notarized by them testifying that they be not advised of your wellbeing deposit. Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, you can also write a letter to your previous post bureau requesting the previous owner's forwarding address. Then contact that person.
Chances are your brand new landlord have your security deposit. I don't know any attorneys who would risk mortal sued for failure to mention that. Security Deposits are supposed to be put contained by an interest accumulating guard account. Landlords are also supposed to contact you surrounded by writing within 30 days advise you where your money is(meaning what bank). So find out who have it. You might be getting overworked for nothing.
Go to JAG and the Housing bureau. They can help you out. And it wouldn't cost you a article.
