So the former lofty school that I go to has have a history.Last year, a sub teacher have three students at their apartment and messing around... got charger

I enjoy always be aware that all the aid that we Africans receive from the west are impracticable for what they are intended, however after watching Living With Corruption this morning I realise the problem is much worse than I thought. Can you imagine a situation where on earth the government official in African countries who receive upright wages are syphoning all the aid from charities and western government to foreign accounts sometimes to the tune of $5billion? Even worse, things are so bad that to bring back aid, some people are have to bribe the government official to get wut is theirs, children hold to bribe their teachers surrounded by public schools to go and get their papers marked and so on and so on. I'm not one of these relations who is against all foreign aid, but I surmise that in the luggage of Africa it actually hurts more than it help. This aid also denies the Africans the opportunity to revise how to solve their own problems and control their own destiny.

No, the system lately needs to modify from the ground up. Instead of giving it to the corrupt country officials. Distribute it ourselves through programs approaching Red Cross, peace corps... or the US Military. This will ensure that a majority of the money is getting to the correct people.

4. When African countries gain independence, the countries be offered loans from the World Bank. That was surrounded by the 60's. They still have not finished paying bad these loans because of the high interests.
5. Africa contains costly resources that the West wants and wishes in directive to remain rich.
So a deal is done. The West does not thinking at all give or take a few the African people. The West is with the sole purpose interested in obtain precious resources. So they pay a few trinkets to the corrupt select, and take what they want.
The corrupt West and your corrupt leaders are have a ball, and meantime your relations continue to suffer.

Why aren't videotaped confessions required everywhere?
i simply saw this show on court tv about how a videotape interrogation saved a boy who be "coerced" into a confession. turns out this videotaping is solely required in two states. the other population on the show said the only apology cops and departments would have a idea to fight this from becoming a requirement (which they apparently do) is because they want to immorally interrogate people. so why isn't this required within all states? contained by the state i live in they are trying to receive legal traffic video for simply running red lights. then they enjoy money for all this radar and equipment in recent times for speeding. but they can't even videotape someone being question? i mean this is someones energy that is at stake.
