AT&T solicited me for the bundle package but asked for deposit due to credit, and told me that I would necessitate to put down a deposit to hold the price and that they could post date the debit. I spent an hour confrming this debit to be taken mon nov 5, and AT&T agreed,but then took the 100 dollars the subsequent day on monday. I enjoy had 1,000 dollars worth of stuff bounce w/ overdraft fees thank to AT&T mistakes. They agreed to compensation my money the same year, my bank be willing to discount the fees if AT&T confirmed their mistake. AT&T was to do this monday today is Friday and still nil. After spending 5 hours, being transferred, given a million name and promises, they are making me wait 2-3 weeks for a discount and won't call the ridge. AT &T has my grocery money (all I enjoy left out of my check after bounced checks and fees). As a single parent how do I explain to other bill collecters I cannot remuneration or kids we can't eat for two weeks very soon that I have no money!!!!
