I agree with the others. Get regulation enforcement involved. Get a legal eviction. Don't verbs about their threats. Even if they do defacement anything, you can take them to court and brand name them pay as long as you enjoy after pictures. You sound approaching a sweet person and they are taking help of you and your kindness. I hope you can draw from them out soon and replace them with tenant that will be respectful. Good luck.

OSHA failed to maintain my identity anonymous so I have a permissible question.?

I file a claim with OSHA just about my place of employment being unsafe. I chose to excercise my right to remain anonymous. OSHA afterwards sent a letter to my employer stating the allegations. However at the top of this memorandum, OSHA put the company name beside my address under it instead of the company address, thus revealing my identity. I have a feeling my rights have be violated. Is this grounds for a lawsuit or any other legal exploit? Please answer if you have allowed background. Thankyou

I am not sure where you are located but it is my apprehension that there is no "privacy clause" next to OSHA. I've taken quite a bit of OSHA training as Safety professional and own seen the request for information come up.

When OSHA arrives on site at an employer's address, the employer is allowed to know exactly why OSHA is there. If here is an accusation that something is unsafe, the employer have the right to know who the accuser is. This reasoning is pretty simple and it isn't designed to fire the employee or harrass them it is so that the employer can find out if the issue be ever addressed to them from that member of staff.

Now. If the employer suddenly fires that employee or creates a "hostile work environment" later the employee most defninitely have a case, especially right after an OSHA call on. And most cases of this sort are won unless the employee have an extensive record of misconduct within their employement file (which, by the agency, you have the right to ask to look at at any time).

Just some thoughts on this. It also may hold changed since my training. As I work in a command position now, I accept I haven't kept as polished as I should concerning this kind of canon (government agencies are typically exempt from OSHA oversight).

Don't know if that was any comfort but hope it was.

It was give or take a few five A.M and I was give or take a few to go into to work. I have stopped at Starbucks to get my coffee. I have ordered and then go back to the restroom while my drink be being made. As I emereged from restroom I saw a man sitting at the lone table by the hall leading into the restroom nouns. He was on his laptop and as I walk by him I saw that he was watching porn on his laptop within Starbucks.

I guess at this point I should have told the staff around it but I was within a hurry to get to work and I purely grabbed my coffee and gone.

The next morning I be at the starbucks and as I walked surrounded by I saw the same man once again sitting at one of the table, this time he looked at me, I could see he was still watching porn on his laptop again. But, as he looked at me he lick his lips.

This time I told myself that I be going to tell the staff, but seeing as it be the buisiest time of the morning, I couldn't get anyone to tell to me.

But here's my question, did he do anything illeagle?
