Can you call the police on someone who is severely mentally rude?
Legally can the police do anything if someone is torturing you only beside words? And if so what could they do about it?this is surrounded by canada btw.
Answers: No, the police can't do anything if someone's hurting you only near words. If that were the crust, they'd be in everyone's house at one time or another. If it's between 2 adults (you individual the one getting mentally abused) you just call for to leave or acquire him/her to counseling. That's the U.S.' take on it but I'm sure Canada is impossible to tell apart.
What you can do is call the police discreetly and let somebody know them you have a man or women going nuts and wants an evaluation . Happened to a friend of mine and he got his stepmother evaluated and shes in a minute on medication and has stopped the hounding . You should do it or seriously leave because its going to attach up until you can't take it anymore and snap .
Edit - Mental torture is worse later physical because it can make a man or women do things they wouldn't typically do under any circumstances , I do believe near should be a law for this defence but anyway please if it is you or someone else , take my push for .
Do I tell my neighbor their grow animal was violated?
I live within a farming town. I be coming home two nights ago when my commander lights shined on the bare butt of some guy standing on a stool, aft a cow with him holding the cow's tail up. You take the idea. This happen across the street from my house and there weren't any cars parked alongside the road,so I kinda assume it was someone who any lives on the farm or be visiting it. (There aren't copious houses near.)I know this sounds completely crazy and I never thought things similar to this really happen, but very soon I'm starting to freak out. I'm starting to think, "What concerned of person does such a entry and what else are they willing to do." I niggardly, he even got a cow that be inside the fence, in close proximity the road. He didn't even walk farther into the pasture and carry a cow that could keep him masked from car lights.
Should I put in the picture my neighbor? (I have never see or spoken to them.) Should I have call the police?

Not only morally are you obligated to at lowest mention it to your neighbor, but as a protection for them and their animals. Like you said, what else could this person do? We don't know, subsequent time a cow could get hurt, or could hurt this man. No spoil could be done in mentioning it to them. plainly would be worth the awkward conversation.

Oh yuck, sorry you have to see that. write your neighbor an annonymous letter or you can still phone call the police to report it. You can also call the ASPCA as this can be considered an animal swearing situation. Beastiality is illegal and yes its totally gross but really does begin. Yeah, I think the individual route would have be to call the police at the time. I plainly wouldn't tell the neigbors, because it may own been one of them, and that's super awkward... and possibly even dangerous.
But, it would be fearful if your neighbors didn't know... I think a party could even give an animal an STD. That would probably trademark the meat worthless (ewww) and a whole cow is seriously expensive.
I would turn to the police station (not call) and just ask to folder a report of what you saw. That way, any they will be the ones notifying your neigbor, or save, the next complaint will prompt them to.

if you are SURE it wasn't your neighbor, you should tell your neighbor and stir to the police as well. likelihood are that someone who violates an animal that means of access is trying to deal beside sexual urges and is unsure of how to do so. in times past, this person may enjoy abused children, but has since moved on to animals so he would not be reported. if some portion of you believes it could have be your neighbor, go directly to the police.
bestiality is indeed a crime, punishable by a hefty fine and even time contained by prison. if i were you (being a huge animal advocate), contained by addition to unfolding the police, i would tell your local animal shelter/rescue squad. they have officer on hand who work next to the police department and are responsible for removing animals from unsafe conditions and prosecuting the people who mistreat them.

I went to Borders and they have a pile of book (not magazines) about Playboy's 50th anniversary. They be in plain vista and not in a plastric wrap, so I grab a copy and started sifting through its pages. I give attention to some people notice that I was looking at pictures of nude women and were probably not too contented about it (but next again, the book was at the bookstore available for anyone to see).Could I enjoy gotten in trouble if I have been caught looking at that book at a public place?
(It's disturbing that such books are contained by plain sight for anyone, even kids, to see.)
Answers: I worked contained by a bookstore for quite a while, and we in fact carried that book. Because it contained nudity and we have many children that come in to the store, we kept it surrounded by the plastic and behind the counter.
