Is a Employer who is paying wages more than that mentioned as per Minimum Wages Act covered under the said accomplishment
There are minimum wages defined as per the minimum wages act for adjectives the different positiones, grades, designations, etc. What I want to know is that if a employer is paying his employees more than the defined minimum wages is he covered below the said act.
