Answers: Learn to spell it first. 17 is legal contained by most states.
i already answered this ? an hour ago...
ditto.
You can do it, but like you said justifiably. i think you would hold to go to court and show virtuous reason (which i believe you have) and be able to prove that you can support yourself. perfect luck
It sounds like you hold grounds to be emancipated. Talk to a school counselor, they may know how to point you in the right direction. Or only just call social services & ask them. You probably should pursue freedom, it is not right of your mom to ask you for rent. Good luck... I went through a similar situation & know how tough it can be. Hang in within.
Each state has its own law. Usually, the person must be at tiniest 16 years old, hold a place to live and able to support herself or himself. This have to be proved to a judge. Your situation does not nouns good. You will stipulation a lawyer to represent you. Talk to Legal Aid if in that is one where you live.
you enjoy to be able to support yourself and own a good principle. I think you do own a good defence. Get an attorney or just budge to the court house and fill out the papers. After file paperwork you will get to yak to a judge. You enjoy to pay for the paperwork and a file fee. Good luck! If that doesn't work next call DCFS and have a chat to someone about your living arrangement and perchance they can help you.
liberty is a legal ruling made by a court after considering the applicants current and past circumstances as it pertains to living conditions and arrangements. It's tough individual at your age and getting out legal or not, even though it seem like the right or "singular thing" you can do is not the answer. it is said by some the what makes a personage is the "sum" of his/her experiences in vivacity, you must believe that no matter what you are going through it is solitary temporary and it will manufacture you a stronger person. freedom at your age, will be tricky because the judge will stipulation to be convinced that you are going to attend school, and breed informed decisions how you will live and support yourself, remember to those that much is given, much is expected. Good luck surrounded by all of your endeavors. hope this help.
If I've resigned can I be dismissed without final allowance?
Answers: Your dialect suggests you are from the UK.
I don't know if the laws differ, but if you resigned surrounded by writing then that should be dated.
Either process, it reminds me of so many comedy routines - ("You can't fire me - I QUIT).
It depends on the law of your State.
One State, is an "At Will" State .. which allows the employer to terminate an member of staff at any time, for any reason.
Your employer have to pay you for the time you worked. However, most employer CAN dismiss you .. but they must pay you what they owe you.
The means of access it is here is if you have be scheduled to work, and you dispense notice they cannot rescind your shifts. Same as if they terminate your employment after scheduling have been done.
They cannot newly decide to permit you go that year and not pay for wages already earn (previous to that day and leave pay).
I am in BC Canada.

San jose, california eviction laws?
how impulsive can a landlord evict you when you are behind time on your rent?a friend of mine paid her rent through money charge and the landlord lost it, surrounded by the process of her relocating the money order through the ridge the landlord have already served her with court papers for eviction. surrounded by total this process has taken something like 2 weeks, the next months rent isnt even due, on the other hand. is this legal, isnt it too rash to evict her?
Answers: The landlord can serve the papers 3 days after rent is due and unpaid. But at this point, the hotelier can file a "Request for Dismissal" near the court to reel contained by the eviction action.
If your friend doesn't go and get one of these back from the tenant stamped as FILED, make sure she files a response to the eviction papers or the court may state a default and the eviction will be valid. If within is no dismissal then your friend MUST appear surrounded by court or the court may also declare a defaulting in that skin as well.
If it go to court, she should have proof that the money decree was cashed - she can seize this from the issuer (USPS, Western Union, American Express , or whoevers name is on the money establish receipt - catch the proof ASAP, before the court date). Proof of reimbursement will negate an eviction.
good luck.
First step is innkeeper gives 3 time notice to pay envelope or quit.
Next is thirty day identify.
That is pretty much final.
After that, police officers start knock on the door.
And the "landlord lost the check" point is hard to believe.
I own NEVER seen a manager who "lost money".
They hang onto money approaching a starving monkey beside a fresh banana.
Landlords don't WANT to evict people. It costs them a great deal of money.
Why do I feel sorry for him?
My ex boyfriend broke into my home around 5 am one morning and go through my email. He forward himself certain documents of mine. Nothing of genuine importance. However, I dont know what else he go through and my teenage son and I be at home asleep while he was contained by the home. Though I dont consider him a threat to our lives I've taken no chances and pressed charges against him. He be arrested for B&E. I have no intentions on dropping the charges simply because his activities were enormously disturbing. Here is the strange part . I dont want to see him be in motion to jail but be aware of as if he left me no choice but to protect myself and my child against him. Why do I touch such guilt for having him arrested? I am not inlove near anymore but have to grant that I do care for him. I precision for him as a friend. Hope there is away the pass judgment can make him want counseling instead of placing him jail. And hopefully the peacemaker will place a permant restraining order.
Answers: The end thing you should surface is guilty. Get a restraining order asap. Forget anyone friends with this guy. He perceptibly has forgotten roughly any relationship he had next to you or he would not have broken into your house and treated you and your son next to such total disrespect. The hell with this guy. Move on.
DONT FEEL GUILTY!!!
Omg, what a weirdo.
No one have the right to break in your house... much smaller quantity go through and foward your email. LMAO Wow, not a devout hacker, is he?
Please stay away from this guy...he might hurt you and your son..
okay so you are feeling guilty?? cogitate about what he might hold done if you hadnt filed charges against him..
assume about your son please...and stop thinking more or less the guy.
Just stop caring give or take a few that guy because he might be a threat to you and your son
Nobody likes to spawn trouble for someone else, but you did the right thing and you should stop second-guessing yourself.
He is no friend to you. You know it too or you wouldn't be hoping for a restraining decree. Drop the bum for good.
You're freshly a caring creature and feel the guilt for others (in this situation "him") I've feel that way give or take a few my husband before. Or someone that I care about. You in recent times care roughly speaking him that's all and even though you be thinking logically about the full ordeal of pressing charges on him, in a bearing perhaps you regret it, bc you're thinking more contained by the manner, "This is a creature whom was a member of my life, a personage I cared for." And it's strong for you to except what he did bc the loving part of you is surrounded by denial.
I don't know why you feel sorry for him, save for you feel some munificent of connection near him, even though you probably don't love him anymore. With the information you provided though locking him up may be the safest route for you and your son. Breaking into someones home is very death-defying, and there is no recounting what he is capable of. You probably know of his strange behavior before when you be with him, i.e. why he is an Ex-boyfriend.
Sometimes people perceive guilty about getting others contained by trouble even if its the right thing to do. I be in situation where on earth a person be in the wrong and I feel guilty about getting them within trouble. You have to do what right even if your emotion get surrounded by the way. He broke into your home and he deserves to progress to jail for what he have done. Some people shift to jail for low-grade crimes. Definetly get a restraining directive against him ,because it sounds like he is taken with what you do and he sounds death-defying. Counseling won't do anything for him,its clear he has some problems which words can't fix,but send to prison time can.
If he was your boyfriend back, that means you guys have good times since he broke into your house. Those kind of things evolve to me also. When my friends started to punch me and bullied me, I got for a time mad. However, something make me want to help them other. I think of it as my fault, making them into bad inhabitants because of me. AS if I'm forcing them to hit me. You guys had angelic time before, and if you still perfectionism for him, you had a great sensations toward him long time ago. Something people can't explain why this happen to them and why they're feeling this approach. However, since you still think of him at tiniest as a friend, you must be a person who really care about others. So don't verbs, I'm sure he'll be ok and everything's going to be fine. You should just cheer up and rest somewhat. Worrying too much will cause sickness. Always remember that lucks are swirling around you.
it is nice to hear that you care for your child and your own go, if he broke in and looked through your stuff consequently he deserves to get the B&E charges against him, dont surface bad it could hold been worse. best of luck.
Because at some stage or another you did love this man and diligence for him and as a woman its hard to of late forget that, whether we still love the person or not. Its contained by our genetic makeup unfortunately!
I hold the same problem where on earth no matter how much family circle hurt me (mentally) i dont want anyone else knowing and thinking bad of them.
Whilst its unyielding you have definately done the right article by not dropping the charges. You need to protect your child, and hopefully this incident will show this man that he requests to move on next to his life and consent to you do the same.
Good luck beside it all.
Will the courts serve papers on you before they issue a warrant for one behind on child support?
Answers: If you are trailing on child support then let hope it is just a surprise. They do issue a warrant...You are given the randomness to pay. If you do not retribution your child support you are nothing though.a being who does not support their children both emotionally and physically is not worth being a parent.
Very predictable the other side will have to folder an "Order to Show Cause for Contempt of Court" with the court first, so both sides can be hear. IF they do this and you don't show up (or this has be done) and present a valid argument, then the court may issue a warrant.
P.S. the COURT doesn't serve any papers on you, it's the other gathering or the child support authority.
They will send you papers that you are individual held in contempt. It will depend on the ruling in your state as to weather or not you achieve them before you are arrested.
Service dog (?)?
Here is the situation: I got a service dog within Jan. I rent and the landlord didn't know anything in the order of the laws. Well, anyway redundant to say I have to gather up adjectives the info etc. So, since then the bureaucrat and I DONT get along what so ever. I have the dog out today for a little bit and be talking next to the neibhors when a gal came to look at an useless appartment. After she was done the examiner came and told me that I can't hold the dog outside around the complex what so ever because she doesn't want to explain my situation since there is a firm no dogs policy. Is here anything I can do about what she said something like my dog not being allowed outside?Answers: Your superintendent is unreasonable. If you do not take the service dog outside, what apt is it? You need the dog to function better contained by society, not just within your apartment. You have every right to use adjectives common areas including the grounds. Unless they want the apartment ruined by the service dog's inbred need for exercise and biological functions, afterwards they will have to tolerate both of you outside.
Tell your manager that your service dog is protected below the Americans With Disabilities Act and that you expect the lease to be corrected to reflect the current law regarding service animals.
Give the governor permission to explain why you grasp a dog and your neighbors do not. It will simplify the matter if the running does not think it is invading your privacy.
Every State have their own Landlord/Tenant laws, this is from a Montana site:
A soul with a disability who have a service animal or who obtains a service animal is entitled to full and equal access to adjectives housing accommodations.
http://housing.mt.gov/Includes/S8/03llta...
I can't answer your give somebody the third degree without knowing what country you live within. If you live in the USA, the Americans beside Disabilities act (ADA) say you can take your service dog anywhere. Your hotelier cannot tell you not to appropriate your dog outside. Both the ADA and the state attorney general's office will abet you if you cannot get your tenant to see reason. Try not to be confrontational, but remember that the imperative is on your side.
You can download a card with a summary of the ADA from this network site http://www.deltasociety.org/ServiceAcces... The ADA's web site is http://www.usdoj.gov/crt/ada/adahom1.htm... You can confer to someone from the ADA at these numbers 8OO-514-0301 (voice) 8OO-514-0383 (TDD). (The TDD number is for deaf people beside special phones.)
State laws are available here http://www.servicedogssavelives.org/stat... Canadian law are available here http://www.serviceanimals.ca/legislation...
If you live in a different country, e-mail me and I will try to find the law for your country.

What can I do to take my entitle off and make a contribution him the car- or take his describe off and flog the car-It's still not paid past its sell-by date and I can't afford to pay for it if I'm not driving it!!! Interest of Justice for the army.?
i was on a court probation, and i lately broke it by stealing from the place i worked at. yes it was extremely stupid that i even thought of doing it. after realize how stupid i have be and how many stupid decision i have made i approved to do something with myself that i can be proud of. this is why i want to bond the army. my recruiter said the things on my record will not disqualify me. but since im currently going through court for my misdemeanor cheating case, i cannot only go bad to the army. my recruiter said that i can talk to my public protector about how i want to combine the army, and that they might even dismiss my case or jump easy on me. he said it is call in the "Interest of Justice." for those who know roughly speaking this kind of stuff please relate me how it works, and what are my chances next to the Interest of Justice? im very serious nearly joining the army, and have no second thoughts at adjectives.Answers: I would suggest that you talk to your defense attorney. sometimes it might aid your case...sometimes not... they might guess that joining the army is punishment enough (in some peoples eyes). so they might newly let you jump. But just hold in mind...you can't verbs that crap in the military... they will allllwaaayyyyyssss find out! correct luck!
IoJ means that by you going into the army is better for you and the judicial system than sticking you within jail. The probability are slim now a days, but they are not unheard of. You want to be prepared and have everything arranged when you talk to prosecuter. Know what post you want and how it will benefit you after you discharge. Being well prepared will increase you likelihood and be very sincere.
