Even unendorsed immigrants own human rights. You cannot abuse them, starve them, etc. They should own due process to determine if they are illegal or not.

Civil Contempt Charge - Explain how it affects one's future?
I hold recently won within court. I filed a contempt motion against my ex for not paying on his portion of a loan. It be a debt allocation mutually AGREED upon within our Divorce Decree (DD). He never remunerated on it so after 5 years I then Motioned to Enforce (MTE) the DD and it be granted that he was to reward but unfortunately in that wasn't any penalty included. He overlooked the MTE so I then domesticated my instruct into the state he is living in and file a Comptempt of Court. After snubbing his nose at the courts twice, this state and pass judgment didn't find it acceptable and found him within comtempt and ordered him to 120 days in lock away and to pay my attorney fees. He have been given 90 days to comply next to the DD's original dictates - repay the bill basically and he avoids put inside. My question is this. will this be considered some sort of conviction? I believe that he will remuneration, now forced to...will everything disappear if it does or does this contempt follow him thru out natural life? Where does it show up?Answers: Being sent to jail on a civil contempt is not considered a criminal conviction except that man sent to jail will appear on the court docket of the grip which is public record.

Answers: That would still be against against basic copyright regulation. However, you CAN purchase kits that include "Dora" designs, and by purchasing the apparatus, you may reproduce the image.
Adding the copyright symbol make absolutely no difference! It isn't the credit they want. It is the $$$$.
