Hey Do they have the right to.(Revisted) ?

About a month ago I posted a press pretty much asking if the security at our soaring school have the right to verbally and physically assault us whether or not we had done anything wrong because usually it didn't situation because they would still act impertinent towards us. So anyway recently a friend of mine who never starts any trouble asks me If I want to dance to the principals office to agree to the principal about payment i turned it down because I knew we didn't hold anything to back it up even so. So she goes by herself and tell the principal about a specific incident she witnessed and the principal replies "okay the security guards hold a hard time swithing between flawless kids and common thugs ". I surface that she i saying that adjectives of us should be treated like "thugs" and i find that disrespectful because I am not a thug I enjoy a 4.00 gpa. I mean possibly that's just me what do you adjectives think of her comment. Does that support security individual abusive.
Answers: In a situation resembling this I would say go and get a group of your friends(ones your parents know and will listen to) and sit down with your parents, and possibly theirs also. Once you receive everyone there explain what you enjoy noted happening, heck even preserve a note book of encounter you or friends have have siting dates, times and as close to exact wording as possible, these tricky facts make a much stronger shield. Let your parents know what is going on, and maybe they could verbalize to the principal or the P.T.A. about the warranty issues the school have taken and ways to make the enforcement personal at the institution work differently then they enjoy until now.

As near most cases the school doesn't listen to the concerns of the students, but if ample parents get involved and product their opinion certain things can change drastically.
Make sure you and the truth do not stir separate ways. Even as a minor you can be held accountable for false statements. I find it difficult to believe surety would put out the effort to physically and out loud abuse innocent students. If you want respect, try earn it. Your accusations should be back up by video cameras, or adult nouns. High School kids do not have a big reputation for telling the truth.

Hey Do they have the right to.(Revisted) ?

About a month ago I posted a interview pretty much asking if the security at our dignified school have the right to verbally and physically misuse us whether or not we had done anything wrong because usually it didn't business because they would still act slighting towards us. So anyway recently a friend of mine who never starts any trouble asks me If I want to move about to the principals office to settle to the principal about indemnity i turned it down because I knew we didn't own anything to back it up but. So she goes by herself and tell the principal about a specific incident she witnessed and the principal replies "capably the security guards enjoy a hard time swithing between suitable kids and common thugs ". I touch that she i saying that adjectives of us should be treated like "thugs" and i find that disrespectful because I am not a thug I hold a 4.00 gpa. I mean perchance that's just me what do you adjectives think of her comment. Does that prove correct security mortal down right abusive.
Answers: You are right to be upset!
No, they don't enjoy a right to do what they are doing. I know exactly where you are coming from. I suppose a lot of school are making a huge mistake in how they are treating the students.
The reasoning is that they want everyone to be sheltered. So, at the expense of your privacy, they are trying to give the arts school a sense of security.
This is a national debate as okay, and you should be proud of yourself for questioning and wondering how far the queue should be drawn...how much freedom and privacy are you willing to administer up for safety and wellbeing.
I see the same entry happening within my son's school. We lately moved from a really good college system where I never experienced any of this. Now the academy he is in treats everyone resembling criminals ... maybe until they enjoy proven themselves otherwise. They don't believe any kids and they don't trust them...they are justified contained by some of them because there are some really desperate kids, but at the same time, they are really alienating the fitting kids.
Treating everyone like thugs at your age can really enjoy an impact on children's learning and their response to the adults within their lives.
Hopefully, you can rise above it and see that they are trying to be helpful to you. Don't agree to them jade your perspective of the world or of the adults around you.
Set an example of what good kids can be, and try to show those guarantee people that in that IS hope!
Congrats on your 4.0!! Keep up the good work!
Abusive? No.

What can you do however? Err... totally little except document each incident and form it known to the superintendent!

My soph year we have an officer (Officer Titsel haha) who was fired because he call a Puerto Rican girl Shenaynay to her face. That would be a no no!

They really can one and only go so far surrounded by their enforcement, so write down each incident. In New Jersey, I would travel to the county Freeholders and even allow them to know what's going on in the public school, cause though they don't enjoy presiding control over municipalities, that can still make a difference.
Define wounding?

No, they have no officially recognized right whatsoever, if they truly are being physically impertinent it could very powerfully be considered excessive force. They have no right to assume adjectives students are thugs, though unfortunantly many are.

Feel free to contact me near more details, i'm interested.

Hey guys,

Im actually the personage who went to the principal's bureau to complain. My parents were truism that back surrounded by our time, we were treated worse and we turned out fine. I imagine that they are wrong for having that mindset. Why put yourself so low when we can modernize something? I mean hindmost in the light of day, kids didn't have computers and they turned out fine. Does that connote that we still do not need computers? I have an idea that its wrong for a security guard to say-so to a kid "get the **** out of my face". We're kids, we are going to product mistakes, but we are not animals and do not deserve to be treated in any course, shape or form in a bitchy *** path. I can't even do anything about it because tentative security guards will come that will replace the matured ones and will act within the same unacceptable way.

Oh also, Im 18 and I enjoy officially given up on on an upward curve the world by doing something good and worst of adjectives, I feel as if my voice doesn't even concern anymore, since its not being listen to by the person that my parents' rates money pay her take-home pay!

Now tell me whether you agree next to me and my friend, the person who posted up this cross-question!!!!!

What can I do?

The other day, my dad and I go into a restaurant/pub in the evening to enjoy a meal. A 16ish year old-fashioned waitress led us to some places. After we ordered two beers, a woman came up and demanded ID from me, at which point we be told to leave. (I move about to university, am 19 years old and look elder. I have a beard. I hold not been asked for ID for over 2 years and unquestionably never since I have be 18. It grinds my bones to be asked at a restaurant not a club/bar where alcohol is exclusively purchased.) The point is that it is allowed to order a drink next to a meal when a being is 16 and not 18. So they had no right to turn me down on the idea of not being 18. I be not looked at and judged on my age by anyone save for the 16 year old waitress. My dad and I walk out and had a banquet elsewhere.

I am a very vindictive party and would like to hurt the restaurant/pub as much as I can. What can I do?
Answers: Okay, it is court for you to have one alcholic drink while EATING your buffet, if you're with an full-grown...

Key issue here is, you ordered the drinks before you ate, so technically nought can be done here.

Besides, if the woman was beneath the impression you be under 21, she have every right to ask you for ID... At the end of the afternoon, if you were a minor, she could possibly be facing a hefty fine.

No bearing you can do anything to be honest..would be absolute consume of time and money...

Maybe you should sort yourself out, it's a bit strange you want to hurt something as much as you can, purely because you were asked for ID...you're singular one year over the age limit anyways.

Can I ask, where on earth on earth do you study directive??? there's no justice contained by hurting a person presently is there? I'm not looking forward to you becoming a advocate or anything in the permitted system if you do get a amount.
Most places reserve the right to serve whom they choose. They can't discriminate under Title VI, but save for that they can determine who they will serve.

You can do nothing at adjectives, legally. A business have the absolute right to litter service to anyone for any reason not forbidden by imperative.

("We don't serve blacks" is illegal. "We don't serve ethnic group with beards" is trial. "We don't serve women" is illegal, "We don't serve college students" is lawful.)

What you don't make clear is why they asked you to exit after you showed your ID. If you're 19, and the drinking age in your jurisdiction is 18 (Canada? England?) afterwards why did they ask you to leave? If you didn't HAVE your ID afterwards they were impeccably within their rights to toss you - serving to an underage customer is a crime of strict liability. That system that the restaraunt saying "We thought he looked elderly enough" is not a defense.

The cops send underage decoy who "look" old adequate to drink into brs / pubs etc all the time to try to buy booze, and later cite the place if they sell to him.

NOTHING!!!

Seriously win over it, if you look under 21then you own to be ID surely you have see the signs everywhere?

You do not have a leg to stand on, and the reality that you want to get an innocent character into trouble reflects scantily on you.

The law does not resembling vexatious litigants! You annoy me.
If you were contained by WI when this happen -- you may hold a case since below State law beer and wine may be served to a minor when within accompanying a parent. There are some local rules ---

States have revoked their control of sane liquor rules to carry federal highway funds --- Congress in its silliness extorted the state to verbs liquor control in exchange for a drink and the federal money teat.
Nothing...
