Hello I guess I perceive and believe anyone can change If they really want to move. I knew a woman that had not smoked a cigarette within 11 years but she said that not one day go by that she did not crave that cigarette but she never smoked again. I know the two are quite different,But it mechanism you have a strong urge to do something wrong but you don't . I touch that If a person is truly sorry and does not want to do the wrong anymore next there is comfort there is medication, psychiatric help lots of help for that being. The US have an employment practice called employment at will. In other countries, it is thorny to fire somebody, but here it is easy. Driving while beneath the influence may still be counted as just getting ticketed for alcoholism, but if you have your license suspended for DUI and still drove anyway, whether drunk or sober, that would be a trustworthiness issue as you were defy the law.
