Hello I guess I perceive and believe anyone can change If they really want to move. I knew a woman that had not smoked a cigarette within 11 years but she said that not one day go by that she did not crave that cigarette but she never smoked again. I know the two are quite different,But it mechanism you have a strong urge to do something wrong but you don't .
