depends on where y ou are. In California if you're UNDER the influence, and below 18 you can loose your driving privilidges, even if you're not driving. If you're under 21 you can loose your license until you're 21.

I, intuitively, do not support the government ever using the PATRIOT ACT provisions to fracas anything other than foreign and domestic terrorist threats.
