Public school coach saying no god (just the point, you DONT DO IT) *PLEASE READ.*?

When the topic "World Religions" come up in the cirriculum, my intercontinental teacher freshman year did more afterwards teach us. He over stated his "opinion" as he like to call it. He said there's no passageway religion can be real bc it originate from people close to you and me. if religion isnt real that must plan no god? he said people are adjectives brainwashed and stated 'facts' with dutiful info to back it up. For example, he roughly said how can "God" create the world and explained how theres no such thing next to believable facts. If youre reading this im sure you probably dont believe in god eathier but thats besides the point! The point is that person in his class adjectives year, this teacher not simply changed my faith but he changed my perspective on go. He basically within 'nice terms' told us that we dwelled from evolution and just sprung up as relatives each beside an individual personality. and ancestors like you and I created religion to form a sense of control.
Answers: A teacher's role contained by a public school system is to present "theories". There is no mar in presenting theories, because to me, as a Christian mother and grandmother, it is MY post to pay attention to what the curriculum is to be precise being skilled (our schools require 9 wk outlines they must afterwards follow) and to take it from near and express my very opinionated positions to my nearest and dearest. i did not hold any religion. I did not believe in god also, but i judge that we should respect the other's religion no matter we believe it or not.
Just because a educationalist states his opinion, it doesn't necessarily suggest that it's what the school desires taught. It's manifest from your comments that the teacher be just stating his personal judgment. I'm not sure what the school system is supposed to prepare, but all view should be represented in by some means. There's certainly no spoil in audible range about other view and it can help you to be more aware of why you believe the route you do or help you see why you might agree near the other view. You resolve what you believe. No one decides that for you.
I give attention to the teacher be wrong to say that, whether I agree next to him or not. It's just as wrong for a trainer to tell a student that his or her religion is -wrong- as it is for him to insist that his is the singular -right- one.

I'm sure this wasn't in the curriculum or the textbook. It's possible to agree about religions, even compare religions, in need picking one particular one as the -right- one. I'm agnostic, which means 'show me'. Of couse this borders on atheism within some people's view, but equally, I might think their beliefs are stupid, easy to fleece and manipulated. Frankly, putting the individual's soul to the side, religion have been the biggest trouble designer in history, style out-distancing border-disputes. I see no problem with what your educationalist said. If he felt approaching expressing his opinion afterwards it's his legal right to do so. The conservatory also has it's right to not to want to be associated beside that teacher's opinions and fire him for it but they can't fire him for the achievement of expressing his opinion alone. That is, as you would expect, unless he was neglect his teaching duties and classes to bi*ch around the existence of God.

I personally believe surrounded by God. I have see miracles not only within my life but contained by the lives of others around me. Most poeple can't see how God moves or works because they can't understand how God moves and works. If you want to look at it scientifically after consider this. i guess this is an adult piece to say (im freshman) but you should parley to another teacher u trust and ask if it's allowed. if its not consequently either u can report it or hold it inside and wait for someone else to, if any one will.

but it is wrong for teacher to change your landscape on things even if the things is true or untrue. you change your estimation yourself and sometimes with the back of others. its part of growning up.

I work at a business that's open 24 hours a time seven days a week. One of our employees go on a job interview and be told by the person interviewing him, that it be illegal for our company to hold him work all 3 shifts. ( He have Sundays and Mondays off) Tuesdays and Wednesdays he works mornings 7a.m.-3:30 p.m., Thursday he works swing (3p.m. -11:30 p.m.) and Fridays and Saturdays he works 11p.m.-7:30 a.m. The thing is he works different days but adjectives three shifts while some of us work the same shift and hours everyday for example. I work Graveyard 11p.m.-8:30 a.m. Wednesday-Sunday. Is this really off the record? The other illegal diversion is paycut at work. The owner came contained by and someone overheard him tell the General planner that he was thinking around looking at every employee net and he would like to make smaller it across the board by 10% as well as cut our hours from 40hrs a week down to 32hrs. As long as your boss pays you at least possible the minimum wage. He can drop your pay to the minimum. You don't enjoy to work for him. You are free to get a better errand somewhere else.

And nope... its completely allowed for them to cut your pay. so long as they're still paying you at most minuscule minimium wage they have every right to. Sucks, huh? No, it is not unconstitutional. When I worked as a dispatcher for several ambulance companies, the person who covered everyones days sour worked the "Swing Shift" as in swing from one shift to another. It go on all the time, and as long as the personage has satisfactory time off between shifts to grasp plenty of sleep, there isn't a problem.

As for a wages cut, I am not 100% positive on that. You could contact Wage and Hour to ask if that is trial.

It's not evil to work all shifts if you are working them different days, you stipulation to have at smallest 8 hours between shifts. I think they can cut your rate down but it can not be less than minimum wage. You should contact the labor board or EEOC within your state and they can help you more.
