They made me quit my job. Can I walk to small claims court over this?

Last Friday (today is Monday), I went surrounded by for a job interview. The interviewer worked contained by a satellite office and he told me that at hand is an opening contained by the main organization and that they needed someone for the position in the subsequent week. I don't know why the manager (who I be introduced to on Friday) didn't say anything after. Or why nobody called the owner to clear things up
Answers: Weren't you suspicious when you didn't imbue out an application or sign a letter of intent? I presume this falls under "buyer beware". I've never official a job in need signing a letter of intent. You are also usually supposed to grant two weeks notice in the past you quit a job, as all right. Either you work for very unprofessional companies or you do something approaching fast food or retail (then it should be unproblematic to find a new job).

It doesn't sound similar to you were properly offered anything. You would have done someone paperwork for payroll and human resources if you have been. And they didn't generate you quit your job- you chose to. Unfortunately due to someone else's error, but they did not force you to quit. Custody battle?

I enjoy full temporary custody of my 2 kids. I enjoy had it for over 2 years. My ex husband is silly that he got into trouble for child support and might shift to jail so immediately he wants to catch custody back. He have a history of suicidal tendencies, and battery-operated charge, and driving record is horrible, he drives in need ins, without registration, and on a suspended liscense (due to child support non payment) Also, he have only see my kid's 12 times this year. He is allowed to come way more afterwards that but his wife and him are mad that he lost surrounded by court for child support and now want to remove my custody. Will they find anywhere with that? I will hire a legal representative if they do this because I will ask for FYI or termination of parental rights because he doesn't do anything for them much less see them...My son have emotional issues due to him and is seeing a counselor
Answers: most states hold a division within the district attorneys organization that deal beside collection of child support and enforcement of support orders, contact them for assistance. visitation or lack of is not related to support they are separate issues. do not spend money on a advocate until it is necessary, if he files for a transformation get a advocate until then allow the state to do their factor and get the support demand enforced. the support is for the benefit of your children keep them risk-free and happy and loved do anything you can to make them work out what is happening. do not use the children as a tool or a block but love them support them and their father must do the same.

There's almost no prospect they can "remove" your custody. he may be able to re-instate common custody. Just because he threatens to do something doesn't mean he will. Lawyers cost $$ & if he is short on support, where on earth will he get the $$ to reward a lawyer?

Answers: Everyone have differing political view, and full blown anarchy is not likely to be too favorable to holding democratic senate views. Is it hypocritical? No. You freshly gave your oath that you would maintain the Constitution against all enemy foreign and domestic, etc. etc. etc. You further gave your oath that you would fulfil lawful directives given by people duly appointed above you.

Your word is who you are. If you are true to your oath and your word is sacrosanct, then explicitly what you will do, despite your political beliefs.

Is it illegal right in a minute for the people who hire TV show writers to not confer the writers complete royalties?

I understand that the writers are on strike because they are not getting their full royalties. Is this bent? Because I need to propose a bill for management class, and I was thinking of making it risky with a fine if the TV writer hirers do not administer them royalties
Answers: Is there a decree that says the society who hire TV show writers, that their pay rate have to include royalties. I do not think so.

I contemplate the pay rate depends on doesn`t matter what the contract is ... they might get salaried in brass money, they might get salaried with a biweekly paycheck, they might seize weekly deposits to their bank picture, and or they might get some percent of the moneys received for the mart of their work product. The only piece the law say about this is that any contracts should be honored, and provides for a civil court system if anyone desires to argue that they have not be honored.
