Who came up near the concept, Crime + time in a pen = Justice?

Where is the Justice in incarcerating a drug user? At some point parents lose the ability to regulate this crime. When should the management step in to pass off it's justice? If an user steals money from it's parent's and is only caught doing so by the parents. The parents would hold the right to send this being to rehab and never report a crime was committed. Thus they would certainly be breaking the law by aiding a particular criminal. Now if the cops catch them, it's in a minute the judges right to step within and monitor the problem. Except the judge 9 times out of 10 will NOT intrude the sentence of rehab and take the route it give the parents. The judge will instead hold the addict and over look the TRUE problem. Where is the justice? If anyone can explain this to me so I can digit it out. I would highly appreciate it.
Answers: I am not agreeing near your scenario as correct, however, as to your question.

Your premise is flawed from the outset. Parents cannot transport an adult child to rehab. Not reporting a crime is not a crime. If the cops corner him breaking into the parent's house, it would still be up to the parents to press charges, not the cops or judges. The american judicial system is thoroughly scary and flawed. One of the several conflicts of interest in the US political/economical world is the private prison system. The private prisons are publicly traded companies whose stock convenience is based on the number of inmates housed. That resources that there is a linear relationship between company significance and number of inmates. With forty something percent of inmates in on drug charges you can create in your mind what would happen to the stock good point of those companies if suddenly they started releasing prisoners that were surrounded by on drug charges. It makes me sick to feel about how corrupt that system is.

I find it particularly troubling, in a country that espouses individualism, that we enjoy laws that prevent ADULTS of equal sex to get married.

The individual reason the political affairs should be in any liberal of ADULT marriage grill is to protect the contract that it espouses and the children, if any.

The only moral ruling that should be in place is just within the individual and religious horizontal with no nouns to law.

Yes that guy works an added hour, just put together sure you change your clocks spinal column before you be in motion to bed, so you'll be to work on time. My husband works overnight as okay, and will also have to work the extra hour.

My mother is suing for falling, do you think she'll win?

My mother fell within a NYC pothole when she was pregnant and suffered some genus of memory problem were she is justifiably disabled. She can't remember anything for to long and has mental problems. Will she win?

Very doubtful. Municipalities are protected against lawsuits owing to the scope of their responsibilities. In other words, NYC have way too oodles miles of roads to be held responsible for every pothole. They become liable when a public safety issue is blatantly palpable, they are aware of it, and they fail to exploit. That's negligence. Potholes, however, are not considered negligence.

Your mother has a moment ago as much responsibility to watch where on earth she is walking as the city does to repair potholes. This is no different than if she stepped off a curb and get hurt. Sorry, no claim.

Basically I was near this group (the wrong one I know!) and there be underage drinking going on and drugs etc, I didn’t take any drugs but I did drink I know it be stupid but ... anyway I felt pretty self-conscious so I decided to progress home as I was going on for to walk out of the garden this boy come up 2 me n got me against the wall and started trying to try it on near me, so I kicked him were it hurts and punched him a few times afterwards his girl friend came over n we deeply got in2 a row, it was really stupid, afterwards the police came and I be really drunk and wound up and the police was trying to appendage cuff me and I was ’resisting arrest’ and I accidentally elbowed the police surrounded by the stomach, he practically threw me to the floor! And he Anyway.It was totally out of behaviour, but the chances are im going down for some time as I kinda enjoy a past, any direction apart from ‘you shouldn’t of done it blah blah’ I already know!

when you say "Prison: you are wrong, you aim jail. Prison is for crimes that you are incarcerated for more than 1 year and is strictly for felony. Jail is for people beside sentences less severe and will get hold of out under 1 year. Chances are you will be on probation and do some community service. The gov't wishes to keep as oodles ppl out of jail as possible because its expensive and is theres a route out of jail, approaching i said before.. probation, probability are thats whats going to happen.
I have a former friend who went to prison, and here's what they have told me about it. (Keep contained by mind, he is a male and not a feminine.) He shared a barely wearing clothes sized cell with another guy or two. Mealtimes pretty much run sharp, breakfast at 7 after waking at 6, lunch at midday, one to two hours of freetime, dinner at 6, bedtime by 8 or 9. With good behavior, they could own tokens to progress to the 'general store'. There they could buy razor, cookies,etc. He did say that despite one a guy, using the toilet in front of others made him surface yucky. And also, showering with the semi-dirty prison hose and sticky shampoo...it was discouraging or worse than expected. Now though? i hear he's happy to hold the basic freedoms lots take for granted and he is a changed being
Alot depends on the prison your going to be at and its policy. By the nature of your crime you will prolly be contained by general population and will be locked down at darkness. Most prisons offer low paying job (like 50 cent an hour). If a job is available, TAKE IT! It will facilitate u pass the days and money for cigs or commisary. prison can be dangerous, but its not approaching you see on tv. Its what YOU make of it. Stay still mind your p's and q's. if you get rough beside a guard they will use force. my advice is read as much as you can and bring back into shape. Theres not much else to do. Make good use of your time. Some prisons even contribute college classes. Use this time to get your herald straight and in shape. I will hold on to you in my prayers. Good luck.

Use of lethal force within your own home (often referred to as the 'castle doctrine') to defend yourself have always be treated with more kindly in the equality system. Some states also require you to take the route of retreat if it is reasonably available to you. My suggestion is the research uses of fatal force in self defense situations within Virginia to get a concept of that states stance towards the subject.
It seems approaching this one should be a no-brainer under English adjectives law, but apparently it's more complicated than that. From what I could find, Virginia's "Make My Day" canon is only proposed at this point. The version vary somewhat from state to state but it allows you to shoot someone who breaks into your home and not take in court trouble. It is named after Clint Eastwood's signature phrase surrounded by 1983's Sudden Impact.
A couple calls to police or courts could report to you for sure but they might ask why you want to know.
I am not sure about the imperative of self defense in Virginia.
But NO jury will convict you for shooting a character who broke into your home.
Two things to remember if you shoot in self defense

1. NEVER move the attacker, even if he does die outside, despite what decades of "experts" enjoy advised. Leave the body alone!!!!!

2. Never shoot to execute or to wound, shoot to stop the threat. That way when the attacker is kill or wounded, it is their own fault for presenting the threat. (Two shots to center of mass and one to the team leader stops threats very effectively.)
