Revenge against an ex co-worker, supervisor.?

There's this middle ages fat harsh nosy butt human being that I used to work with who really drove everyone crazy she worked with. She we constantly address about and give an account everyone who she was the boss of and how she could approve whether or not folks could take time past its sell-by date. She would occupy most of her day simply walking around seeing what everyone be doing, taking the long way pay for to her office and sticking her commander in my department sometimes 20 times a day clich¨¦ the same piece "are we having fun yet", "is it siesta time" etc. She would exaggerate things, like if we would come surrounded by from lunch at 1:05 it would be like 1:15 or 1:20. There be at least two ancestors fired basically because she didn't receive along with them and one be pregnant. The one who was pregnant be calling in due to morning sickness, but this ***** didn't even describe her supervisor why she was calling contained by before they permit her go. She have had sexual stalking cases against her and is still employeed, her manager condones it.

I have be a nurse with impossible to tell apart employer for 16 years. am i entitled to a sabbatical?

Answers: No, but you probably have some break time you could use.
UK: It depends on who your employer is. If it's the NHS there may be something contained by your contract or a collective agreement that gives you the right. Contact the RCN or your league representative for advice.

I'm writing a story nearly stalking. I've gotten many books and tape to research it. However, it would really be helpful if someone could confer me some insight on a personal (or a friends) experience on this.
Answers: I was in reality stalked by an ex-boyfriend in college after he become abusive and I broke up beside him.

It made me afraid to go to class because he would skip his own classes to be waiting at the door to my classrooms to try to have a word to me and convince me to get backbone together with him. He threatened suicide if I didn't win back together beside him. He threatened to harm my sister, who go to the same institution, and he threatened me.

That's when my sister and I both transferred to a school within our hometown which was contained by a different state and moved back surrounded by with our parents. He later started calling me up to 20 times a day. After a few weeks of self intimidated, I finally told him that if he didn't stop calling I would call the police. That stopped him, and I enjoy not heard from him or see him in 20 years, thank decency.

It is really scary, and make you feel really helpless to think that someone is watching you everywhere you are and whatever you are doing. It literally made me afraid to give up my apartment or to go to class, and my formerly Dean's List grades dropped. Thankfully, given the situation, my teacher were severely understanding. And my parents be amazing.

But it made it hard within my next relationship, as the ex-boyfriend have been so insecure and dependent and moody, that I was other afraid of saying or doing the wrong point that would set him off. Thankfully, none of my other boyfriends be that way, and I fully advise the wonderful man who has become become my husband more or less the issues and he has other been impressively understanding.
I enjoy a friend (soon to be former) who is obsessing on a woman we know. He is married, and seduced her. She found out he be married, and now wishes to have nought to do with him. He keep trying. He is a sucessfull, good looking guy, and very soon divorcing for the second time (go figure).

I think his issue have something to do with self esteem, even though he have no reason to consistency low.

Well, I go to another job, we moved to another town, adjacent, and got a contemporary unlisted, unpublished phone number. I hadn't heard from him contained by 4 years and all of a sudden, he call and asked if I knew who it be. I did but I guessed every male cross I could think of and later said I give up. He didn't telephone call again for awhile, but followed me every where. I worked at the local YMCA at the time and be concerned for the school kids that walk there after conservatory. I talked next to a guy I worked with and he told me to dance to the police and start a stalking file on him. (The guy have political connections.) When I went to the police, they did start a database on him and the very subsequent day, he call and asked why I started a stalking file on him. I hung up. I still see him from time to time surrounded by my rear scene mirror and at the neighbors house, but I don't worry almost him anymore, he won't stop me from living life to the fullest anymore. (He be in the country on a green card and because he caught an elected authoritative with an underaged girl, be able to return with sponsored for citizenship and got it.) I dream up stalkers, especially those "visiting" our country should be put behind bar and those not here as citizens, deported and not allowed subsidise. Just my thoughts. I was contained by my late 20's when I get my stalker, I know that when it happens to younger women, it can affect the rest of their lives. (My daughter have a stalker when she was 15 and never get over it. She had friends that threatened the guy and he back off, she is still afraid of him and she is presently 21. We just bought a house and never even though of that until our realtor suggested questioning for sex offenders formerly we signed the contract. It could diverge state to state, but generally speaking, if you are fully licensed, you are fully licensed to drive anyone anywhere.
Check the division that lists restrictions (usually on the back) to see if you own any.
Here in Texas, I know you can drive house members have your license, as many as can fit into the vehicle, but you can singular have 1 friend next to you. After the 6 months you can drive anyone.
