What is an illegal nation?
I hear and read populace saying how Isreal is an undemocratic nation.How is that so?...in legalese please. No anti-Isreal, pro-Palestine or vice versa please.
Answers: First, nearby is a difference between nations and states. I suspect you be going to state and not nation. States are a subsets of nations. That is to enunciate, every state is a nation but not every nation is a state. For example, Canada is a state and a nation. So is the US. However, you can have American Indian tribes which are nation but they are not states.
NON-STATE NATIONS

According to the constitutive theory, other states must spot the state for it to be considered a state. According to the declaratory theory, you simply look to see whether the state is acting approaching one (using the definition I provided above). As you would imagine, different jurists and judicial authorities own supported one or the other theory. According to some sources, the shipment of authority and state practice support the declaratory theory.

Why do some think CNN is controlled by the policy?
The reports they give are not for the policy, but showing the injustice that private citizens are suffering at the hands of the administration. One for example are veterans who are injured in time of war and not given the full benefits that they should receive. Or a state that is forcing parents to give a vaccination to their children or face a $50 fine a time for not doing it even though there are law protecting those by their religious beliefs or medical concerns. How is this biased reporting?Answers: Yes, they show small incidents like that. But it does not show the most big sometimes. Those news doesn't appear to be too closely related with the inner government.
PS: There be a time when it aired that 8 soldiers has died that time, the soldier that actually saw the medium reported that only one died that morning.

Can my employer reduce my hourly rate of settle up?
I have be working for a social work on a agency on a special project for a year for 11 hours one day a month. They have now written to myself and the other two workers on this project to utter that our hourly pay rate is person cut. You nouns like a sub-contractor and depending on your contract the employer can do what they want (you can resolve to no longer do the job at the rate of pay). So if you own a month to month contract then they are with the sole purpose obligated to pay you for what you agreed to work within that month. Now if you have a multi-month contract later they can not change the rate during the contract time. If you have NO contract they can do what they want.

Rental Property?
I am a new tenant and have three tenant in my home that hold caused close to $6k within damage due to an incorrectly hooke up washer. After my property manager showed the tenant details of the damage, including statements from both the restoration contrator and pumbler pointing to the washer nouns as the root cause. I also included thermal descriptions from the contractor showing the water originate directly under the washer component (they installed) leaking onto the first floor ceiling. They claim it is not their issue and do not want to pay envelope for deductable and pumbler fees I payed out. What are my next steps. I don't hold a problem taking them to small claims court. In speaking to a lawyer he said I enjoy a good bag against them. Can I take them to course after their lease is over (6 months from now). You can evict them today, if you want. Your plumber can prove it was THEIR NEGLECT that cause the damage.
