Criminal libility over false reports?
What are the possible legal repercussions of an mature calling a crisis line and have the crisis worker think they be a minor, and make a police report of a crime occuring against alleged minor even if party requests them not to call the police and they do anyway?(false because crisis worker thought it be a child, but in sincerity it was an full-size, thereby negating mandatory reporting laws.)
Since the crisis worker is the one who file the (false) report, can the police or district attorney file charges against the company, even if they are not the one who made the report to law enforcement? if it have happened multiple times contained by different jurisdictions?
Answers: The crisis stripe would have no liability for acting on what appeared to be a lawful report.
The person making the untruth to the crisis line and thereby cause law enforcement to become involved would be liable for making a untruth in most jurisdictions--even if the contact be not made directly to law enforcement.
This is within addition to individual sued in civil court by the personage who is falsely accuse.
Pretty slimy.
Well she didn't file a falsehood she filed b/c she thought she be talking to a child. The analysis would be what duty does a "reasonable" character have to report an exploit in which a child is involved. Again, IF she thought she be talking to a child afterwards it was her duty to report it, and as such the tourist would be liable for impersonating a minor. If the company has done this within many jurisdiction the argument of malicious intent could be raise and as such he/she can be punished, it can also fall inwardly intentional negligence...

How to get your drivers license in California?
I'm going to be 18 soon.. do you take a written test? or do you just go to drive with somebody? or both? many people tell me different things.Answers: Both. Good luck!
Go to the website for the DMV in California. It's all on there.
Written and driving tests are required as well as a certain amount of hours training.
http://www.dmv.ca.gov/dl/dl.htm
Provisional Instruction Permits
If you are under 18 and at least 15 ½ you can apply for a provisional driver license. The first step to getting your license is to get your instruction permit. Because you are under 18, your permit and driver license are called, "Provisional." This means you have additional restrictions placed on your permit and driver license that adults (18 and over) do not have.
Your provisional instruction permit will have the following restrictions.
You must obey the traffic laws
You must drive without a collision
You must drive with your parent, guardian, spouse, or an adult 25 years of age or older, who has a valid California driver license.
You must hold your permit for six months before you can take your driving test to get your driver license.
How to apply for a permit if you are under 18
Driver License
To take your driving test you must:
Be 16 years old
Have held your California instruction permit for a minimum of six months
Have completed driver education
Have completed 6 hours of professional driver training. Select a driving school
Have completed 50 hours of practice with an adult 25 of age years or older. The adult must have a valid California driver license and certify the 50 hours of practice. At least 10 of the 50 hours must have been done at night.
Before you take your driving test, check your address on your permit to be sure it is correct. When you check in to take your driving test, tell the DMV technician if you have moved or if your address is incorrect.
You will be asked to show you are properly insured before your driving test begins. If you do not have proof of insurance, the driving test will be postponed (California Insurance Requirements).
If you fail your driving test, you must wait two weeks before you can take another driving test. You have three chances to pass your driving test before you have to start your application over. You will have to pay a retest fee to take a second or third driving test.
After you pass your driving test you will be issued a temporary license valid for 60 days. Your new photo license will be mailed to you. If you have not received your license after 60 days, call 1-8OO-777-0133 to check on the status. Have your temporary license with you to provide information when requested.

If you are 18, you can go to the DMV and take a written test. If you pass the written test, you can then take the driving test. If you pass the driving test, you can get license. You will need proof of your identity to do this, such as your birth certificate.
If you have no experience behind the wheel, you will need to do some practice driving or you will fail the driving test (especially the parking).
You cannot do practice driving with just anyone. Unless you are with a certified driving instructor or you have a learner's permit, you cannot drive a car.

What is the procedure of getting an FIR registered through a court in Delhi? Can a complainant emergency anonymity
I approached a police station to get an FIR registered. They merely give me a copy of my application with stamp, date and the each day diary entry number. Now a few months have passed and they are dithering contained by the name of inquiry. Neither are they giving me any written investigation report. The other gathering have given them some explanation within writing. Can I ask them for a copy of that explanation through filing an RTI application.Morever can I ask the police station for a written explanation of the investigation they supposedly conducted as a issue of right?
What is the procedure for getting a court order to bring the FIR registered? Can I demand anonymity? although it involves me, the crust is such that i don't want to get into the get underway picture. Does the procedure involve giving things like thumb summary and affidavit etc.? How does the cort view such cases? Do I own a fair unpredictability of getting an order? Please relief me.
Answers: The very first issue here is to see if the indignation or crime or any act you reported to police is a cognizable sin or not. The F.I.R. is being noted & investigated on the instruct of the court by the police if it is a cognizable offence not otherwise. Secondly you want to report an event or accomplishment concerning you but want to be anonymous; now to be precise not possible if this relates to you directly or indirectly. Thirdly surrounded by this case relates to an cognizable pique & no F.I.R. has be noted by the local police then get together the Superintendent/Deputy Commissioner of police of the district & tell him the together matter, he is empower to get full information near regard to this issue. Lastly if you want that the court should intervene contained by this matter afterwards file a independent criminal complaint surrounded by the court of the magistrate under whose jurisdiction the accuse reside or the offence be committed, the court shall on receipt of this complaint obtain this matter investigated by the police & bring them file FIR & charge sheet in relation to the whole thing within a stipulate time so the court can proceed next to the prosecution of the matter expeditiously.
You should know that near are some differences between an FIR and General Diary (GD). In your case, most probably Police have not lodged an FIR rather they own lodged a GD. If it was an FIR, it is their requisite to investigate the matter and record an Investigation Report. In case of GD, they are not lower than any obligation to wallet written report.
Now if they have indeed lodged an FIR and dithering inquest, then you can approach the Assistant Commissioner of Police surrounded by charge of your area. If that doesn't work, consequently you can approach the magistrate of the Court responsible for your area and lodge a private complaints. Court can receive police expedite the matter and database written investigation report to the Court though they will not under any duty to give you anything contained by writing if you are a party to the indignation. You can also use RTI for demanding an Action Taken Report but I suggest you to better approach the Magistrate if Police is dithering the matter intentionally.
Secondly, if you are a gathering to the offence, consequently you can't hide yourself from Police archives.

The Foods of Philadelphia
by Mark Glicksman
|Introduction| |Soft Pretzels| |Philly Sandwiches| |Hoagies|
|Steaks| |Where to Get| |If You Can't Get There|
--------------------------------------...
Most every city lays claim to at lowest one food as its own. Some are absolutely wonderful - San Francisco have its sourdough bread, Boston its chowder, Memphis its barbecue, and Chicago its fabulous hot dogs! Philadelphia surely possesses two of the best - the soft pretzel and The Italian sandwich, a category that includes both the hoagie and the cheese steak, among others.
You can find representations of these foods elsewhere. But, only within Philadelphia and its environs can you find the real point. You might get a soft pretzel at a shopping arcade in Cincinnati or a "Philly Cheese Steak" at a cafe surrounded by California and wonder "What's the big deal?" Come to Philadelphia, and you'll find out.
The Philadelphia Soft Pretzel
The origins of the Philadelphia soft pretzel can be traced support to a strong Germanic influence during the early history of Pennsylvania. During the 1700's, a immense proportion of Pennsylvania's population spoke German - in certainty German almost became the legitimate language! The "Pennsylvania Dutch" (more correctly call Pennsylvania Germans) still speak an old German dialect. And, oodles places in southeastern Pennsylvania undergo German names. Along near the language come a tradition of pretzel making.
The true Philadelphia soft pretzel:
is usually bought from a street vendor or small "mom and pop" shop - seldom from a tie up store
is fresh, soft, and chewy
comes in a sort of slab within which a number of pretzels are stuck together
is sprinkled next to just the right amount of coarse brackish
Here are a few tips for choosing a good pretzel:
Never buy pretzels that are wrapped within plastic. They are almost guaranteed to be stale, soggy, or hard. The best paper is a brown paper case.
There's a town in Oklahoma where on earth it's illegal to guzzle pretzels on main street.
We also own a law that we can't hunt whales within wheat fields.
A lot of states enjoy weired laws from a long time ago when the legislature have to much time on their hands.
One eat a Philly soft pretzel immediately on purchase.
Any hawker selling pretzels for consumption later, and putting them contained by bags, have the inferior product that the article above mentioned.
Speaking of that, if you are in San Jose California, and you want the concrete cheese steak, try Amato's on Saratoga Avenue near Payne.
and provide me a NY City soft pretzel over a Philly one any day :)
Contact your local court house and ask them this press.
What would have to be done, to wipe out the ACLU? If it was unfeasible to ...?
eliminate them entirely, what could be done to ensure that American tariff dollars do not go towards their support?I am outraged at what inspires the ACLU to motion. Their antics seem counter American culture contained by many ways. They appear to be employees of counter American ideology.
I know this is subjective scrutiny but surely there must be a approach to deny these people use of MY levy dollars. Write a Senator or Rep. or what? Any ideas appreciated.
Answers: Look at the first ten amendments, The Bill of Rights. The ACLU's key goal is to protect every American's civil liberty (hence the name). They are willing to protect a liberal's right to free speech; they are ready to protect a neo-conservative's right to free speech. They are worried about civil liberty, not a liberal agenda, despite what Fox News would like for you to believe.
And no, your tariff dollars do not fund them. They do not represent any random party who will pay them. They are approached by nation who have have their civil liberties violated, and next represent those people for free.
Nothing. The thoroughly idea is counter to the conception of freedom of speech, rule of law and the Bill of Rights. That you are outraged that they strive to protect Civil Liberties is terribly telling. They aren't supported by your charge dollars anyway, but by private contributions so relax.
Edit: Funding
"The ACLU receives funding from a big number of sources. For example, in 2004, the ACLU and its affiliate, the American Civil Liberties Union Foundation reported revenues totaling $85,559,887. Of that total, 87% be from donations and dues from the public, 1.8% from program services, including awards of legal fees, royalty income, and literature sale, and the remainder from investment income and income from sale of assets. The distribution and amount of funding for state affiliates vary from state to state. For example, the ACLU of New Jersey reported $1.2 million in income to both the ACLU-NJ and its affiliated tax-exempt foundation within the 2005 fiscal year. Of that income, 46% came from contributions, 19% come from membership dues, 18% come from court awarded attorney fees, 12% came from grant, 4% came from investment income and the remainder from other sources. Its expenses contained by the same extent were $800,000, of which 12% go to administration and nouns. Smaller affiliates with a smaller amount resources, such as that in Nebraska, receive subsidies from the national ACLU.[21]
The ACLU is beneficiary supported and receives contributions from the nonspecific public as well. Their financial annals are available for review; there is no secretive there. Visit www.aclu.org for more information something like their structure and finances.
The ACLU has matching rights as the NRA to advance their point of belief. The fact that you would want to suppress their First Amendment right to free speech and association is ironic evidence of the stipulation to keep them around.
If it wasn't for the ACLU (a PRIVATELY unded organization), you would be required to study religion surrounded by the classroom, attend church (the OFFICIAL church of the United States). Women would not have access to birth control.it would be a crime.
If it wasn't for the ACLU, blacks and asians and other minorities would not be allowed to vote. A woman could be removed from her career if a man wanted it.
The organization could intercept your mail and censor it, they could wiretap your phones and the phones of your neighbors and listen to every conversation.
Every right and freedom you own has be defended by the ACLU at one time or another - including free speech and freedom of the press.
Just because they might support an behaviour you disapprove of doesn't mean they are unAmerican.
And, at hand is no such thing as an "American culture". We are a nation of immigrant, each bringing their own culture into the mix of masses others. That's why our national motto is:
E Pluribus Unum.
I suggest you look up what those precious Latin words mean..
Is this a hole in the "Woman have a right to what is done to her body pro abortion argument"?
Yes, a woman does have the right to control her body and establishment cannot come to her and tell her what to do to or next to her body. But an unborn human being, a fetus, growing contained by her womb also has a right to duration.and since the right to life is a bit more vital than the right to not being told you cant abort a fetus, than the right to energy of the fetus argument supercedes the right to body argument.Furthermore, not only does the unborn fetus hold a right to life, but it is in good health known and economically understood that it is inside the rights and responsibilities of govt to protect the life of its citizens. Since an unborn fetus is incompetent to protect itself than government is withing its rights to do so.
This argument have nothing to do beside religion, but all to do beside human rights and civil rights.
The same argument can be used to argue against capital punishment. If the taking of a enthusiasm is wrong, then it its wrong for govt to do so. If a citizen kill someone out of anger
Answers: It is not a hole. Your argument has be advanced by "right to life" groups for 35 years and has be rejected for 35 years.
Current law does not make out a right to life for a fetus to be exact not viable outside of the womb. Therefore, lacking having to consider any right for the fetus, the woman's right to control her reproductive form supercedes any other concerns.
> But an unborn human being, a fetus, growing surrounded by her womb also has a right to time.and since the right to life is a bit more substantial than the right to not being told you cant abort a fetus, than the right to existence of the fetus argument supercedes the right to body argument.
Old argument. Logically fallacious.
Government is for the already born.
> This argument have nothing to do near religion, but all to do beside human rights and civil rights.
It is not a good argument, and we adjectives know you are trying to push a religious square peg through a round secular hole.
> Furthermore, not only does the unborn fetus hold a right to life, but it is okay known and very well understood that it is inside the rights and responsibilities of govt to protect the life of its citizens.
Fallacious again because fetuses are not citizens.
Not speaking for other countries, but our senate doe not have rights. It have powers granted to it by the people. Big difference.
So that constituent of your claim is fallacious as powerfully.
> The same argument can be used to argue against capital punishment.
Some empire *do* make a similar argument, and so far it have been equally unsuccessful. But, the difference as expected in circumstances, is that prisoners are already born.
As long as you variety the fallacious conflation that fetuses are at one and the same stage of life as already born empire and are subject to the same law in the secular world, you will not make out the reality of the situation.
Of course, you are free to practice your religion as you see fit, and if you and your churchmates choose to not hold an abortion for religious reasons, not a soul has an issue next to that.
Others have no such religious reason or qualms to worry give or take a few, and you should not worry going on for their religion any more then they verbs about yours.
Oh, brother.
1. NO ONE can force a woman to distribute birth
2. A fetus is not a person
3. It's HER body and singular SHE can decide what happen to it.
4. The government have no place inside a woman's womb - or any other body part.
5. Women are NOT chattel or second class citizens. They own the same rights as the "males" surrounded by our society..you, nor the government can agree on what she does with her body or how she does it.
6. If a "fetus" is a human man, then you better catch busy defending it. There are several million frozen human beings being held convict in sperm bank around the world.
Only a man would make the statements you own made. How about this one: any man who impregnate a woman without benefit of marriage ceremony or commitment must be sterilized.or castrated...?
Takes 2 to tango, bub.
