I am 77. A younger and bigger man told me that his son was a highway patrolman and be going to do a complete background check on me. Him and his buddy consequently made a false statrment that I tried to run him down. I found out that he has no son on the Highway patrol. If you are not ready for that route, document every time that they hold contact with you and try to own someone witness the contact. First, he is a bully and he enjoy doing this. Second, if he is repeatedly contacting you, he is looking for money from you.
Contact an attorney in you home town and ask him to dispatch a "demand letter" to this guy for you. Demand packages are what attorneys use to threaten someone with allowed actions. Most culture immediately stop playing the bully when an attorney is involved. Those that do not are the type of culture with whom you will obligation an attorney anyway.
You're from my father's generation. Your age group does not consult attorneys unless they have to do so. My classmates does. This guy will probably fold like a cheap card table if challenge.
By the way, I've never agreed a law enforcement agency that could do a "complete environment check." I used to work in a Clerk of Court's store room. The FBI's NCIC database (which the police use) is notoriously wrong.

is this fraudAnswers: Yes it is fraud. The employer is paying for time that has not be earned. So the party claiming more hours than actually worked is human being unjustly enrich by their actions. It is appropriation, put simply.
You are stealing from your employer by stating that you have worked more hours than you in fact have. If you are remunerated for these additional hours / time consequently you have knowlingly defraud your employer. You would be disciplined and sacked if found out. Your employer could also bring charges of stealing against you.

In the US, beside few exceptions, citizens as a whole don't want law, they elect representatives to represent them, an they follow established processes to gross laws.
One exception I know if is that surrounded by California, issues can be placed on the ballot for referendum relatively easily. I be approached by a petitioner just the other daylight - she said they needed 650,000 signatures or something like that.
I be sympathetic to her cause, but I decline to sign because I am tired of ballots where on earth I have to study candidate who I think will be best, and after they have a catalogue of dozens of ballot initiatives I have to study surrounded by detail too. Didn't I elect people to do that for me?
One or the other please! Except within case of dire emergency or injustice.

All I know is that tamper with messages other than your own is a federal offense and that could result contained by life time consequences. Please gossip to your neighbor first before throwing around accusation, it could all be a innocent mistake.

I know my dad is not as free as he was. He is of Lebanese descent and an electrical manufacture. He is very smart and complex working. He gets checked at payment and hates it. It is incredibily unreasonable. My dad is a really nice guy. He's a nerd. He also be brought up Catholic but has little to do beside religion. He has plentifully of problems with Catholicism.

Most general public these days, it seem, do not really want to be free. They SAY they want freedom - freedom of speech, expression, etc. - and then they transport take pinch from the government, PROVING that they really do not want to be free, but that they own chosen security instead. They're nil but big children, wanting to DO whatever they want, but enjoy no responsibility to care for themselves. (Find me a charge; give me living security; craft sure my job pays me no smaller amount than this amount; pay for my kids to stir to school; foot for my kids' health trouble; blah blah blah blah.)
If people TRULY want to be free, they own to stop accepting government handouts and expecting the federal parliament to hold their hands -- they hold to CARE FOR THEMSELVES. The government is supposed to protect me from YOU -- it's NOT supposed to protect me from ME! You can't relate the government you want it rotten your back ... and after go ahead and invite it on. (Like Jerry Seinfeld said, "Government is similar to parents for adults.")
And - Sahara - people are suspicious of Arab-looking folk because these are the inhabitants who have chosen to any FORCE people to convert or to murder them if they don't agree next to them. The idea of civil liberty is an illusion. They exist solely so far as those in power allow them to. The moment that these liberty and the exercise of them becomes a threat to the power structure and the desires of the ruling fashionable, they can and will be limited/taken away. Just look at what happened during WWI, when populace were jailed for making statements against the time of war and the government (which I'm sure more than a few of the neofascist dullards trolling YA will construe a fine thing to reinstitute).
