Help! I stole beer...?

Okay.. tonight i did something incredibly stupid... i participated surrounded by a senior scavenger hunt (im a freshmen)... and one of the things said to steal beer.. so i went into the local supermarket and stole beer.. and i be stopped actually by the superior lady, but she thought i stole toilet broadsheet.. and i DIDNT steal that.. but im SO nervous immediately that they will have be doing it on security camera.. and i know its SO stupid of me.. i KNOW this in a minute.. but what will/could happen if they own been doing it on camera.. i feel rlly bad more or less it and was going to in fact pay for it surrounded by an evelope and stick it on the door but the guy followed me out so i couldnt do that.. and i dont want to get within trouble.. AHH!

You are no doubt underage and cannot justifiably posess beer, so if you fess up and try to pay for it you are surrounded by big trouble. So my advice is to ditch the beer, walk home and hope that is the wind up of it. If the store manager be going to do anything, she would have done it right next so I think you are OK. Don't walk back to that store right away, and don't steal anything for any apology.

NEED HELP PLEASE!!! Dog Laws!!?

I bought a dog recently for my friend (we live together). We signed a contract aphorism that we would pay $300 roughly $50 every week. It's be 3 weeks now, and the owner have received $160.
The contract was signed next to the understanding that the dog would come near it's papers. Recently, she finally concluded that she did not have the papers. She still wishes me to fork over $250 for the dog, and I think it's disappointing as dogs with shots usually cost $100 when you buy them at shelters, and this is NO purebred. She said if we can't come to an agreement that she could make available me my money back and transport the dog, but we've all grown so attached to it!! Not to mention it's my other dogs best friend! Is within any LAW that could help to stop her from mortal able to purloin him back? Please tolerate me know and if there's a link or something so that I can read it over? Thanks!!!
Answers: This is breach of contract and as such you own the right to void the contract. Your option are keep the dog and negotiate a price the vendor is willing to adopt or return the dog for a refund of your money. There is no imperative that states the seller have to give you any discount.
I am not a advocate, but there seem to be a clear answer here.

If the "contract" states that the dog would have papers at a sure price, and there are no papers to enjoy, then the vendor is in breach of the contract.

If you can prove the "do market value" of the dog, beside advertisements for a similar animal, rates from the shelter you mentioned, etc. from your nouns, and you have rewarded that (or more) you are on solid ground. If not, send her the set off to make up the impartial market importance and call it done.

If she decide to take you to court, you will inevitability to produce the information I mentioned.

In the meantime, if she comes for the dog, don't answer the door! If she doesn't leave - call for the police.

Is it possilbe to get my step-daughter declared unfit for the following reason?

She showers about once a week, refuse to clean up after herself, she's irresponsable, not at adjectives interested in her pregnancy, does not and will not follow doctors advice (meds, and prenates), has a raging yeast infection that she refuse to get treated, have NEVER followed up with doctors resembling she's supposed to, claims to cut herself, claims to be suicidle, and has stated that she get pregnant on purpose so that she could move out of the house! She LOVES to speak she's sick so she can get attention, I'm afraid she'll finale up hurting the baby so that relations will give her attention for have a sick baby!

In nonspecific, to have someone declared unfit to feel thier own affairs, you have to prove that personality is a danger to themselves or others.

I never smoke pot nor will I ever. Stupid. The people that I know in a minute that smoke pot are not that smart. Why would I want to be like them? They are irresponsible but they won't cash. They don't get that they hold a problem.

There are other methods than stealing in command to survive. There are agencies (social services), shelters that can help you. There are also programs out here, you must ask social services about them. They won't eagerly tell you these things. You could also run to churches and soup kitchens.

IF you have relatives contained by another city or state and can't get nearby, go to your social services office(welfare) and ask them if they can dispatch you home to your family. Two separate issues. First yes you can sue but only lower than certain circumstances such as see, religion, sex, etc. It would be hard to prove though.
