Do we have any permissible recourse in admiration to credit fraud??
My fiance's dad and him have like name... His dad's desperate credit is constantly going on his credit, and now nearby is a lawsuit on his credit for an unpaid credit card for a jewelry store...What legal goings-on do we have here?? I've disputed it near the credit bureaus and they said it's legitimate and is staying on his copy... I've called them and they voice to just communication in stuff to carry another investigation going...
This is affecting us NOW... My fiance can't get a undertaking, we can't get credit... It's pretty doomed to failure... What can we do NOW to solve this??? And is there any bearing we can sue to get lost wages and frustration charges...

If you be a witness you can report it to child services and/or the police. If you just hear the story, then possibly child services would investigate, but likely nil would come of it unless the child was feeling like to repeat what she told to you to them and face the consequences of going to stay at child services and testify against the man. And unless there be witnesses willing to testify, the man might not even be arrested tolerate alone the case going to trial. There's no opening to force the mother to testify, since apparently she already has chosen the man over her own daughter. I'd articulate the girl is in serious trouble from the man, especially without mama's protection, and if he get away with this he will presume he can get away beside more in the adjectives.

The believe to be ruled that the moron would not be liable for my damages (even though I had a notarized witness statement), but he also give this individual an opportunity to counter sue; which this person decline. The judge told the character that that would be the only time he could folder a claim (sue me for the incident). My insurance company went over the evidence and refuse to pay that individual's insurance company. Now the insurance company is trying to come after me. First, a year after the quirk. I sent a copy of the ruling to the law firm and they promptly dismissed the claim against me. Now, three years later they are at it again single with another ruling firm. I am going to get a attorney this time and deal next to this within the subsequent 30 days, but isn't this harassment? A frivolous lawsuit? Can I sue the insurance company?

I never rehired someone after firing them. But I never fired anyone on the spur on the moment either. I other gave it greatly of thought. And I never fired anyone without point and without first giving them a requirement (well, one time I fired someone without giving them a stipulation first, but that guy did something MAJOR).
I would not recommend going to the boss’s house. If a former employee have come to my home, that would have almost guaranteed that I wouldn’t re-hire them (it’s remarkably unprofessional, and my work life is separate from my home life). I also wouldn’t recommend using tears to attempt to sway them (again, incredibly unprofessional). Try using sincerity. ie “I know I was wrong, I apologize, it won’t start again” etc.
