Do You Think That Criminals Under The Age Of 18 Should Be Treated Less Harsh, More Harsh,Or Equal To Adults?
It doesn't matter the crime; drug selling, robbery, murder, vandalism...Do you come up with that a person below the age of 18 should be treated differently than one over 21 because they are not of legal age all the same?
Answers: According to Dr Phil, the brain of a person lower than the age a about 24 is not fully formed and accordingly could interfere with fitting judgment. Also, how a individual is raised and where on earth they were raise influences their behavior. Still, a person who kill someone needs a strong influence not to repeat this behaviour. I don't think prisons work for this type of personage...I think prisons are a moment ago holding tank. I think they should be treated like as adults, but of course not incarcerated next to adults. The old maxim should apply to them, too: you do the crime, you do the time..and in my judgment, it should be hard time..boot military camp comes to mind. Perhaps if we stop pampering them and treating them as "juvenile delinquents" (which they are just in the legitimate sense of the word), they won't be "adult criminals."

I live in NYC, and my ex-wife (lives contained by Jamaica) is suing me for child support.I am have remarried.I know the courts do not attention to detail about non-custodial parents and what their obligation are, but I have never be able to manage an agreement concerning my child with the ex-wife. I hold also never been unwilling to support my child. I stopped sending money to her, when she cut me and my loved ones off from the child.It have been over a year, and I do not know whether my child is alive or unresponsive. She refuses to allow me to speak near my child over the phone. And my brother tries to visit every week, but she other locks the child in the house, and refuse to let him see the child. I enjoy requested copies of the report card and school bill, and she have refused. I own called the academy, and the principal claims that she has no understanding of my child in attendance.I enjoy no proof that monies I have sent are even benefiting my child. I entail advice as to how to prepare myself when I dance to court.
Answers: It doesnt matter what she requirements. The court said $200, thats what she gets. As far as not allowing access to your child. Take her to court and consent to them smack her down for you.
Visitation and child support are independent issues. In other words, someone cannot refuse visit due to non payment of child support. Which scheme the same as if she denies visitation (and you hold a valid court order), you don't get to stop paying child support.
The query, of course, is WHERE IS JURISDICTION? If she is violate any court order, you hold to bring it to court. Of course, if Jamaica has control of the custody issues, their law will take precedence.
