Why is the Mike Vick case racially divided?

I of late dont get it, the pro-Vick crowd is predominately black, and the anti-Vick crowd is predominately white. Why? I scrounging, shoudnt this be more of a right/wrong situation, not black/white?
Answers: It should be right/wrong, that is for sure. Michael Vick is a particularly popular player, and since his behavior is so disgustingly indefensible, his supporters are left attacking his accusers instead of defending Vick. There may be a lawful complaint that Vick is receiving harsher charges than a while man would hold, although I very much doubt i.e. the case.

In certainty, a white Chandler, AZ police officer is facing criminal prosecution because he left his K-9 partner contained by his police car during the summer and the dog died. This happen because the officer learned his son have been within a car luck and left surrounded by a hurry. This doesn't excuse his negligence, but it certainly doesn't compare to hosing a dog down and electrocuting it because it couldn't rip another dog's obverse off.

Michael Vick should receive the maximum sentence. He is a cruel and disgusting man whether he is black, white or purple. I hope the NFL ban him for life.
he broke the directive..

but every needs a second providence
The issue should not become one of race but one of human integrity. Only a loser and scumbag would do the things Vick and his cohorts plead guilty to doing. All four of them don't deserve to be called human beings. They are barbarians and when it is their time to shift, I hope they are surrounded by images of the dogs they kill.

Will if money left to daugther but not contained by will written.?

my father has a will but i dont reason he has finacial instutions timetabled this estate oes in a special requirements trust.can i take the deaf certificate to the bank he belonged to he have a c.d of 20.000 dollars he told me to get another vechile beside some of it. will the lawyer find out just about it.if it is not in the will.
Answers: DO NOT CASH ANY OF HIS ASSETS. He's departed. You are comitting fraud. Talk to the administrator of the estate
Depends on whether you have other nearest and dearest. If you are the only one, afterwards you should have no problem working it out near a lawyer so that you inherit everything (assuming your father does not owe any money).

If you hold siblings or another living parent, then it may not be that natural. If it's not in the will, it will prbably be a tussle.

Regardless, you will need a advocate. You can't just cart the death cert to a hill and get the money.
If you embezzle money from his bank article, the C.D., which is in his dub and not legally yours as a result of a survivorship clause, you are taking money to be precise not yours. You can almost guarantee it has a residuary clause which disposes of adjectives of his property not specifically mentioned in the will. This disc probably isn't specifically mentioned, but is encompassed by the residuary clause. There is a coincidence it may be you, but the Will must be probated and Court monitor the distribution of the CD. DON'T TAKE IT, YOU WILL BE FORCED TO PAY IT BACK AND POTENTIALLY WITH INTEREST.

Also, the integral thing nearly you buying a car, that have no legal effect.
Does the edge account or the disc have a beneficiary timetabled? That would be one reason why it's undetermined in the will ... it would be unneccessary surrounded by that case for any account to even stir to the will. As a beneficiary you would be able to pinch the money ... wills cover goods that don't own a designated beneficiary, typically banks request a beneficiary but contained by some cases people take off them off or forget to teem it in.

Is it really illegal to sing "Happy Birthday to You"?

Or is that a ploy? I read somewhere that scouts, summer camps etc. have stopped allowing kids to sing it around the camp fire for shock of infringing copyright.

That's some kind of urban myth, right...?
Answers: Is it immoral to sing it around a campfire? NO! Singing a copyrighted song around a campfire comes under do use. . .like singing Happy Birthday at a kids deputation. However, "Happy Birthday to You" IS, in certainty, COPYRIGHTED material. T.V. shows, movies, etc., cannot use the tune short paying royalties to the copyright holder (this particular song brings surrounded by about $2 million contained by royalties a year). That is why you seldom hear it sung on T.V.
No, Its Not Illegal. Whover told you That is Veerrryy Gulible
Sounds like a storyline surrounded by the Simpsons .
I very much doubt it.
If specifically illegal, man enjoy I broken the law.
Let's try it and see.Happy birthday to you. glowing birthday to you, Happy birthday dear 2kool4u, happy birthday to you.

Um No cops showed up so I guess it's not dubious
heh, looks like a duty for snopes.com

So, while the song is copyrighted there are no royalties to be remunerated for like a campfire song etc... if it be performed for a commercial use (ie: in a movie) next yeah, a royalty or license fee would have need of to be paid.
It's copywrited. You can't use it for commercial use (tv, movies, published print, etc.) You can sing it adjectives you want for your own enjoyment. It is one and the same as if you were to sing "Let It Be" by The Beatles. It's copywrited but nobody can stop you from singing it contained by the shower.

Is it legal to disallow smoking for owners of condominiums?

A friend of ours has lived surrounded by his condominium for 27 years and he paid rotten the mortgage two years ago, so he does own it, but pays a monthly association fee.

Last year, the complex passed a ruling that ban smoking outdoors, at the pool, the golf course, in the parking lot, and even on private portico.

Now they are trying to ban adjectives smoking, even within private homes.

My friend is a smoker and he follows adjectives regulations, but he's outraged about the possible regulation that would refusal him from smoking inside his own home.

Is banning smoking inside your condominium legal?

How could this be enforced?

Would it be court?
Answers: Discrimination against smokers, again. I would think it would be up to the condo owners, themselves. If they hold an association and the owners are allowed to vote on issues regarding the complex, after I would think the results of such votes would be legitimate. If the issue is in conflict of the state or federal law, then such behaviour would be illegal. I don't penny-pinching to be skirting the issue, but you need to check the annotated code of your state or consult an attorney. Many attorneys provide a free initial consultation. Personally, I would be outraged next to yet another right self eroded. To smoke or not to smoke is a personal choice and is not illegal by federal tenet (with some exceptions like hospitals). Smokers pay cheque plenty of taxes. Some people are addicted and can not tender up smoking very effortlessly. It's a proven fact that for a individual addicted to tobacco, it's harder to quit than to quit crack!

Add'l.: After checking into the fed and state law, and an attorney, maybe he and others who grain the same in his development could bring a class conduct suit against the condo association (invasion of privacy in their home or forbidding the use of legitimate substance in their own home). Maybe he should start a push toward not allowing beer or alcoholic beverages within the complex. That should get somebody's attention.
They sure are getting bleak about smokers.
I would smoke within my house, no matter what they said.
Frikum.

Legal Liabilities of an Auto Dealership?

I bought a used 2005 Toyota Scion XB, 4-door from a GM-Chain dealership around 8/06.

Recently, I got pulled over by a county officer because of the tinted driver-side, and front passenger-side window, which are considerably lighter than the privacy glass of the remaining window of the car. The car be originally sold from a Toyota Dealship in Seattle, WA, and be re-sold here in Illinois.

I bought the vehicle, which still have its manufacturer's warranty, as is, and have made no change to the exterior, or windows.

My interrogate: Is the dealership that I bought my car from, rightfully liable to sell me something i.e. legal to drive contained by the state its being sold contained by?
Answers: No.
pay the ticket, remove the tint.

it'll be lot smaller number headache than going after the dealer.

besides, you'd never win that skin.
