Child custody?
My wife and I seperated 2 years ago were still not divorced, we enjoy 2 daughters who stay half of the time next to me and half of the time beside her. I just found out she moved her boyfriend into her rented home. she's a bartender and I lately found out she let her boyfriend keep under surveillance my girls. Im totally against her boyfriend from ever watching my girls ages 3 and 6. Is there a decree or procedure where I can clutch full custody of my daughters until divorce is final before I be in motion RAMBO/POSTAL on her and her boyfriend?Answers: I think the best piece here is for you to go rambo/postal since that open-handed of attitude is harmful to children anyway. This means of access you will do your soon to be ex a favor and she will get full custody. I yearning I knew where on earth yiou lived and who your ex was. I would phone her and inform her of your plans. I hope she knows your yahoo psyche so she can print this question for herself so she can show this to the believe to be. This sort of thinking is why so many women divorce men at the moment. This is exactly why I left my ex, and he ahs duplicate antiquated thinking that you have. Just because these children are your children does not present you the right to control their lives 100% of the time. If you want that kind of control later don't get divorced.
Also freshly because your soon to be ex is a bartender does not make her any smaller amount of a parent. Bartenders can make extremely good money. Also she can rest while the chidlren are surrounded by school and since one child is not university age yet, she can spend talent time during the day near him/her.
So get sour your high horse. Or consent to people know where on earth you live so we can track down your soon to be ex so she can print this rubbish off so she can find full legal custody of these children and save your control freak behavior away form them.
Geeesh!!!!
You can sue for custody in your local civil court. But dude, you are divorcing. There are going to be plenty of things you dont resembling - trust me on that one. You may end up getting a court directive where you in fact have smaller amount time with your girls than you do very soon, because unless there is some foul play going on, law lords will look at who has be raising the girls and who have been working and award primary to the one who have been raise... you might cut yourself there man!
Separation sucks - i am here now. Cool your jet. Talk to some friends and keep things constructive next to your almost ex because you have 15 more years to shift! (Ive got even more than that)
Good luck man
He is a discouraging guy? Why do you not want him around them? Do you sincerely feel that your children are within danger when he watches them? Do you truly believe that your ex wife would put your children in harms route?
I think surrounded by general they are not potential to give you full custody unless you can prove that they are exposure.
Just remember by doing this it will cause seriously of problems between you and your ex. It seems that right presently you and your ex are handling this good by sharing custody. If you enjoy nothing to stern up your feelings nearly the situation all it will do is bring unneeded tension. Going to court and lawyer and more fighting. And within the end it is going to hurt your children the most.
As she is putting your children surrounded by harm's way, you enjoy every right to demand that the boyfriend be evicted from the home. You should not gamble away any time in going to Family Court and warfare for full custody of your daughters.
I'm sure that she would object strongly if you have a girlfriend that you allowed to take aid of your girls.
She also did not ask or take your assessment into consideration when she was up against it and needed someone to scrutinize the girls while she went to work .You should hold been consulted and you might hold helped her out. For the sake of your children you should force yourselves to discuss these issues.
If you live within the US….
I’d highly suggest that you DON’T jump Rambo/postal, because if you do, and she decides to petition for full custody, you’ve only helped her suitcase.
When the children are in her consideration, you have no read out in who she chooses to use as a babysitter, *unless* that entity has be determined by a court as presenting a danger to the children. The mere reality that he’s male/her boyfriend does not mean he’s a trouble to the children.
However, here are some possible options:
--you may be capable of request that the court order her not to enjoy overnight guests of the opposite sex when the children contained by her care (which wouldn’t denote he can’t babysit, just that he can’t spend the night). Of course, that would apply to you as all right. And, it does not apply to spouses, so once you get divorced, if she next marries this man…
--you can also check and see if your state have ‘right of first refusal’. If so, and it’s *written into the custody plan*, then until that time either of you can use a babysitter, you would enjoy to first give the other parent the opportunity to charge for the children during that time. But if the other parent cannot do that, then the parent get to choose who they use as a babysitter (again, unless that person have been determined by a court as presenting a risk to the children).
Is microchipping people against their will ethical?
The government trying to make it a requirement to enjoy the public microchipped.Honestly, it's not my fault I live on near land, and I would go away if I could. They don't own me, so they have NO right to know where on earth I go, i.e. my business.
Plus it's just creepy knowing that somewhere, a system official is watching you, 24/7. your every move. You progress to your gf's house, they'll know. You stop for donuts, they'll know. Sure, it'll stop things like binladdin, but at what price? Our privacy.
And not that I reckon what binladdin did was right, he's an EVIL bastard that requirements to die, but if it for weren't things like that, the human population would grow terrifyingly, and a lot more than a few million population would die from starvation/lack of homes, etc. etc.
Answers: Not ethical except for criminals. Sensible people, working together could work out a compromise between payment measures and loss of privacy. If the ordinary voters don't work it out, someone else will do it for them.
As far as the overpopulation, the relations are expanding . The Earth is not. So, at some point, population will have to be controlled but it will probably be a cut back of two offspring fairly than blowing them up. We will probably run out of cheap energy (oil) and wet, long before we run out of room.
I'd speak it's only ethical for those populace who have no respect for free will contained by the first place: violent criminals and repeat sexual offender. They *need* to be watched as you describe, it would amass lives.
But ordinary, law-abiding citizens? Hell no. Biblical allusions aside, that *does* nouns entirely too much like mark someone as being "smaller quantity than human" so the Powers That Be can restrict movements, and eventually ship folks off to camp to die. I don't see the point to this, and actually *refuse to*. I have it in mind, what the hell?
You mention Bin Laden.U.S. Troops *had him* in Afghanistan, but be *ordered* to let the locals feel it for PR purposes...and what happened? The locals tolerate *their boy* slip away. Pardon the brief digression, but there's a point to this.
*Why* chip, and effectively punish, law-abiding citizens when we *allow* criminals to get away near their misdeeds? Most *Americans* don't need to be chipped and located by satellite. But things *change* when you sermon about Saudi Arabs or Arabs from the Emirates, don't they? At that point, you'd surmise, with the historical track diary, that *every* Bin Laden living on this Earth would be chipped by now.
But no, that would spawn too much sense and piss off both Big Oil and the religious fundies (Christianoid and Muslim) that they sponsor by mode of *your* gas tank and *your* motor vehicle. So we can't hold that, oh no.
Instead we have to punish folks for *obeying* the Law and for *NOT* self murderous scum. What. The. Hell?
It make me sad for the world, it does. -_-
Thanks for your time. Have a Star, you earn it. Good, damned good, examine.
Hey Everyone! Yes, these are the times...
You know, it's simply a matter of getting OUT of the bad-apple box. There's alot of righteous people contained by that box, but they are, nonetheless, IN that bad-apple box.

And I hear a voice from Heaven saying, 'Come out of her, my ethnic group, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues; for her sins have reach into Heaven, and Elohim (Hebrew for "God") hath remembered her iniquities. Rev.18:4-5
I don't believe I've ever heard anyone near authority remotely hint at this. Leave your conspiracy theories aside, it's not up in our lifetime. Cost alone would be astronomical, plus we have too masses civil liberties within this country to even consider that approach.
I need petty appropriation help?
i made a stupid mistake and stol something that be $34.00.WHICH THEY RECOVERED.and they let me move about but they said i was expelled from the property and they were gonna stir civil with it...anyway the police said that surrounded by a week or so that i should turn myself in because here gonna try to get a warrant for my arrest..is that possible if they caught me, recovered the product, prevented me and let me jump home.Answers: Caution: the suggestion that follows is just a suggestion: discuss this strategy near your attorney.
You do have an attorney, right?
Who recovered the property? If the shopkeeper recovered the property, later the property was not within police custody at the time of the arrest. That means that the "fasten of custdy" was broken, and you own the right to a hearing to suppress the allegedly stolen property on the ground that the police custodian cannot lay the proper custodial foundation.
Because of this, I would say aloud that the polizei are blowing smoke up your tuches. Remember, when they take you, the simply thing you vote is "I want my lawyer." You enjoy the right to remain silent, so exercise that right, and exercise your right to an attorney, and if you're not arrested then you way of walking out of the house of the blue meanies and hie thee to a lawyer right prompt.
Yes, its possible.
Do you approve or disapprove of the Patriot Act?
Answers: Only a fool can't see that the Patriot Act is a violation of the constitution.
"Those who desire to hand over up freedom in directive to gain security will not enjoy, nor do they deserve, either one."
- Benjamin Franklin
Totally disapprove.
Since when is violate the freedoms and rights of the people xenophobic?
Disapprove 100%.
Had the creators of the Constitution seen this coming - they would enjoy stayed with England.

Approve!
They can listen to adjectives my calls, but I hope they are chasing the unpromising guys instead of wasting their time listening to me.
Too fruitless Nancy Pe"loser" went to Syria to return with her instructions from Putin, I kinds option they had caught her while listen in.
I approve:
1. The Patriot Act allows FBI to communicate next to CIA, and let agencies coordinate and share information.
2. The Patriot Act authorizes Congress to reward 9/11 victim's families.
I would not want to be the one to ask those population to return the money.
Disapprove, why is it we need to disown our legal standards to do business with terrorist...it seem to imply our system doesn't work so we are bypassing it.
Worst of adjectives if I were writing a mythical story like 'Vendetta' or '1984'...the patriot perform makes a timely transition from America to a police state reasonable/believable.
approve 100%..I hold nothing to mask so I dont worry give or take a few what they hear on my phone

There are no such laws. Anyone can be within whatever class.
Being fired while on FMLA?
I am currently on my third week of maternity resign from and I've been approved for a total of 8 weeks. I am not planning to be in motion back to work after my move has completed. I want to give them a 2 week see, and call within at 6 weeks and let them know so it would technically be a 2 week perceive. My question is can they fire me after I agree to them know I wont be coming back? I dont conjecture they can since on FMLA but someone told me they can do that. Would I be better off to not make available two week notice at adjectives? I'll be returning to work eventually and dont want them to give me a bleak reference..Answers: If you're not planning on going fund, why are you on FMLA? Are you receiving some disability compensation, which you will lose if they fire you?
Yes, the two week awareness would be the right thing to do, but if you're not person compensated, tell them right away.
Yes, you should donate them 2 weeks notice.
The Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) is a labor statute directed not at discrimination or singling out, but at making sure that employees do not lose their job just because they filch medical leave for themselves or medical give up your job to care for a kinfolk member, also prearranged as family walk off.
actually it would be better for them to fire you because consequently you could apply for unemployment
Is it an invasion of privacy when a video camera is watching your house?
I have an aunt who is have trouble with her neighbor. The neighbor is out to go and get her, and one way this neighbor is bothering my aunt would be beside a video camera pointed at the side of my aunts house to watch every move she make. This neighbor even calls my aunt to influence she is watching her. The camera is not on my aunts property, but on the neighbors property, and my aunt doesn't want to be watched and it is facing the bathroom glass, the window isn't really big, perchance 2ft by 2ft. Is that some how against the law, esspecially privacy law? If it matters, she does live surrounded by Utah. I want to know because apparently the police won't do anyhting about it. ThanxAnswers: Fyi within are "fake" video cameras you can buy cheaply from a spy shop. The real ones are expensive and within order for the neighbor to really be video tape her constantly they would have to jump to A LOT of trouble- have a vcr running constantly, beside wires running from the camera into their home down to a separate vcr, then to the system, plus dance back and review hours and hours of cassette...it's a cumbersome and expensive set-up. Also the quality of most systems is terribly poor and I doubt the neighbor is really seeing anything even if she is really doing this. Have you ever looked at the video screen within a convenience store, how grainy and poor ability it is? And that is from a moment ago a few feet away. The neighbor may be simply trying to bother her.
Yes, that's off the record.
She should report it immediately.
I don't know. What does the house enjoy to say going on for it?
Well, sounds like it definatley falls underneath the category of harrassment to me. Your aunt needs to turn over there and slap that b*tch. Then see if the police do anything. God, I aversion psychotic neighbors.
She should consult a lawyer, not Yahoo answers.
yez!!!!ring up other polices..they might help
yes this is invading her privacy big time.they should do something in the region of it..
I would think it would be against the imperative !Ithink your aunt needs to put a blind and a creamy curtain on that window
i believe it's evil, but i would discuss n get proposal from an attorney
Yes because the law say that you can watch your own property. If it is on your property it cant be surrounded by other peoples bedrooms as in if you own kids, or family living beside you, unless you have their written blessing. Also no bathrooms or changingrooms. That is just wrong if you want to study people use the toilet. Also if it is pointed at other properties, because since they our not your own you ahve no requirement to watch it. Your aunts neighbor is of late a high tech peeping tom.
If the camera be only pointed at the courtyard, I'd say probably no because what happen in the courtyard is in public estimation. But the fact that the camera is pointed at a windowpane and can see inside the house, possibly... Though it could be argued that if it's visible from the neighbor's house, it's surrounded by public view. I'd close the curtains., and see nearly filing a bullying complaint
yup thats total invasion of privacy if your aunts neighbor can see every move she makes.
Harrassment possibly but not invasion unless it can see her inside her house.Id file harrassment charges and see an atty give or take a few a civil suit...(sue)
Time for action.
try this contact on privacy laws surrounded by Utah
Yes it is - get an attorney friend to intervene. If that doesnt back - put up one way windowpane shades so nothing is perceptible from outside while you can see everything that happens from inside. : ) Let me know if it worked. :)
Ask your aunt to do equal, and problem will be solved immediately. Fit a camera pointing against her. this does the trick
I would contemplate that this is called singling out and would definitely be against the decree and she should call the police and find a restraining order.
No it is not illicit. As long as she is not on her property when she is doing it she is free to film away.
Ever see the photos of the hollywood stars where on earth they ar e inside their house. Those are taken with 500mm telephoto lenses from a ways away.
The call however could be deemed harrasment or even threats. I would Call the phone company and report the call as harrasing and threatening. I would also go to the states attorney's department and ask to file charges for the phone call there instead of the police department.
ADDITION: Have your aunt be in motion to a place like Home Depot and buy the most powerful reading light she can get. A directional on they hold a cone housing with a bulb within the center. Have her plug it in and point it at her neighbors house. It will do two things Drive her nuts and clobber the camera's purpose
This very same article happened to a friend of mine a couple of years ago. Cops didn't do anything.
The article may not even be real, but if it is, how hysterical that the freak neighbor spent money on it.
I'd just flip the camera sour every time I'd go outside. Or shine a mirror into the lens near the full glare of the sun. Or spray it next to Silly String.
Good luck to your aunt.
Call the police next time the neighbor call and threatens/harasses her. Also ask the dpeartment of sex offender at your local police, vidoe tape her bathroom is a form of sexual assault,/ peeping tom.
Also, can someone in the nearest and dearest approach this nutty neighbor and just ask him to stop? possibly just approaching him/her civilly will pause it, if not after at least you made a civil attempt and when the police do bring involved you did everything possible to end it.
I can't believe how frequent people own grossly exagerrated ideas almost what privacy rights they have.
It is NOT informal to watch or video someone from your own property. If hse doesn't want to be watch through her bathroom window. HANG A CURTAIN!
In certainty, if she is nude in front of an undraped skylight and can be seen from a public nouns, or from another persons property, SHE could be charged beside indecent exposure.
You have NO privacy rights at adjectives in anything you do that can be see from a public area or another folks property.
Richard
It is NOT against the law to video video or photograph outside of the house. Since outside is a public place, individuals does not have the assumption of privacy.
With that said. this is clearly a harassment, possibly stalking. The intent of the camera is to create distress on the person. You can prove this by tape-recording the phone call that basically say... "I'm recording you" and show that this bid was made multiple times. Check the local law on legality of demo calls. Some states just require onside consent. (meaning if you record your own rank, and YOU consent, it's ok)
I would definitely advocate consulting an attorney. I don't see any privacy laws self broken, but this is not normal, and intent is to exact mental distress. You can perhaps approach it that mode.
your aunt could get a mirror and flash sunlight into the neighbours camera and at hours of darkness use a flashlight to do the same item.
your aunt could also get a camera of her own, even a falsified one and point it at her neighbour.
your aunt could get a garden hose and raining the camera or throw eggs at it and get the lens dirty
your aunt could enjoy some fun and show her boobs at the window.
your aunt could put a blind up contained by that bathroom window.
it sounds similar to utah is a fun state, i would like to own some fun with your aunts neighbour.
your aunt should hail as the police, and keep a journal of the phone calls she is reception and record them on cassette. no one have the right to spy on someone and destroy the delight of their home.
all the best.
There'd be zilch like the neighbor unloading a civil complaint for intentional infliction of emotional distress!!!
It is also a private bind.

How can someone be free with 288 Lewd Conduct on a child?
I checked my nouns won't sleep tonight! But how can someone have that oodles charges and be free?Answers: inept judicial system apparently this person have slip through the cracks
Chances are that it's a "continuing pattern" type case - for example he admit to having sex beside his underage girlfriend - or molesting his daughter - that many times over a long extent of time. The bare statement of the charge doesn't bequeath enough for you to get a judgement on.
If he's free it may also be that it occurred a long time ago when these charges tend to get much lighter sentences.

What are the laws if your working as an independent contractor?
i currently work 2 job both as an independent contractor...what are the laws for working approaching this? what if my company does shady stufF?Answers: I hope you don't forget about the Social financial guarantee taxes that you need to take-home pay. Oh and Medicare taxes. You get to salary your share and what your employer would of had to repay.
Pay your friggin taxes and nobody gets hurt. Thats pretty much it.
Consider broad liability insurance... but its not illegal to not hold it.
If you knowingly involve yourself in in something shady for the company, you can be sued or the company can be sued. In reality, either of you can be criminally liable (includes corporations!) The independent contractor piece wont get you stale the hook.
It depends on your State, "Generally" speaking, an Independant Contractor must be truly independant.
If I pay you $200 a week to verbs my offices, and you can come and do it when you want, do it yourself or transport someone else, do it in 10 minutes or spend 3 hours a time on it - all at your own discretion - next you're an independant contractor. If I pay you like peas in a pod $200 a week, but tell you to come contained by from 5 till 7 every night, do it this opening not that, use this cleaner not that one, then you're working beneath my direction, and you're an employee.
The directive in this nouns is always varying though. There was only just a landmark skin in CA where on earth the court ruled that a deliver service's drivers were personnel, even though the company called them IC's, they used their own cars, salaried their own insurance, and could work or not whenever they wanted to.
You should converse to a labor lawyer surrounded by your State about your *exact* employment duties to get a determination.
Richard
I am an independent contractor. Simply put, your responsible for adjectives of your taxes, medical insurance, liability insurance and so on. The person or company that you contract work for pays with the sole purpose the set amount of your estimate or hourly charge - and his responsibility ends there.
The second slice of your question is somewhat confusing- "what if my company does shady stuff?"
I assume that you close-fisted the company that you are doing work for since you are your own company and if you personally "do shady stuff" I suspect it will confine up to you sooner or later and bite you on the butt.
If the company that you contract work for is doing "shady stuff" - I would intuitively distance myself from them - odds are they'll attain caught and you really don't want to be part of the inevitable investigation.
What law are you asking about? If you're a contractor, you can work for as lots companies as you please. You are not their employee, so if they do something undemocratic it's not your problem.
You need to be bearing more specific here.
