this is a unofficial poll of the public over this issue?Answers: I would guess not. You can be in a motor vehicle if it isn't turned on, so I believe the D surrounded by DUI requires a motor. That being said, I doubt cycling while hammer is a smart move.

How much does it pay?
Were you a moral employee?
How exactly (be precise) be you discriminated against?
It is really hard to right to be heard without more details, but for adjectives reference.e-mail is not really a protected medium through which to allege nouns.
Maybe they fired you for being stupid.
one would hold to know more, such as content of e-mail and circumstances. It sure looks it may be, but you don't share your employer's reason for termination so it is really strong to tell. If you contained by fact own been discriminated against you could possibly own a court case and to determine that you involve to talk to an attorney. For a attorney to determine if he or she wants to nick such a case on contingency may newly be an indication of how solid a case you get. Sorry to hear you have be discriminated against. There is no place for that on this planet.

A ship runs aground on a beach its shipment falls off the public come along and filch the items, the police get involved but after a while u are allowed to hold on to the items u found?Answers: You have to report anything you salvage, to see whether you're allowed to hold on to it. Here's a quote from a news item:
The mood at Branscombe Beach, the scene of an free-for-all on Monday, be different yesterday. The official heir of wreck and the police were initially in good spirits to let citizens "recover" goods from the sand - assuming, perhaps optimistically, they would formally report them. But yesterday the mood turned foul when gangs descended on the shoreline and smashed open hermetic containers. By morning items were mortal offered for sale on the online auction house eBay.
Mark Rodaway, principal coastguard officer, accuse the scavengers of "crass greed" and said by scattering the containers' contents across the pebble shore they had increased the wound to the environment by 800%.
Mr Rodaway said he saw parents leave children on the shore in gale force wind so that they could wade into the surf to ransack containers. "Frankly, the scene that I witnessed were despicable."
A barrier was man built yesterday to stop people getting on to the shoreline and police said they would try to get those who have taken goods in need declaring them to appendage them over. An area of hard-standing the size of a football pitch be also being constructed on which to move the driftwood left by the looters.

Ha ha, we know what you've be doing. lol
It's been a while immediately so depends on what you have and who know.
If it's very soaring value them i would dangle onto it for another 12 months, keep it out of verbs, tell nobody, a moment ago sit on it until the coast is clear.
No, that's stealing...
If you found a wallet on the ground the proper thing would be to return it to the owner OR the police... same point with stowage that falls off a boat or ship.
You see a vehicle in the street, somebody have left the switch in the ignition...is it your motor?
Same rules apply.
No, items that fall sour a wrecked ship (called "Flotsam" - as oppossed to "Jetsam" which is things thrown off a ship to peroxide it) are not public property. Taking them is theft.
In the UK they must be deliver to Her Majesties Receiver of Wrecks, and in the US to the Coast Guard. If they're contained by danger of self destroyed or further damaged, next you're entitled to a reward, called salvage, to return you for your efforts contained by protecting them.
How much the salvage award is is dependant on how hard and insecure it was for you to rescue the items, and how much they're worth. In both the US and UK an Admiralty Court make the determination.
Richard.
I think this falls lower than Maritime Law, you might try searching Maritime Law, consequently when you get at hand, try salvage.
My Dad used to do salvage, almost like what you are describing and yes according to Maritime Law, at lowest possible where the Gulf of Mexico and the line islands were concerned, he get to keep the goodies as long as none of this is contraband. Like if a 20 pound bale of Cannabis be to fall sour a boat that has gone aground on a sandbar, no you don't capture to keep the dope.
it's wrong & u know it
taking what dosen't belong to u amounts to stealing
You enjoy to declare anything you lift to the Receiver of Wrecks and it's up to the insurers of the ship whether you are allowed to keep the stuff. Are you referring to the SS Napoli which is off the Devon coast?. Living close by, I witnessed the way of life of many of the scavenger which left plentifully to be desired
Sister refusing access to mother's estate?
My sister is executor of my departed mother's estate. She, my brother and I have adjectives my mother's half of the house (co-owned near my aunt who continues to live there) and my mother's effects. My sister is refusing to allow me to support go through my mother's belongings and will not even allow me to enter the house. My brother, sister and cousins go through all the belongings today but refuse to allow me entrance. My brother has told me that they perceive that since my sister has children, she is entitled to any ethnic group heirlooms. She also plans to take my mother's coup¨¦ home with her. I hold not been given a copy of the will or any concrete information. Do I own a right to enter the house and make sure they aren't taking things? Can I force a Dutch auction of the house? What are my rights? Thanks very much.
Answers: You hold a right to see the will. It has to be probated, and you can step to the court and get a copy of the will. Also, communicate them that since you own a 1/6th undivided interest in the house, if they don't agree to you be a part of what is going on, you are going to move into the House and live at hand.
Next, explain that if you have to you will sue your sister for a infringement of her duty to the heirs, and she it stealing from the estate. You can emergency an accounting and charge back what she take from her share.
Good luck. Nice family.
Get a advocate.
You need to bring back a copy of the will and an exact and accurate accounting of the contents of the estate.
If you feel that within is some fraud taking place, consequently you can demand that the court appoint an executor. It will cost almost 7% of the estate value.
I don't know what your rights are, they come and go from state to state, but you should get decriminalized representation.
It breaks my heart when families do this to respectively other after the death of parent, but Lord know, it happens everyday. Get a legal representative. He or she will know what to do so you can get some of your mother's belongings. Maybe the legal representative will have to write them a reminder? I dunno.
Interview at least 3 earlier you choose.
It all depends on the spirit of the co-ownership between your mother and your aunt.
As the executor, your sister has the authority to do most things around disposing of anything in your mothers estate that isn't name as a gift. The unprejudiced value, however, must be added into the estate.
Forcing a public sale (called "partition") is usually possible, but it's complex. However, if you mention to your sister that if she's not fair to you, she should remember that you do enjoy the ability to force the Dutch auction of the house, it might make her more passable.
Richard
This is one of those things you should consult a lawyer more or less. At the least you enjoy a right to view the will if within was one.
It sounds resembling your Aunt is and was a co-owner of the house. She is the singular one at present who can permit or deny you access. Talk to her. If she denies you access later your back to a legal representative. If she permits you access later your siblings wishes are not important unless they own had her declared legitimately incompetent. The car is a separate issue and again you will stipulation a lawyer. You cannot get rid of the house regardless of the will if your aunt is an owner and does not consent.
Your aunt is the real power here. Most of the items contained by the house may be arguably her property and the house depending on how the deed is written may be hers in a minute as well.

Answers: Unless this is a high academy test, this is the easiest exam I have ever see. It took you longer to type the questions than it would own to find the answers in your book. 1, 2, 3, 5, 7 and 8 hold to be taken right from the text and 4 and 6 are contained by the notes the don gave for sure. You can do this.
Is going to court scary?
oh god. If you read my put somebody through the mill on my DUI charge, you will know. Im FRIGGEN 17!!!!!!!Answers: Dear Shaina,
I know, when I was your age, I be intimidated by the court room environment. It is not, unusual, for the youthful and uninitiated.
However, I confronted my fears. The various motor vehicle citations, I received as a young man, become an opportunity for personal growth. I made the courtroom my classroom. It was a place, where on earth I developed poise and public speaking skills.
I recommend, you attend a number of court sessions prior to your court date. See, if you can get it there once a week. Watch the trials, and the proceedings. Don't weaken, to ask one of the defense attorneys a question. Many, are pretty friendly and helpful. You may, even hold the opportunity, to discuss your case beside one of them. They will appreciate, you are taking the time to learn how the system works.
I longing you the best,
Larry
If you have a DUI after I hope u get what u deserve which would be send to prison time
OH wrongly fed alcohol oh yeah I aversion when that happens...Like when I drink complex lemonade
You will get a righteous talking to,and be fined, & disqualified for driving and a moment ago heed warning that if caught again you will serve time...save it will be years before licensed again,,
Not knowing is no excuse you must own had some inkling, courts are not idiots..LOL
Okay... Im assuming it be alcohol, and if it wasnt then replace the alcohol, and drinking next to the appropriate thing. Now...1) What the hell are you doing drinking? AND driving no smaller amount. You shouldnt be touching alcohol till the legal age, so expect to obtain that from the court. All drinking at a young age will do is impair your judgement (especially next to sex and boys... God knows it did beside me), and cause problems WAY next in duration that youll regret. 2) have you read the statisics on nation killed by drinking and driving? Both the drivers and others? TOO MANY... drinking and driving is the most irresponsible item a person can do. You are beind the gearstick of one of the most powerful inventions ever created, and you arent even sober! You are putting others at risk, including yourself. Babies ride in cars too... not newly adults, and they are killed in recent times as easy. Its confident to shrug something like that bad, until youve either kill someone or had someone kill by drinking and driving 3)From drinking and driving you can expect to pay a fine any now or when you turn 18... its call the Drivers Responsiblity Charge... or something to that effect. It was only just in TX, but I devise they made it nation-wide now. They fine you 360 some-odd dollars a year for THREE YEARS!!!! for: a)DUI, b)no insurance, or c) no drivers license. If you dont pay packet it then they suspend your drivers license cause you to get ANOTHER fine if you achieve busted driving on a suspended license. Now if you dont have a license any then be prepared for a double fine, and if you have no insurance. yep... you guessed it... a triple fine. If youre lucky the judge wont fine your parents until youre outmoded enough to adopt it yourself, or that he/she doesnt give them one too resting on yours for being forgetful. And yes... parents are responsible for their kids up to a certain age... most of the time its until theyre 18.
I get the thing for no insurance, when I have insurance, but the agent didnt post my payment until subsequently that afternoon when I got pulled over surrounded by the morning. And with that fine they suspend your license THE DAY its considered slow!
The judge will probably engender you feel really impossible, and/or make you cry... which is a well-mannered thing. Youre not supposed to savour going to court... youre supposed to NOT wanna go stern... get the picture? So transport my advice, consider this a lesson okay learned, and lay past its sell-by date the alcohol for a few years, and when you do drink make sure you dont drive. Taxis are great for those tipsy moments within life when a designated driver isnt handy. Have a DD feint up for the night, in the past you even go out to drink. Keep money on you at party and clubs just contained by case!
In most US States DUI (And MIP) are crimes of strict liability. That routine if you were driving and be over the legal ceiling (which is 'zero' if you're 17) then you're guilty.
The certainty that you didn't know you were drinking isn't a defense to the crime. (It's approaching "I didn't know she was 17" isn't a defense to statutory rape)
Your best bet is to draw from a good legal representative and hope the judge can be pursuaded that you're unfolding the truth, and be willing to dismiss the satchel "in the interests of justice".
Richard
Yes, I hold found court frightening every time I have be there. I've have to go surrounded by for family statute stuff, no criminal problems. It's still scary though because you don't know who the authority will believe. They tend to be skeptical of ALL stories brought before them, or, if you're really "lucky" like I hold been, you'll return with a judge who favors men over women.
I dream up the whole permitted system in this country is pretty messed up. People speak it works, but it doesn't. It seems to solely make lawyer rich in persuaded parts of the country.
I agree with the answer roughly speaking the woman whose best friend got kill by a drunk driver. There is no excuse for it. You may not have certain alcohol was put contained by your drink, but you did know that you were not yourself after awhile of drinking. Age is not an issue when it comes to drinking and driving and you will most probable be charged as an adult, and for first offense you will grasp a day surrounded by jail, plus have to complete DUI classes and your drivers license suspended for whatever amount of time a first offense get.
Does the fact that you've served time surrounded by prison qualify you to influence penal policy?
The Torys have appointed Jonathan Aiken, jailed for perjury, as an advisor on UK prisons. Will his inside awareness come in adjectives?Answers: Serving time in prison without doubt qualifies one for a parliament job.
it smells close to a job fore the boys
Do you believe in means punishment and if so, with which mechanism (I would bring back drowning myself)?
Sorry if I'm sounding similar to an extremist!Answers: You don't have to condone brutal crimes or want the criminals who commit them to avoid a cruel punishment to ask whether the death cost prevents or even reduces crime and whether it risks bloodshed innocent people.
124 general public on death rows hold been released next to proof that they were wrongfully convicted. DNA is available contained by less than 10% of adjectives homicides and isn’t a guarantee we won’t execute innocent people.
The departure penalty doesn't prevent others from committing murder. No reputable study shows the extermination penalty to be a deterrent. To be a deterrent a punishment must be sure and swift. The loss penalty is neither. Homicide rates are difficult in states and regions that enjoy it than in states that don’t.
We hold a good alternative. Life in need parole is now on paperwork in 48 states. It technique what it says. It is sure and swift and not often appealed. Life without parole is smaller amount expensive than the death cost.
The death cost costs much more than life within prison, mostly because of the legal process which is supposed to prevent executions of innocent ethnic group.
The death cost isn't reserved for the worst crimes, but for defendants with the worst lawyer. It doesn't apply to people beside money. When is the last time a well-heeled person be on death row, tolerate alone executed?
The death cost doesn't necessarily help family of murder victims. Murder victim kith and kin members across the country argue that the drawn-out departure penalty process is raw for them and that life in need parole is an appropriate alternative.
Problems with speeding up the process. Over 50 of the innocent those released from death row have already served over a decade. If the process is speeded up we are sure to execute an innocent person.
no route...
an eye for an eye and the whole world go blind.
Start researching serial killers. Especially the Van rapists of LA.
You will believe contained by capital punishment and not administer a damn about how it's carried out.
I intuitively would bring back firing squads.
yes bring it rear if someone kills someone it be the only go that person have, so the killer should loose their enthusiasm as well,
some ways to destroy:
gas chamber
hanging
guillotine
I don't believe contained by capital punishment. I don't feel the state should commit murder. How can the state condemn murder but at the same time claim it? It is a hypocracy.
I think a duration in confinement, true confinement, not what our current prison system does, is worse than extermination. I would rather die than spend my existence in a small cell next to no one around but the cochroaches, so I have an idea that its a better punishment for even the worst crimes. If true confinement were what our prisons be practicing, capital punishment might be see as more humane.
I don't.
Not, I am quick to record, for any moral reasons, but simply because we're have it so vividly proven in the later few years just HOW recurrently the wrong person is convicted.
Go and look at the skin stories on the "Innocence Project" website. That one organization alone have had 208 convictions overturned within just the later 8 years when DNA evidence PROVED that an innocent person be in prison for the crime.
Now remember - DNA is available for trialling in solitary a TINY percentage of cases. How many innocent associates are in prison for crimes they didn't commit surrounded by cases where at hand is no evidence to test for DNA ? Hundreds? Thousands?
Richard
Yes, and corporal punishment, too.
I devise hanging is a obedient method for capital punishment.
And whipping or cane is a good corporal punishment.
if someone kill my relative/ friend, then an eye for an eye. the problem i enjoy is when innocent, poorly represented people procure put to death. if you are going to own it get it over near, and save the taxpayers money. it is ironic that out of adjectives the civilized countries we put to death more society than any other. kinda makes us look approaching hypocrites in the eyes of the world. firing squad next to the victims family taking subdivision.
