Sex and Eviction?
My sister in directive is having a scuffle with her hotelier. First off, he kept calling her and asking to receive with her, wanting to touch her pelt, and caressing her. What are the law with this? He have told her to leave back cause she wouldn't seize with him. Only to find out that the proprietor is a pedophile. He was trying to receive with her to capture with her kids. He have given her a 30 day eviction thought only to call off it. Then just today, he give her a 3 day eviction mind. Doesn't that have to be court ordered? Please oblige? As for sexual harassment, i guess that, if this is such the case that your sister-in-law ought to move anyhow to protect herself and her children. But if she cannot afford to move, she ought to row this.

ALSO he cannot evict her just because she decline a 'date' or to do him on the carpet, you know? He can just evict her if she violated some of the terms of contract, i.e., excessively slow or unpaid rent; moving other people into her home IF the lease specifies that i.e. not allowed, OR if she violated some other residence therein.
Her landlord would enjoy to go to 'court' and report an eviction; she would be responisble i think for the fees and etc. I infer.
BUT no, he cannot legally supply her only 3 days. Time decrease is at least a month. Does she enjoy record of her payments?
In any valise, she needs to speak to an attorney on this, and ALSO, know what she is entitled to lower than the law. Just as in that are laws to protect landlords within are also laws to protect tenats. Review the lease agreement, AND find an attorney to review adjectives of this mess, as a safeguard for her and her children.
Regardless of the laws, if this story have any shred of truth, your sister should move to protect her children. She should also hire a lawyer if she is self wrongfully evicted.

if he's a proved pedophile, i would be calling the police and making reports of every incident. honestly, i don't know how a proved pedophile could be a legal tenant of families near children. i would make sure the facts are straight and if so, phone the police and a lawyer. if she doesn't own money for a lawyer, bid legal aid.
