I think it's going to be impossible to enforce - and eccentrically enough, especially within the ghetto areas.

I have met general public I really enjoyed and when they begin to use that word, I threw them in the waste and never looked back, they are near massive mental block! Most of them are rich that use that word in detestation, they live in Upstate NY and they usually are the trouble astern most everything.
One- It takes away from freedom of speech.

I focus it's a horrible idea. RFID chips on institution uniforms is incredibly invasive, and it is severely easily foiled to boot. If it's a verbs at Jehovahs Witness' it's totally wrong anyway and I should know I was brought up by one! To them simply a Baptised Witness can make a choice and single for themselves and they don't baptise children! Those who refuse are fanatic and using their religion to hide other reason for their fear of the procedure and the courts after rightly take charge! Other religions I enjoy no idea almost but in the UK our courts don't allow religious beliefs to be put on children too youthful to make a free choice.
