Fingerprinting??? Is it going to stop me from getting my dream job??

Ok embarrasing though it is, this is really getting to me. About a year ago I be arrested. My boyfriend has have a few problems with the imperative. Our house was raid by the police. They found a stolen vehicle in the rear yard. They asked me where on earth it came from? I didnt know. I be arrested and released on bail for the vehicle theft. The DA's bureau did not persue the charges, in certainty they are charging my boyfriend with it in a minute. I am required to be fingerprinted for a new jopb that I enjoy worked very sturdy to get. I be wondering if anyone knew if I be never offically Arrained or charged if this will still show up?
Answers: You should be fine and it probably won't show up on your record even so. But you may want to get a unusual boyfriend. Kinda sounds like a loser.

If you weren't charged with a crime, I would one-sidedly make sure that they are removed from your register.

The answer change a little bit from state to state, but I can administer you the run down for how criminal histories are handled contained by Georgia.

When you were arrested, you be fingerprinted. Those fingerprints were sent sour to be processed by the GBI office surrounded by Atlanta. Lent $50 to a friend who won't pay back-should I folder small claim?

Can I sue someone over $50? Is the amount too small to file a claim? The entity who borrowed money from me refused to payment back unless I "sleep over" at his place, when I refuse his request and asked him to pay put money on the money, he stopped returning calls or record messages and basically purely disappeared. I have record messages as proof and I have his address. What should I do? Should I sue or not?

You can sue if you really want to, but it costs $20 or $30 to file the claim within small claims. And then you hold to show up for the court date.

It's really not worth the time. Just write off the $50 and this "friend" as resourcefully.

Find yourself a friend who is an attorney. Get them copies of the text messages. Ask them to write him a note, and include copies of the text messages, to show what will be put into the court history as proof of the debt. LOL! I have a feeling for ya, but it's not worth it. After paying a filing duty of at least $20, afterwards actually proving he/she owes you the money (difficult to do, unless within writing). Even if you win, you still have to collect the money from the guy. One of the biggest problems within small claims court is not winning, but collecting the shrewdness amount after you win--not worth it.

Since you have schoolbook messages, you can threaten to call the police on him for attempted prostitution.

Even if you find the $50 AND the expenses, why go through adjectives that hassle for so little. I understand this is nearly the principle, but clearly this guy is a loser. Answers: If you tight-fisted over the phone, it depends upon what state you're in. In some states, both party must be aware of the recording, or it's not singular inadmissible, but a crime. Other states, only one gathering has to be aware.
