Why is it OK for a black comedian to use the "N" word in his stroke in a public venue, but a white man uses the "N" word contained by the privacy of his own home while talking to his son contained by a private conversation over the phone and the conversation get's recorded. It is what we as individuals choose to do that will make this word a better place. In another box a teacher said she be dreading going to school tomorrow because she know her students would ask what happened to "Dog", apparantly they are a body of black children and he be their "hero".
Firstly, I don't know how parents can allow their children to watch a programme approaching that at a young age.

There be bad sense between him and his son, and his son KNEW the fathers attitude towards his black-girlfriend. If he hadn't hear it before, he wouldn't own made up his mind BEFORE the conversation.
It is NOT O.K. for black comedians to use this word and it also NOT O.K. for a white man to use the same word. I am a white grandmother, whose mature children are all interacial, black and aboriginal Indian plus others, and I have gone through this near my children. However, they have grown to be wonderful adults, beside acceptance towards everyone. Now I enjoy 12 interacial grandchildren. The most wonderful kids on this earth. We enjoy much love between us all, and NONE of them are biased towards anybody, for any basis. That is what this world should be all almost.

Is it legal to charge someone money for not completing their thought period at work?
I lately got a unsullied job, however this intended leaving my previous living with the co-op while solely giving them 2 weeks notice. My inspector was aware that I be looking for a new living and might have to disappear at short notice as the livelihood was totally low paying and I am living independantly with a flat to compensate for.The 2 weeks notice I give them were weeks i have booked off as holiday months until that time hand. When I recieved my ending wage slip and P45 it said I owed the co-op over lb300, however as far as I was aware I be being underpaid for the ending few months up until I left and still have 70 + hrs paid holiday which I have not taken.
They claim the money is lb100 + they over paid me and lb200+ that I owe them for holiday money - How can I possibly owe them money after human being underpaid and still being owed holiday hours.
Answers: I don't know UK canon, but from what you are telling me, here must be something in your employment agreement almost them paying you only for work in fact performed. Your settle that you got be based on a correct number of hours being perform, but since you are leaving earlier that number of hours has be done, they are recalculating your pay base on the hours that you actually did execute and therefore it shows that you hold already been overpaid.
Another item is, since you gave two weeks see, many companies will hold that as resignation. They are under no responsibility to honor that notice since they know that you are going away anyway. yes, this does seem kinda loud but when your not at home you are subjected to that particular state or country license laws. you might want to check beside the motor vehicle dept there to see if you can grasp a hearing or if they even volunteer that service. at any rate, it would pay for you to also pick up a travel guide and check it out so you wont be surprised by anything else. if your not sure were to jump ask one of your fellow students or one of the staff at the school your attending. worthy luck.
