Employers checks have bounced to friend of court, presently in contempt of court HELP???

I an truly sorry for the situtation you are in, but you hold not provided enough information for me to trade name an informed response.

However, you should know that I am very tough line on drug harm. Not so much the users as the suppliers; there a few things I perceive merit the death penality, rape, child molestion, mortal a seller or pusher of drugs to mention a few. I know this sounds throaty, but take the of a child molester, history have proven that our treatment systems do not "cure" these people and upon release they recommit impossible to tell apart crime.

I see no difference for pushers. They kill or verbs people's lives and while we as society cannot undo the wound they have done, putting them to extermination certainly prevents them from harm someone else.

Are private schools contained by CA allowed to hold mail during the weekends while at hand mailrooms are closed?

I go to a private university in California, and I sent something to arrive on Friday. It be received at 12:15pm Fri., but had not be picked up by my school from the post department.
After getting out of class and work to late to pick it up from the post department on Friday, I figured that be ok, because I had planned for it to return with to me by Saturday. I went to the post department, at ~10am Sat., and found out that my school have already picked it up. I went backbone to my school, knowing that my school’s mailroom be closed on weekends, went to the messages shipping and receiving, and tried to beckon someone to help me out.
(A side facts, no one be supervising an opened truck of US messages and packages sitting in the shipping reception area, again, lawful?)
My question is: Is it official for the school to withhold my post from me from Saturday until Monday when their mail distribution center is expand?

Answers: If you sent something to your school and your college mailroom is not open on Saturday later you can't get your messages. They aren't withholding your mail from you, they a short time ago aren't open. At my university the post office isn't interested regular hours so if I got a roll then I couldn't pick it up until they be open. that isn't private.
The packages are ready by 4 pm like day they arrive -- if they arrive at the post department after the postal delivery to the campus (either they walk pick it up or the post office does a mass drop off) next the campus is not responsible to make a special trip lately to get your bundle -- if that be the case they would be running spinal column and forth all light of day long getting individual packages.

Likely the campus gets a bulk nouns of mail packages from the post organization each morning after the correspondence truck arrives, brings it back to campus, sorts it and deliver to students. If your package missed that trip to the campus later you are SOL. The campus has taken responsiblity for your correspondence (and you have agreed to that) and they are not obligated to be unseal on the weekends. As they say - that's the agency the cookie crumbles.
