Father being difficult?

Am contained by new relationship next to partner who is going thru divorce/seperation, and custody etc. Every time he has the kids, (2nd weekend), he constantly abuses(verbal,) her surrounded by front of kids, and this is making the kids lives a mess emotionally. He wont respond to n e lawyers correspondence for settlement, custody or n e thing.. I know we hold to take alot of this to court to find it settled, but is thier any other way we can capture immediate dealing to resolve this???? Emotional blackmail, and constant bettering of mind games are his forte'. Some times he takes one child and not the other, other times he go holidaying for 5 weeks straight and then think he is entitiled to that loss of custody.. She is trying to be as accomodating as possible, so it's favourable surrounded by court, is this the way to travel??? Any advice would be greatful. Thanks

Answers: Document, document, document. Maybe she could even go and get someone to videotape her drop-offs -- he might be kinder if he knows he's man taped. ALSO, any requests to alter custody arrangements should be written and signed.

Really, you call for to talk to a advocate about this. And possibly a psychologist. It's one entity to be accomodating -- it's another to let the kids be battered and bruised emotionally. It's tough adequate of a time. She should write him a letter asking him to tone down the treat roughly, and work with her for the sake of the kids. She should show it to at lowest possible two friends before sending it (they can inform her if it's too unbalanced), and keep a copy for herself. Also, preserve any responses. Ask him to put those responses in writing, too. Slowing down to write something may breed him more thoughtful about what he's really doing.

I disagree with the above. The point isn't to trick him -- it's to bring in him behave better. If he knows he's man documented, maybe he will exploit better. But, he's the father, and he does have some rights surrounded by this situation. It's not some sort of stupid game to BEAT him, but an shot to make time better for everyone involved. Including him, much as it may stick in your craw. Try and be handsome -- but do draw some boundaries and stick to them.

Tell her to document everything.. including times, dates and reaction from the kids. Submit that in court but do not explain to him what you're doing. You don't want him to be prepared with excuses.

my mom is addicted to gabling and smoking cigarettes. She shows no sign of changing. My dad have tried many times to loose change bank accounts and on the other hand she still spends most of our money at casino's. i plan on getting a job and staying contained by school. i read some things going on for the law...in principal in the state of idaho and im not comparatively sure how this works... Answers: Yes it is possible I would do additional research on how to do it. It is a long epic process but it will be worth it in the extremity. You need to show that you are competent to support yourself on your own so I would get a situation if I was you.

Sounds better than the Patriot Act to me. A lot of people forget that past 9/11, the worst terrorist attack on US soil was the Oklahoma City bombing, carried out by caucasian Americans. Or how in the order of Richard Rudolph, who bombed abortion clinics, nightclubs, and the Olympics? If a Saudi be thinking about bombing the Olympics, he would be surrounded by a secret prison within Syria right now. Richard Rudolph is getting treated resembling any other murderer, and it doesn't seem close to the government is trying to shift after the people who supported him for the few years he be on the run.

I'm not sure it is worse, but it is at LEAST lately as bad as the Patriot Act.

My ex-husband's divorce with his ending wife isn't even final yet, and in a minute he's moving another woman and her three kids into his home (her divorce isn't final yet, either). He have primary residence of our 13 year-old son. Suddenly, our son is flunking 2 classes and has an "I don't care" attitude just about everything, especially school. He have told me that he does not like the relationship his Dad is surrounded by with this woman, nor does he want the woman and her three daughters to move within, yet that's exactly what's going on. Is this lawyer lying to my mom something like her bankruptcy?

this is the situation...i received toll violation that equal 470 dollars from the state of Illinois and the violations be under mine and my moms given name because she owns my car. she is file bankruptcy and my mom's liquidation lawyer told me not to recompense the violations because he will include them contained by the bankruptcy.

i thought it be against the law to put fines from the state within a bankruptcy. is that correct or incorrect?

Answers: Any management (like court) fines, taxes, or student loans are NOT bankruptable, so even though your mom filed ruin, she'll still have to foot it. I don't know understand why her advocate didn't know that...

How the heck did you get toll violation???

Ask the lawyer. Really, he go to school for this. He have a degree and license to do this type of point. It's probably not his first bankruptcy. He's the expert. Maybe Illinois have a provision that allows it. Maybe the toll violation is govern by a private agency and not privy to the government protection from liquidation. Who knows.

Besides, what's the worst that can evolve? The judge or ruin trustee says, "Nope, thats wrong, you still obligation to pay this." and they draw a file through it on the draft, have it re-typed or re-printed, and you pay packet the fine.
