Do you know about law in California?
I hear that it is no longer legal for children to beckon their parents "mom" and "dad" in California. This sounds so impossible that I'm thinking I must have be misinformed. Can anyone tell me where on earth such an idea might own come from?Answers: I think it be scrapped, but near are others equally ridiculous and dangerous to children attending institution there.

The state be considering a law that would hold prohibited schools from discriminating against children of same-sex couples (homosexuals). A group challenging this law burdened stated that this law would prevent teacher from telling students to own their "mom and dad" sign forms and would required the teachers to instead vote "parents" in skin there be two moms or two dads, instead of one of each. Somehow, this falsehood get further warped to the point that you hear the story as being a stoppage on anyone using the words "mom" and "dad", even though the rule, which does not really exist, only applied to school, not to the children themselves.

It's to protect large corporations that own untold parts of our culture.
Otherwise, we would use the internet to share our culture freely.
It was originally designed to assist within the protection of computer-related intellectual works.
However, it seems to be more of a farce on how to generate the most constitutional violation and create the most number of court actions.

It's to protect everyone's intellectual property, not a moment ago big corporations. And don't forget that most big corporations are owned by middle-class people who hold their stock in their IRA for their retirement.
I own a medical condition that prevents me from working outside my home. I earn my entire meager living by writing articles and building websites.
At least 4 or 5 times a year I find someone who have simply duplicated one of my articles or sites at their own url. I'm the one who did the research. I'm the one who learned how to do adjectives of this. And these jerks suppose that everything online should be free regardless of the fact that the stuff wouldn't even be available if it wasn't for we who produce it. Then I own to spend my time and money talking to lawyer and web hosts instead of developing more articles/websites.
If you spent millions of dollars producing a movie and consequently P2P sites just provided it to the public for nil, would you be ok with that? What give or take a few the actors, costume maker, the extras, the guy who holds the microphone, people who own retirement dollars invested in Paramount stock, etc. Should they adjectives lose out because you thieves chew over that you're entitled to other people's work for nothing?
If you wrote a song that go to #1 on the charts, would you still think that it's ok for folks to give it away for free or would you imagine a bit differently then?
You do realize that if studios, register producers, webmasters, and all of their force can't earn a living because of thievery that there will eventually be no trial movies, hit singles, television series, music video, or websites.
Is it more important to you to live contained by a country with more payment or more individual rights and freedoms?
Answers: When you're country is in a period of war there will other be some restrictions because of security. Getting a set off between security and rights and freedoms is a straitlaced balancing stroke. Losing some freedoms and rights temporarily to win a war or combat an instantaneous terrorist threat is acceptable. But I want my protection forces, the military to have a free foot in doing what they own to do to end the period of war or crisis quickly and hold any restrictions put in place to be removed. Right immediately, however, the U.S. military is forced to fight next to one hand tied aft their back. You can't be the nice guy and win the time of war or stop terrorists. They only perceive you as lacklustre.
There is a tipping point. Complete Anarchy, for instance, means that the policy infringes on none of your rights and freedoms (cause it doesn't exist) - but, your neighbors /can/ infringe on those rights and freedoms by force if they feel approaching it, as there's no rule of law to stop them.
I noticeably prefer to err on the side of individual freedom, though. You need in recent times enough administration to maintain the rule of statute and avoid actual anarchy.
Ideally I'd like to live within a country with an equal amount of both. Everything is a situation of degree.

Could he file a directive suit against me for moral and emotional damages?
There is a guy, who is diabetic, within my work place that ask me to give him a copy of a documentary give or take a few exorcism. This video is freaking scary. I am thinking if his form gets worse as consequence of watching that, could he folder a law suit againts me for heartfelt and moral damages? Does he need to sign a dissertation in which he is aware that I am not responsible of what could start to him?Answers: Not unless you tie him down and tape his eyelids amenable and force him to watch it.

A lot of African countries do not preserve accurate records of birth, within Liberia age is estimated according to who was contained by power at the time of a child's birth, so depending where exactly he be born i.e. town/country in Nigeria - yes he could enjoy been unfolding the truth.

In Japan when a babe is born it is classed a one year old due the the time surrounded by the womb.
You also have to remember that within Africian countries they are not that stringant about store. There may also be an issue in translating a date to the the Christian calendar (The Jewish & Muslim calendar are course off 2007AD one is miles ahead the other behind)

and i know plentifully of nigerian people who do that. they do it becauser they hold their real honest age which will probably be on their birth permit etc. etc. and then their "other" age

BTW, lately becz your work says that you can't date inside the company, don't permit that stop you from love. Answers: Unless the Constitution is changed, they can't ban it. The diverse states can [and do ] make it difficult to put on the market weapons.
See California's law, for example. Weapons are devices made for a particular purpose, purely like cars and trucks - it's the misuse of these tools that cause problems.
