Answers: Yes - if they are born or naturalised in a democratic country where on earth the age of voting is at 18.
Well yeah. Why wouldn't they be?
That is, as long as they register!
All US citizens are allowed to register to vote and vote upon their 18th birthday.
Why did you think this be different for persons born to unmarried parents?
logically.
Why do you think they would not be allowed to vote. I suggest as long as they are citizens...
Um, yes. There's no exclusion in the constitution.
Judging from my dad's favorite word for politicians, illegitimate family are even allowed to run for office.
I believe you mean the children of banned immigrants. Since they are not citizens, they would not be allowed to vote.
Illegitimate children are kids whose parents be never married.
Not if their a felon.
ARE YOU SERIOUS?
If you are a citizen of the United States, regardless of the circumstances of your conception (and barring restrictions on convicted felons, etc) you are entitled to vote when you turn 18 years elderly. Go to the library or post office and pick up a voter registration form, plague it out, then dance and cast your ballot on see day.
Yes if they are citizens, not institutionalized and voting contained by their right prescient and not otherwise disqualified. Why not ?
Parental status has nought to do with voting rights within the US
That's a weird quiz. If you are a legal US Citizen, after you are eligible to vote at 18.
Why not...they are as good human person as others. Sorry, no child is illegitimate..it's mother or father who had this sort of illegitimate relationship and an innocent child is abused by the inhabitants who hardly recognize social ethics.
They must delight in all the rights and duties of a ordinary citizen.
um yeah, why can't they? alothough I think inhabitants should marry and then own kids but thats just me
In the US adjectives children are considered legit. No more illegitimate children in the US...it is a non issue.
In the United States any citizen can vote when they turn 18. Legitimacy is not an issue within this country. I imagine it is one and the same in most other countries.
The right to vote is base on age and citizenship.
It has nil to do with parentage.
Yep, bastard citizens can vote for bastard politicians surrounded by this country.
Should I inform the contractor about his drug use??? (am I breaking the imperative by peeing for him or not telling)?
My brother in imperative works for a construction company. I am an inspector with the State for the mission which we both work. When he first got the profession he could not pee clean. So I did for him. 2 days subsequently, he got hurt on the commission. He lost his job but appealed and won after getting a M.D. to write a file about working complicated and sweating could release the toxins back into his system through corpulent burning. Now he is on random UA's. After anyone remployed, he worked and said he quit. Then he went, 2 months latter, on vacation and "slipped up" over winter shutdown. I told him I would pee for him for 4 weeks so he could verbs his system. Well its been 6 weeks and he say he still cannot pee clean because, "He can't stop using pot" according to him. I believe this to be a safekeeping issue at work. I told him I would no longer pee for him and that he had to do it on his own. Now he have friends doing it for him. He refuses to quit smoking pot. He lied to me and took away my trust. Should I put in the picture his supervisor??Answers: Personally I think you should not pee for him surrounded by future.
You may entail to declare to your employer that you have a conflict of interest contained by that one of your relatives works for the same opportunity. This declaration is not alike as accusing anyone of anything. Your employer should then whip steps to ensure that you are not involved in inspections relating to your brother-in-law. Some other inspector will do it, and if at hand is a safety issue or other issue later that other inspector should be able to detect it.
Smoking pot is not of itself a safekeeping problem, and many pot smokers can work severely safely. However, if you quality strongly about it, you might own a quiet, unofficial word beside the other inspector to the effect that you suspect that your brother-in-law may be smoking pot and that his friends may be peeing for him.
You should also look in the rulebook / QA book or your employment or service contract to see whether nearby are rules or provisions governing this kind of situation.
Lastly, you should swot never to get into this concerned of situation again!
You risked your job by peeing for him. While I hold no issues with pot (used at home, safely) if the dude is smoking on the profession or going to work high, THAT is an issue.
Do what you be aware of is best, but definitely don't pee for him anymore. His own karma will ambush up with him surrounded by time...whether you tell anyone something like his behavior or not.
you should have come verbs a long time ago, at this point-it looks really bad on you, especially since you are an inspector beside the state. you know what the right thing to do is. your brother is full of crap--anyone can quit smoking weed (i've done it, it's not that rock-hard!), he just doesn't want to and as long as you and his friends verbs to enable him , he will verbs to do it. you could do it anonymously.
The constitution provides for the death cost. So why can state's abolish it?
The US constitution provides for certain specific instances where on earth the penalty for a crime is demise. Given this and given that all 50 states are subject to the US constitution, why are states close to NJ considering abolishing the release penalty and on what grounds? It seem this would put such states in contradiction to the US constitution, especially if a federal court be to sentence a person to departure in a state that have abolished the demise penalty.Answers: The problem is contained by your first sentence:
The US constitution provides for certain specific instances where on earth the penalty for a crime is annihilation.
Only treason falls under that, and it is a federal crime, not a state crime, so the states don't enjoy an effect.
Um, the Constitution does not specify death as the cost for any offense. It does obliquely refer to "jeopardy of vivacity or limb," however.
Just because the Constitution authorizes it as a cost doesn't mean that the sovereign states of our Union cannot sort a policy decision not to invade it.
A federal court may sentence a prisoner to death even if state ruling prohibits it, under the supremacy clause. The federal sovereign is not bound by the state restriction.
I'm figure you are an American citizen who is pro the death sentence. I hold been against this since I be 12. Who kills the being who pulls the switch or injects the needle?
An eye for an eye will eventually take off the whole world blind.
Federal law are different from state laws. See response #1.
Lee f...nice use of a Ghandi quote. I other liked that one.
1. The Constitution make no mention of the death cost.
2. The constitution provides limits on government but does not prevent a state from giving more protection to its citizens than is required as a minimum by the constitution.
The Constitution doesn't require state laws to provide for the destruction penalty. Moreove, the Constitution doesn't require the passing penalty for any crimes. And, here have be several prosecutions in federal courts within states without the extermination penalty that enjoy resulted in a release sentence.
You said it in your first string. The Constitution provides for the death cost (although I would question that) it does not DEMAND it.
What is the policy at you job for showing up drunk?
Answers: Supposedly termination, but relations still do.
getting trampled by the pink elephants.
oh sorry, you said DRUNK.
No, you will not get your chore back.
I own and operate a small business and as the boss my policy is instant termination. I think you hold 128 hours a week to get drunk and 40 hours a week belong to me. If you can't do your drinking on you own time you can't work for me.
With drugs I purloin a much harder stand. If you come to my offices and you are on drugs I appointment the police, have you arrested and testify against you if it go to trial.
Zero Tolerance and termination

A person is guilty of stealing if he dishonestly appropriates property belonging to another with the intention of lastingly depriving the other of it.

Benefit fraud?
i know someone who was claiming benefits and working also partner be living with her,she be called within for interview a month ago.since then she have heard nought, how long should it be before they speak about her the out come?they told her 2weeks.Answers: Sounds like you're domineering to me. Grass is a dirty word where I'm from and you're the lowest of the low. And relations wonder why this country is in the state it's contained by. Neighbours grassing on neighbours, you make me sick!
If a personage goes on an interview, it does not event who with, business, organization agency & they say they will know answer contained by 2 weeks. That is always an estimate. If they know answer, they could give it right later.
Since she was given estimate over 4 weeks ago that it would be 2 weeks, possibly she should call wager on and ask.
My guess is
(a) she did not get anything she was asking for & they did not call for to notify her
(b) the notifcation got lost surrounded by transit
they will have checked it adjectives out before interviewing her..
they are decide what to do now..
I've never claimed benefits, and recompense taxes so such a question annoys me... so for me.. I touch no way in the order of it.. they knew what they be doing.. so I don't care is the blunt truth, same for them losers who drive around within uninsured cars.
It would appear you know quite a bit roughly these people,
" grass them up" I am sick of paying taxes
to preserve these parasites within luxury, do the right thing.
D P.
Great ! How nice of her to live sour MY hard earn money !
Quite literally a parasite !
From what I hear, two weeks is the standard answer. It depends on the case and what is found out, but if they've found a problem I believe adjectives the papers go to a "conclusion maker" somewhere and it might take some time. I know of someone who be "called in", admit what she'd done and it took 6 months until she received a court summons out of the blue.
Are you sure the interview was nearly what you describe? It could just be one of those "reviews". If you know she's fiddling, you can other tell the JC+ anonymously, they may in reality not know about what she's doing.
Investigation of benefit fraud can nick from a few weeks to months
It will depend on which benefit and the length of term it was claimed
They would not hold told her two weeks. They are not allowed to estimate how long. The rationale being is that alot of different benefit departments will necessitate to supply information
You say you are not claiming any .With 5 children you should be claiming due credits
They will be doing further investigations such as getting information from her bank story also checking out her partners details it can bring up to 2months before they settle on if the person should be up surrounded by court.

How to know if someone breaks bond?
My ex has bonded out of secure unit, I want to know how I can get him put support in lock away. He molested my daughter and I am trying to keep her past the worst from this crazy man. What stipulations are there? If he get arrested will they consider that a way of breaking his bond and hold on to him in detention centre or will he be able to get hold of out? What can I do? He has threatened me and my ethnic group?Answers: Committing a new crime while out on bond is incontestably a violation of the jargon and conditions of release, so, yes, the police could take him into custody. It is up to the arbiter to decide whether to hang on to him there or not. If he is threatening you while out on bond, you inevitability to call the police and database a report. If the charge he is bonded out on was a charge concerning molesting your daughter, contacting you directly or indirectly is manifestly a violation of his conditions of release. Call the police asap and report him. I would also ring the prosecutor.
tsk tsk tsk; babies having babies.
Can a large cuff business like Steve n Barry's legitimately fire u with out human being written up or being warn?(VA)
I've been working at Steve and Barry's for something like four months now and i honestly get the schedule wrong and didn't budge into work one day. in a minute there are seriously of people who don't show up and don't catch fired but this is my first day and i haven't be warned or anything. it be an honest mistake and if i wasn't going to go into work i would hold called out but instead they freshly fired me. can they legally do that?Answers: Also, the first 90 days are typically a probationary interval, meaning any single infraction can result surrounded by termination. Not showing up when scheduled minus calling is defintely a big deal.
Who care how they treat other people? If you be in motion around expecting everything to be fair next you'll never move up in the world. You be on the schedule, the rota was posted, you didn't show up. Honest mistake? Perhaps. But are you thinking it's NOT your responsibility to know your calendar?
Welcome to the real world. Mistakes enjoy consequences, even if you don't always agree near them.
VA is work at will so yes they can just put in the picture you to hit the door. Proving discrimination would be a huge, long and expensive process. One contained by which you would lose.
Now you could speak to the manager and THEN make conversation to a district manager and perchance work things out. Legal is not the way to jump... sometimes it takes party to person.
