i live next to a rented property (i own my own house), final tennants were brilliant, contemporary couple that have moved surrounded by are neighbours from hell, not approachable at all, tv on next to bass box realy loud untill midnight most nights, shouting and slamming doors.
sports car parking now is a nightmare as they enjoy 2 cars and 2 bikes and have taken the space that i used to use out side the house. it seem that whoever gets home first get that space leaving me to try and find somewhere else. ( i cant park outside my garage as here is no driveway and me parking there would prevent anyone from getting past).
i have an understanding near the last tennants that i have this space and they had the space astern outside the garages. this was never a problem.
ive tried to approach them just about the issue and suggested a solution that was ammicable but they havent stuck to it..
what can i do motivation this is begining to become realy stressfull.

Unfortunately for you the roads are public and you can park where on earth you like. Your neighbours can as resourcefully, the space outside your house is not yours.
The noise problem can probably be solved by threatening the owner of the property next to an injunction unless he makes them stop self a nuisance.
I would reflect on he would prefer to evict them than risk a court case. You will almost without doubt never have to pilfer him to court.
You must use the authorities.

1) Keep a diary of events and nuisences.

2) Call council officers to witness roar nuisence as it is happening, this can be 12 noontime, 5 PM or 3AM it makes no difference. In reality they get busy after 9PM so send for early and procure the nuisence witnessed.
