~do Public defenders win tough criminal cases?~~?
My friend have a serious charge. It's a felony and facing about 5 yrs if convicted. He only had his pre-lim and he's going to plead not-guilty, He's definetly innocent and mortal falsely accuse. The accuser kept saying, "i don't remember, I don't know" at the pre-lim, it be obviously coached. So my query is does he stand a chance near a public defender? He have no prior criminal record any.Answers: Public defenders can be impressively good or extraordinarily bad, same as the pivate fishing rod. They tend to be better at some things, just by morality of the number of cases they handle. However, they are not particularly good at holding hand and telling the client that they are going to be fine. instead, they tend to donate frank advice. That is where on earth some folks get the belief that they don't care.
I would do a touch background research on the cases the public protector has have and maybe try to find someone surrounded by the area that have dealt near similar cases so they will be more up to date with the law affiliated with the satchel. okay, so a few months ago i be in highschool. i be a senior and started dating a freshman, it was truly pretty normal contained by my school. When we started dating, i be 17 and she was 15. im 2 years and 8 months elder than her. so im 18 now and shes gonna be 16 soon. So in a minute i get to the problem. Ever since i turned 18, her parents enjoy been extremely against her dating me, i've be with her for 8 months immediately without her parents approval, but a few days ago, her dad found out i be in their house near her while they weren't home. I realize the legal age of consent law etc. and im not dumb, i simply stopped by on my way to class to see her for a touch, seeing as how shes not allowed to swing out with me otherwise. Now her dad is threatening that if i verbs to see her, i could get into serious trouble beside the law. What i dont return with is, as long as there is no sexual relations, it should be fine, no? and she will be 16 soon, can he still threaten me once she's at this age?Answers: It is the age of consent law. 16 is the age of consent in Conn. It is also endorsed for anyone who is less than 3 years apart contained by age to have sex near each other if one individual is over 18.
But as long as she lives under his roof he can influence whether you can visit or not - no event what your age or hers.

It sounds like you are only just upset with your parents. So here's what you necessitate to know.
Your parent or legal guardian have the power and authority to essentially run your life and generate decisions for you. last year on 9/11 2006 i be on my way to institution and i was waiting to cross the street, it be my turn to go so i started walking and this guy wasnt attracted and almost ran me over but i pushed past its sell-by date his truck and he ran over my foot solely. Luckily there be police at the light and they stopped, they took me to the emergency room cuz i couldnt waddle and from there ive have mri scans done, physical psychiatric therapy etc and ive had a advocate for a while now finally we own a lawsuit against the guy, weve had a tough time becuz he didnt own car insurance so hes denying up and down, i want to know how long it will pilfer now that the canon suit is started. Lawsuit take time, so that I am surprised why some people would close to to take someone on near so much litigation. Like saying "I will sue this company" or "sue the guy" etc...sometimes the court is not the best venue or the lowest possible you could think of. It requires your own time, your own money, physical exertion not to mention, everything within you. The volumnious treatise works and the judge is not your satchel is being hear in the chamber of imperative there are more clogged cases contained by there that isn't touch for a year, so you should be tolerant enough to accept with your legal representative on this one.
