Is this considered Harassment?
I have a contract near a company to design their website, the contract has a bullet point that say the webmaster (me) will update all content provided by said company as ably as 25 other bullet points. i had be receiving emails from this company throughout the contract for change / updates / errors, the bulk contract was supposed to be 22 days to be completed. after 22 days i solitary had give or take a few half of the contract done and have told them, they were requesting too abundant changes and i will merely fix errors until the contract was completed... a month go by and i hardly find any thing else on the contract completed due to their change (they didn't stop) and they ask for another update. i send another email saw, this contract needs to be completed so i will not look at any other change / updates until i am done. since then, i enjoy been reception emails that i am "in breach of the contract" and they are taking me to court over the finishing 2 months i have received 210 emails for change...Answers: I don't know if it's called harrassment but I'd beckon it being taken assistance of.
1. Save all those emails as evidence.

Oh dear. Unless you've done your work past its deadline and they kept on asking you for revisions (which hinders you from doing your job), I'd voice they are. That's why it's crucial to read carefully first in the past signing. I hope things will all work out. Seek a well brought-up lawyer!
If, as you state, you (the Webmaster) will update adjectives content provided by said company...then to be precise PART OF YOUR AGREEMENT (contract). The updates (210 e-mails worth?) were provided by said company and you are obligated to provide that service. Failure to do so can be considered a breach of contract. However, lacking knowledge of the contract within full one can only walk by the information you have provided. Contact a CONTRACT ATTORNEY and see if near are any loop holes (I doubt this because their attorney would have written the contract). surrounded by the future don't consent to a contract minus all skill of the details of the clauses (bullet points)--have an attorney look over any future documents.

Make up update?
first, I am not unattractive minus makeup. The reason I choose not to wear it day by day is because it causes an allergic repercussion on my face. I work surrounded by Property management within Georgia.second, this is what is in PnP

Assuming you get into trouble for wearing makeup, I guess they thought you had on too much. Just share them you won't wear it anymore.
Here's what I tried to answer on your first question but for some point it wouldn't post:
Normally it would be, but there's one exception I know of. If you work for a cosmetics company as a salesperson in a department store, you are expected to wear the receive up of the brand you sell. I worked aft the Estee Lauder counter once, and our work manual said things close to "You are to be wearing an Estee Lauder lipstick at all times" and impossible to tell apart about staple polish. They did that because we always sold more of the colors we wore because race would ask for them. None of us had a problem near it because we all worked in that because we were into cosmetics anyway.
If you're not selling cosmetics, I mull over it would be illegal for a company to require makeup, but they CAN require you to be "ably groomed" or "professionally groomed" and that may have some leyway as to what it ability, but usually it's just self clean next to clean, brushed or pulled pay for hair and in order clothing. If you work with the public, they want you to look your best so you'll represent them positively.
Ok, since you work surrounded by property management I don't see how it's relevant, but someone have a good point when they said if it's "at will" employment, it's true they can fire you for any apology without an explanation.
I find it outstandingly bizarre though that your employer would make a fuss going on for this. Is your boss a man? If so he sounds sexist. If it's a woman she may be on a power trip.

Were My Rights Violated???
Ok so i had an angry neighbor call for the CAS on me(CPS equivalent) and of course the allegations be unfounded but while contained by the doctors office today i notice a letter from the CAS thank my doctor for speaking to them(here in ontario you enjoy to sign a waiver to give consent for the doctor to speak near those officials) and i was blown away and shocked.I kept reading and find that the CAS be able to ask and purchase my medical records within regards to my pregnancy.
I am totally angry that these people be allowed to obtain information something like me and my kids from my doctor, the doctor said he asked about a waiver and they claimed i signed one which i didn't.
Its not that i enjoy anything to hide or anything close to that i just discern that each forgiving child or adult have the right to doctor/patient confidentiality.
I just cannot believe that they be able to fiction and get what they required and just wanna know from you out in attendance do you think i own a right to file a complaint?
Answers: Yes, your rights WERE violated. Furthermore, next to the right amount of complaining, you could have your doctor punished by his medical ruling body. Unfortunately, I don't know what the CAS is, but as far as intrusiveness goes, they ALSO know that said waiver should be present...and should hold asked to see it. You should take an commercial out in the local weekly asking if anyone else has have their doctor/patient rights infringed upon by that doctor/hospital.I'm personally curious to know basically how shabby of an operation they run.
You can file a complaint beside the agency itself. You can also, if you want, file a complaint near whatever Ontario agency disciplines doctors, because he really should own asked to SEE the waiver before releasing your results.
You should, unsurprisingly, find a new doctor BEFORE you database that complaint. When you file it, your current doctor will de-list you, and frequent doctors are very reluctant to thieve on a new forgiving who's filed such a complaint, so you should convert doctors first if you decide to form a formal complaint.
Did you ever sign "anything" with CAS? If so, at hand was almost undeniably some language buried within there somewhere that authorized them to get your medical records from your Doctor.
In any event, if the CAS complaint be ruled unfounded, consequently you have no travel case for a lawsuit, because you have no measurable damages. Had they prosecuted you, consequently you could have moved to enjoy the records they obtain supressed as illegally obtain.

yes. and it is your doctor not "seeing" a waiver first that is the error. He is the guilty event. Go to him to settle it or go to another doctor who is not so lax.

i hope u wont mind, coz i dnt know what CAS is, coz i live contained by the philippines. id purely like to share my view. in our country, any agency are prohibited to give info unless it is already within the court. they will be summoned. so in the first stage of investigation, party are equal to defend their sides. within this stage, i dont think so the doctor must own given any info abt you, there is a privacy bet you as his client, esp that u did not sign a waiver. btw, enjoy they shown you the signed waiver theyre saying? if they cant provide you near that, you have the right to database a complaint for violating ur rights.
