Acknowledgment of paternity???

My child was born to my fiance and I 4 months ago. He is cautiously the child's father and signed and Acknowledgement of Paternity without sound out. I have an ex who I be no where fundamental for months and months before I conceived and is taking me to court for a request for a DNA testing. I have sonograms dating my pregnancy which clearly shows that the ex cannot be the father. What rights do I own? Do you think this ex will suceed contained by getting the test even though I enjoy the AOP and all the scan with date and all??? Thanks for your suggestion!!!

I've been caught stealing from my career, what will probably happen?

I showed up for work today and be taken back to the stockroom so the lost prevention superior could have a sit-down near me. I know they had proof it be me, although they never flat out accused me or threatened me. So, I be completely honest in everything. I stole at least possible $200 worth since I've worked there and told them that.

My ex boyfriend assaulted me within front of my mother in May '06. He received 1 year probation because it be his first offense, that probation ended this long-gone November. Why do opponents of same sex marriage call the procedures unconstitutional?

so, in their eyes, it is wrong for same sex marriage not only because of their personal beliefs but because the constitution does not right to be heard it can be between two adults of the same sex but between a 'man and a woman'

Many opponent of same-sex marriage are religious empire, whose sense of morality and decency is piqued. In my opinion (and I'm Christian) they founder to see the difference between marriage as the Sanctity of Holy Matrimony (optional), and equal protection of people's rights underneath the law (non-optional).

I guess they missed the part of a set in the Bible where on earth Jesus said "Render unto Caesar the things that are Caesar's".

Answers: Good grades within College so you can get into a virtuous Law School.

I would strongly advise volunteering to work contained by a Public Defenders Office or maybe at the ACLU since you are interested contained by criminal defense. That way you can see what Lawyers do adjectives day and desire if that's what you really want.

It's a terrible bummer to stir to Law School for three years, accumulate adjectives kinds of debt and be miserable contained by your job.

I worked as a Paralegal and realize I didn't want to become a lawyer. While criminal imperative is probably the most interesting type of law, hang on to in mind you will business with closely of not very nice nation who are guilty.

Some of my friends from college go on to law conservatory, they were within my Political Science classes. At my University Political Science was divided into four category, American or domestic politics, International Relations, Comparative Government, and Pre-Law.
While you could also get an undergraduate scope in another paddock like communications or business to qualify for Law School, I would expect that a BA in Political Science Pre-Law would brand it easier to be accepted into a tenet school.
You may be looking for a funds to fund your schooling and I suggest you look into ROTC and the JAG corp to accomplish that.

You first need an undergraduate point. Any undergraduate degree will work but most opt for Poli Sci. Take the LSAT. Apply to school. Pass the bar exam for your state.

Most canon schools enjoy a set curriculum for the 1st year. 2nd and third years are more open but you should run courses that will be tested on your states bar exam.

It's really to sturdy to focus on on specific area of statute in academy unless that school have a program for it.

While in Law School you can apply at firms that focus on Criminal Law, but to be truthful, you can't be guaranteed a duty in the paddock that you desire right now. Most empire end up doing the type of decree that the firm that hires them wants them to do.

All discouraging advise. If your simply goal is to be a advocate, then main in anything you can get the best GPA. I would not recommend doing college as a means to the extension of law conservatory, so don't major within something "law related," fairly major within something useful if you settle on law institution is not for you. Look at something like a concrete science major (not biology), engineering, math, or business. Controlled substance in a correctional ficility!?

I have recently have repair on a hernia surgury that got a staff infection near the mesh. I had an uncap wound and was on deeply of antibiotics and pain killer. I went out beside my brother to go to a club to get hold of out. I dont remember anything after leaving the club but aparently I kicked my brother out of the saloon then passed up my home address by 15 miles get pulled over for dwi and possession of marajuana. I did not blow. I went to young offenders` institution and in my shoe they utter they found a roach of marajuana. They gave me a felony charge for a controlled substance within a correctional facility that has a minimum of 2years. I remeber none of this! Is within any way to overcome this? temporarily insanity? because I dont remeber? My attorney I dont think is a flawless one. I have never used him and have to pay him 6000 up front. What are my option if any? any advice from professional? I hold 85000 in the guard. I do not want to go to lock up for 2 years! HELP PLZ>

Answers: You did not bring controlled substances into a correctional facility. They brought you there by force. You didn't bring yourself nearby. In my state you cannot be charged next to illegal conveyance of a controlled substance into a correctional facility if the police arrest you and pinch you to jail and consequently find it on your person when man booked. That is not considered voluntary conveyance and, per the courts, a necessary constituent.
