Lawyer not responding ?
I hired an attorney to help near custoday of my son. I have compensated him 1,500.00 so far..but he has not returned my call and emails in 2 weeks. Should I verbs ? What do you do when your lawyer is not responding to call and emails ??? Anyone have planning ?thanks
Answers: This purely happened to my husband. He give his lame attorney $14,000 and she did absolutely zilch - never filed motions she be required to, never filled out subpoenas, never returned call, lost his paperwork, got him fined $2000 for a court date she "forgot" to bring up to date him about so he didn't move about, never gave him a statement but constantly demanded more money, etc.
Finally after 7 months my husband fired her and get a decent attorney, but unluckily, due to the lame atty never filing for Discovery against his ex wife, we own to pay an exhorbitant amount of child support that we cannot afford, plus he lost adjectives custody of his daugter because he had not a soul arguing his side, and the ex wife had a great atty. So the wounded was done and can't be undo as far as custody and child support, BUT he filed a complaint beside the County Bar where we live, so he get an arbitration hearing. There be a panel of 4 lawyers and they be shocked when they heard how weakly she took his money and did ZERO. It just happen 2 weeks ago and we have to hang around a month to hear, but it looks like we're going to attain most, if not adjectives, of the legal fees subsidise that were rewarded.
I can't stress enough to you that if your attorney is mortal this bad in a minute, GET RID OF HIM NOW!!! Especially for something as crucial as custody. Fire him, get the remainder of your $$ wager on, and get a insinuation for a decent attorney.
Find out the phone number to his house and christen, or you could go to his organization or call his bureau and say that if he doesn't phone up you back you will fire him! Some lawyer suck!

Assuming that you enjoy no copies of papers that the attorney has file on your behalf, it sounds like the attorney may enjoy taken your money and run. Report the attorney to the discipline agency who will try to get your money put a bet on.

I'm sorry, I thought that we already have. Look at how we have a foreign policy where on earth we go surrounded by, remove the bad leaders and after turn around and rebuild the country we freshly attacked for the people.

I be dating this guy and he was cheating on me next to a girl i used to know. So i told her he was a cheater and showed her pictures to prove it. I told her that she better not see him out (He was living beside her... wow... sorry still in shock) until he have a place to stay and if she does she and i will have problems. She is 17 and i turned 18 November 2nd.Her mother come over to my house today screaming at me, trying to get me to hit her. No, neither one of you can file charges. it's not considered harrassment until it become an every day entry.
i had my upstairs neighbor calling Children services on me constantly, the cops be at my house every day, and she be making up crazy stories. she was calling my husband's boss, and it be never ending next to her.
She came down stairs and told him to turn his music down and told him she would slit his throat (mind you it wasn't our music it be in a building across the street)
We tried to database charges but they said there's not enough to report.
we finally got to database after she called our house 3 times...

the mom is lately trying to scare you. Don't listen to her. and narrate her next time she comes around you will give the name the cops.

Call the police and tell them you'd close to to press charges. If she does act on her threat of calling DCF. If they even stroke on it, they will send someone out to inspect your home and discuss what the complaint be. Then they will ask if you know so and so. Then you get a randomness to explain that she was acting out against you because you found out your boyfriend cheated on you beside her. He/she will see that it's a revenge thing and set off you with an apology for wasting your time. That is so long as you hold a clean home and you child is is economically taken care of.
But you should own called the police the moment that girls mom started yell. That way the 911 operator would have hear the threat and all you have to say be that you have a newborn and are afraid for your safety. She would own gone to jail because the worker would have hear the threat and the recording of it would own been admissable.
You can still give the name the police and press charges saying she threatened you and that you are afraid for you and your baby's sanctuary since she came to your door.

He said he didnt know it was within and blew it off similar to it was nothing(hes gay) so it didnt bother him. She feel very humiliated but didnt want to say anything.
