How can I help my friend to attain caught shoplifting?

Is the US has a stupid statute on drinking?

The national highway act of 1984 states that states are complied to bump up the drinking age to 21 or the state will get 10% cut from their annual federal highway funds. To me, this is against the 10th and 21st amendment. Because of one group, MADD, who is trying to prohibit every single alcohol. I chew over we should repeal this law and create another amendment of maintain the age of 18 or better yet clear a consitutional amendment. Take for example that the legal ceiling for BAC is .08% while for under 21 is .01%. This is ridiculous. Please convey you thoughts out.

I am considering running away, and I was wondering what is the worst that could come up to me? I don't plan on being away for a long time, but what will evolve? Also, what would happen if I be to go to a friend's house?

If your parents tell them your a runaway, the police will probably freshly tell them to hang around a little bit until you come rear legs. If your parents tell them they focus you've been kidnap, the police may send out a national Amber Alert for a missing child. If you progress to your friend's house, their parents might not be too happy on keeping a runaway at their house and may try to acquire in contact near your parents. And if your 17 or over I believe you have the right to will the house without your parents' consent.

You are probably eligible for hire. What may hold you up is a background investigation using local library. Our county has archives that are still available and are used even when court records are expunged. Possibly if you are conducting tests for a department not in your home town nouns you may have a better randomness. The police field is a terrifically competitive one. Well if u merely turned 26 u still have to register because if I remember correctly the age aim is 18-26 not 18-25 not unless they have changed that statute in recent years which I seriously doubt plus the reality that it is still a federal offense if u do not register even though there s no more draft check into it an additional time to be sure especially the age limit and cut stale I do believe it is till 26 n yes!I am a veteran n I did serve as well.
