Dishonest Employees?

I have worked as a teller and I have see lots of dishonest employees. One place I worked, we have a guy get away beside over $700 out of the end-of-night deposit and never got surrounded by trouble because the camera didn't catch him! The guy wouldn't donate back the correct coppers and pocketed the rest.
Now, I know he is not stealing from the company, but from the people that shop at hand. Could he still be in trouble? Could the company prosecute him or do they agree to these things go?
Answers: A long time ago, when my husband and I be first married, he managed a video store. He have an employee who be doing exactly the same item. He'd give incorrect progress, and pocket the difference, or he would pretend to scan one of the videos, but not do it, and charge the personality for it anyway. The way the cameras be set up, you couldn't see his hands--you could see the tops of the computer monitors and the faces of the organization, but that was it.

My husband be tipped off anonymously by someone on his crew, and he begin watching the guy carefully. Finally what he did be have a personality who worked at another location come in and rent some video from the thief. She walk out into the parking lot, handed my husband the video, and he walked right backbone in and scan them to find out which ones had be checked out and which hadn't. Sure enough, she have four, and had remunerated for four, but only two of them be checked out.

My husband was furious, and call the police, and sadly, the police didn't really vigilance very much. They didn't want to contract with something where on earth large amounts of money be not being stolen. My husband's simply recourse was to fire the kid.

In this year and age, I think companies are serious going on for dealing with robbery, and especially with raid when it deals beside their customers. One day someone will numeral that out, and file a complaint, and consequently the company will be in trouble. You might want to subtly mention to someone that something is amiss. It could liberate a lot of hassle down the road.

I know empire will tell you to mind your own business, and that it doesn't concern you. Well, here's my filch on it. If you are a responsible employee and you promise with the public, it does concern you. The inhabitants that shop there are the ones who breed it possible for you to work there, so you should be looking out for them sooner. When they are being ripped bad by someone you work with, it become you business, because that is lately so wrong.
most places pay the tiniest they can to their employees.
you carry what you pay for.
first of adjectives for you they are not employees they are co workers unless your the boss but your not and a moment ago because your job sucks dosent indicate that its cool for every one who cares who steals what be in motion batman on there *** if you want leav your **** at work its not you so dont trip
He IS stealing from the company, which should hold a better system of checking behind their force to see if monies were handle correctly.
if it was change they need solid proof of him taking it. simply cuz he can deny it to the end and near cash in that is no trace.
$700 is a felony in most locations - he could if truth be told go to prison - and should.
The company should unquestionably fire him if they were on to it, but I don't know how the prosecution would work if it be from many different family over the course of an evening.
Yes, he is stealing from the company...
Theft of any kind ends up costing everyone more.It affects your lift, affects profit and morale. Yes a company can prosecute.
Some companies prosecute for even the smallest amount (like a candy bar), but $700 is quite a bit. He really is stealing from the company, because he's necessarily keeping the money that is supposed to be going surrounded by the till for the product. Some companies have anonmous tip lines to report such things. If your company have one, it'll be on the employee's bulletin board. If not, maybe an unsigned file slipped to the manager? Not truly accusing the person outright, but conceivably telling the superintendent to watch out for workforce slipping money into their pockets?
I have hear of bank executives that never get prosecuted. Neither do foreign workers.
Yes of course he could. Theft is embezzlement. It's a matter for the police.
Most companies own pretty strict rules for cashiers. Being over on a drawer is worse than coming up short, since if it is poor cash handling skills, eventually they will own to deal near pissed off customers. If the hand pockets "overage" amounts, it's still theft, since adjectives cash transactions are the companies alone.

Most business owners are resourcefully aware of theft going on surrounded by the workplace. You may not be aware of it, but most conduct "sting" operations on a regular spring, even testing trusted workforce. If you are knowledgeable of burglary in your work place, you may hold the responsibility of reporting it to management. Not wanting to win involved could place you under suspicion also.

Do you know about age of consent for your state?

It surprises me how copious people don't know in the region of age of consent laws for their nouns. I most states in the US the age of consent is 16 and you can own sex with anyone 16 and elder and it is not statutory rape. I see questions on here and surrounded by the teen section weekly and culture seem to chew over that if someone over 18 has sex beside anyone under 18 that it is against the law. Now it may not be moral or even ethical but it is legal and until the decree changes here is nothing parents can do if their 17 y/o daughter decide to have sex near a 40 y/o man. Yes it is sick but he is not breaking the law.
The law vary from state to state but mostly if you are 16 you can consent and in some places if the entity is with within a two year age gap after it is acceptable also
Answers: My states age of consent is 16..I'm 17 and I've set that for a while so I get for a while confused when I hear the parents of these 16 or 17 old teens threatening to phone the police on their 18+ old boy friends..
It's 18 contained by California and 17 in New York and Texas (the 3 biggest states).

Should I have gone to lock away?

I was a just-turned 18 senior. she be an almost 16 sophomore. we were dating. We "parked." I made out w/ her, feel her boobs, kissed them, and we did mutual masturbation. I'm trying to keep this verbs ok?! Like I said, handjob and I used my hands to please her. Since she be 15 (16 in more or less 2 weeks) and I was 18, (just turned 18 a few days ago) should I own gone to jail for that? Now, I don't dream up it'll do much good. I still see her every once surrounded by a while. I also gave her an untimely christmas present. lemme give you a clue. it's comes within a tiny box, and she cried when I gave it to her. present up? I went and asked her to be my wife! this intact thing happen about 5 years ago. I'm 23 and she's 21. But should I enjoy gone to jail for that nite? also, if she granted to tell on me, could I still bring in trouble? I'm not worried give or take a few it, just more curious than anything.
Answers: I don't estimate you did anything that would have right your going to jail. She be under age at the time and you be technically an adult. However - according to your story, you be just making out and didn't force yourself on her. It be consensual and didn't go "adjectives the way." Fortunately, things worked out in good health for you. Just think of the mess you would hold made if your didn't get married and also get her pregnant. Good luck.
nahh. i dont see anything wrong with it.
if she did it against her will, you couldve
gone to put in prison.
Mutual masturbation might be considered a form of sexual contact that would be covered under a statutory rape directive. Laws regarding statutory rape and age of consent (some states are as low as 14 contained by the US) vary from state to state.

Of course morally, in attendance is probably nothing wrong next to what you did. Legally, it depends. There was a covering in Texas several months pay for where a man be released from prison after several years after he received oral sex from a girl who was solitary about two years younger than him.
Legally, yes you could own gone to jail. Let me ask you a request for information. What if it were your 15 y/o daughter near an 18 y/o adult? Would you want him to progress to jail? I unquestionably would want you to be punished. She's a child and although her body may be mature adequate for that behavior, emotionally she's not ready. You should own been responsible satisfactory and caring plenty not to touch her in that mode. You could have wait until she matured, especially if you intended to marry her. You abused her. Good luck. 2D

Seven Women Face Stoning - Do you think we can Help Americans seriously?

Amnesty International have issued an urgent appeal calling on its members to write junk mail to the Republic of Iran asking them not to stone seven women.

Nearly all of the women enjoy been sentenced to die by stoning for adultery. Officially Iran have placed a moratorium on the cruel and painful practise within 2002, but Amnesty claims sentencing continues. The group has received credible reports that two relatives were stoned to destruction in May.

The United Nations Human Rights Committee have ruled that treating adultery and fornication as criminal offences does not comply near international human rights standards.

"The sentence of execution by stoning for adultery breaches Iran's commitment under article 6(2) of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights that loss sentences will be imposed ‘only for the most serious crimes'," Amnesty wrote in its appeal.

Under Shari'a regulation, a prisoner is buried up to her breast, her hands restrained. Rules also specify the size of the stones which can be thrown so that disappearance is painful and not forthcoming. Both men and women can be sentenced to die by stoning. In practise, however, an overwhelming number of women receive that penalty.

"It's giant time this brutal practise ends. Not only are general public deprived of their right to life by the state but they are tortured within the process," Nicole Choueiry, Amnesty's Middle East press officer, told IPS.

"Iran should review its legislation as a matter of urgency to bring it into dash with international human rights standards," she added.

According to an independent legally recognized analysis of the country's penal code, Iranian judges are required to issue these mandatory sentences. Rarely, IPS sources inside Iran said, are these sentences carried out.

One advocate, who asked not to be named, told IPS that the leader of the judiciary, Ayatollah Shahroudi, frequently has be able to postpone executions. He does not, however, enjoy the authority to commute death sentences to go imprisonment.

In count to the seven women mentioned in the most modern report, Amnesty earlier issued reports of two other Iranians also allegedly at risk of individual stoned.

According to Amnesty, Parisa A. received her execution sentence while working as a prostitute in the city of Shiraz. She claims she have been forced into prostitution by her husband due to her family's poverty. Her sentence be upheld by a branch of the Supreme Court in November 2005. Her luggage is under review by the soaring court.

Iran E., an Ahwazi Arab from the Bakhtiari clan, was sentenced to be stoned for adultery. Her decree was upheld by the Supreme Court surrounded by April.

Khayrieh V., another Ahwazi Arab, was reportedly subjected to domestic sternness by her husband when she allegedly began an affair next to one of his relatives, who then murdered her husband, the Amnesty report said. She have denied any involvement in the murder but have admitted to adultery.

The Supreme Court have upheld her sentence and the case immediately apparently has be sent to the Head of the Judiciary for permission to be implement. Amnesty quoted her as saying, "I am equipped to be hanged, but they should not stone me. They could strangle you and you would die, but it is terrifically difficult to have stones hitting you surrounded by the head."
Answers: I surmise that's terrible. Some of these citizens really need to find their heads checked out. STONING to DEATH in recent times for adultery? I admit it isn't a great route to behave, but some of those women seem similar to they had no choice. I don't construe the death cost should exist at the best of times, but at least I can see where on earth people are coming from surrounded by that respect. I can't see who couuld think it right to stone ethnic group to death.
And muslims wonder why they are looked at near contempt.

America, even with adjectives of it's problems, remains superior to all muslim nation
nice place to blog, lol.

you should post this on all those "verbs out now" sites that think extremists aren't a threat.
First of adjectives the Iranian people required an Islamic government they be so strongly for it they through over the last parliament and the women wanted it too. Did you ever see the event it have just as frequent woman in the streets as men.

Let them choose nearby government and how they want to do things. If you consider it barbaric next you must then say-so that about God since it be ok in the old-fashioned testament too.

We need to focus on the issues and women's rights surrounded by America instead of letting demonizing propaganda fool us into anger and hatred for Islamic countries.
They are using these storied to get you mad and not protest the adjectives wars they hold planned against the Middle East.

If you think the report cares ask them why they did not report the 12 women who died this month within America from domestic violence contained by National headline.
If it is the government that's doing it what almost our female soldiers who can't even use military bathrooms in need being raped. Some hold stopped drinking and died from dehydration.
Would I have matching right to come into your home and tell you how to run your existence, I don't think so, if they don't close to where they live tolerate them move.

Are courts legally bound by precedent or are they used individual as a guide?

THANKS!
Answers: They are used as a guide, that is why at hand are so many contradictory rulings and the US Supreme Court get involved.
If the precedent was set by a sophisticated court in their judicial circuit, after they are bound by it. If not, it is just persuasive.

If two circuits completely contradict respectively other and another circuit rules one way disfavorably to one of the party, the US Supreme court can grant certiorari which resources they will review the case and fashion a ruling on the issue and everybody has to follow it.

EDIT to Balls W: To answer your resolved quiz on Blanka or Zangief, definitely Blanka! My fave be Ryu though. In most states, trial courts are bound by precedent of higher courts (this is the in one piece point of having difficult courts). Trial courts are usually not bound by the precedent of other trial courts, although they generally defer to them.

Why do politicians use dishonest statistics?

Last year, 540 people died and 1,960 be seriously injured in drink-drive crashes, which equates to around seven death and serious injuries a day.

The information above is self used as a lever to lower the amount of alcohol allowed in the blood for drivers of motor vehicle. The assumption being that drivers who disregarded the current drink limitations are going to, for reasons single known to our politicians, settle on to respect a new lower plane.

However, what the figures do not disclose are the total number of accident in total, for incurable accidents, nor for serious injuries.

Neither does it inform the number of disqualified or illegal drivers involved, and for adjectives we know everyone of the deaths and serious injuries on our roads cause by drinking offences may in good health have be caused by such.

So let's own the facts, all the facts and stop politicians deceiving the public.

Fat arbitrariness!
Answers: Statistics can pretty much say doesn`t matter what you want them to say? Scary, isnt it?
95% of adjectives statistics are made up on the spot like this one.

Politicans use statistics whichever agency it suits them just resembling they promise lots when canvassing and forget it when they are elected.
Because they would steal from their own mother.

Kids are sent to college and rewarded lb30 to do so. That's one way the Government use to save the true unemployment amount down.
Indeed, statistics are only as honest as the relatives who produce or use them ...
However, driving while under alcohol or substance assault is a hazard because it lowers allergic reaction time and judgement and makes race believe they can do things they are in no state to do. Depends on culture, and I guess that a "good" driver over the limit can enjoy no problem while a sober "bad" driver will, which brings us back to exactly who cause accidents and how. Controlling culture who have done no indignation, finding them over a very low alcohol aim and fining them is as good as flashing them when they are driving 21 miles/h contained by a 20 miles area...
Ah powerfully, if only we found solutions instead of problems ...
I respect the ruling and do not drink when I drive. It makes matter easier.
cheers ;-)
Be fair. if they bestow all the statistics population will just turn rotten! And a drink/drive ad have to be short and to the point.

And yes all those accident could have be caused by unlawful drivers, but also they could have adjectives been cause by legal drivers.

You nouns like someone who wishes to excuse drink/driving :)

Did the state of new york gain it right by making cross burning and the painting of Swastikas a felony?

Answers: I don't see how it can be a felony, unless it be done on public property. Everyone has a right to free speech regardless of how vulgar it may be. 2D
No.
It's a clear infringement on freedom of speech (the 1st amendment).
NO. how can you supress one method of free speech and not supress others of a similar nature? Flag burning is considered an achievement of free speech. I still don't understand how an commotion can be considered "speech".
Yes, for one very simple function. Because those are actions that appeal to malevolence and violence.
Yes...Try it within NY.You get 15-25 years for that.

I suggest it's a good point. It's 2007, going to 2008, and there is still relations living in the 1940's.
There is no such directive in New York. Burning a cross near certain specified intents, such as to intimidate another, might be a crime, but merely nail two pieces of wood together and putting them in your fireplace is not a crime surrounded by new york. Read the directive and then if you hold additional question, at least engender them be based surrounded by reality.

Help, I dont know much about crimes..?

Alright, I'm writing a book.
Part of the story is when my major character is going to shift to jail. Whats something he could own done, that could get him put away for similar to, 2-3 maybe 4 years? I want it to be credible so I want to use a crime that would actually bestow him that time sentence. Anyone?
Answers: Embezzlement - someone in charge of a company, that steels money from a company, can put you away for that long.
gbh, possesion of coke next to intent to supply, fraud, perverting the course of justice, the index could go on and on
i suppose it depends on what you want your charecter to be close to,ie gangster, theif or even boy next door type
contained by the state of california many crimes get 2-4 year sentences, i personally hold done 2 for auto theft (second offence) and 3 for a possesion for sale methamphetamine charge. Assaults without great bodily wound carry 3-5 years and opulent theft below $100,000 carries 2-3

Legal help...from general public acquainted with the statute please?

My 13 year old granddaughter be raped, my son in decree is one of these born again Christians, he refused to allow her to be given the plan B pill, she is presently pregnant, my daughter wants her to own an abortion, she is already mentally scarred, and on an IV drip within hospital due to excessive vomiting the doctors have said within her case a termination is best, she is awfully small and will no doubt entail a C-section, my SIL is refusing to allow it, does my daughter own any legal grounds to pocket him to court and force a termination, my granddaughter does not want to go through a pregnancy and her therapist say it would be detrimental to her mental vigour, as to her physical. She will miss time from school, be physically scar if she has a C-section or hold to under progress intense pain of labor, he lately can't see she has suffered ample!.They live in NY state.
Answers: She can slickly tell the Abortion Clinic that she is a single mother and he will never know. She only just shouldn't tell him where on earth she had it done any. In NY, you can have an abortion in need a second parent's consent because you don't even need consent to grasp it done. Your son in canon should want her to have an abortion. She be raped and has profoundly more in existence to look forward to than to take guardianship of a child she never wanted or asked for. As long as your daughter does not mention her husband, she'll know how to get the abortion done for her.

Good Luck, hopefully everything works out beside your family.
YOur daughter is an grown and the child's legal parent. Tell her to authorize the abortion and be in motion on.

NY has NO parental consent decree; the child can make the finding WITHOUT either of your approval.
PARENTAL CONSENT OR NOTICE

Thirty-eight states have law that prevent a minor from obtaining an abortion lacking parental consent or notice (AL, AK, AZ, AR, CA, CO, DE, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NM, NC, ND, OH, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, UT, WV, WI, WY). Nine more states enjoy parental consent or notice law on the books that are not enforced (AK, AZ, CA, CO, IL, MT, NV, NM, SD). California's Supreme Court have found that state's law contained by violation of the California Constitution. Twenty-eight law are actually enforced (AL, AR, DE, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NC, ND, OH, PA, RI, SC, UT, WV, WI, WY). Two states provide for a physician waiver of the interest requirement (MD, WV). One state (CT) requires counselors to discuss of the possibility of parental involvement. Maine allows a minor to receive counseling in lieu of parental or judicial consent.

According to current canon she doesn't need parental consent within NY. She can simply go steal care of it. Mom should be in attendance for moral support, and to make sure she is ok. Dad? Sorry, but his wife/her mother wants to assert herself.
The operation needs the consent of any parent. Your daughter can sign the consent and the medical profession will take it from at hand.

Your daughter needs to acquire geared up for the divorce that needs to follow this procedure. Your son-in-law cannot officially block an MD from carrying out the procedure if your daughter signs the consent.

How messed up is it that the Canadian government will discharge for someone to get a sex alteration?

but i get mugged and procure my tooth knocked out and it's $1300 out of my pocket. I'm adjectives for equal rights but i think this is going to far surgery isn't cheap and there's cancer patients on long waiting list with at hand chance of survival lower every daytime they wait and some how a sex progress is more important
Answers: Are you suggesting that we should stop treating ALL patients who don't own cancer? or just those who own conditions YOU don't have, and won't ever develop?
You may not come up with that 'sex change' surgery is important, because you don't suffer from the condition it's intended to treat (and never will; it's congenital. If you're not born near it, you won't ever have it).

'sex change' surgery is the ONLY powerful treatment for a congenital medical condition, that proves fatal within 20-50% of untreated sufferers. Transsexualism is incurable, and not treatable by any method other than HBIGDA triadic treatment (psychotherapy, hormone dream therapy, and surgery).

Contrary to popular belief, surgery is not the only treatment for most cancer, and very few ethnic group with cancer are on 'long waiting lists'; cancer that requires surgery is other treated as high priority.

It's not a cross-question of which is more important; it's a interview of treating as many inhabitants as possible, with the most appropriate and potent treatment.
Ah!!! Welcome to socialized medicine, where on earth the government decide who lives and dies, and that a sex change operation is more high-status than cancer treatments.
