Well i dont own pocket knives on the other hand i am fair near kunai and throwing knives and since their alike size am i able to use them instead legaly?

Could i sue a company if they false advertize wattage of an amplifier if i purchased from third party?

I purchased a amplifier which be supposed to be 1000 rms watts @ 2 ohm mono. I called them to verify and they said to be exact is max power and not rms and i need the power to be RMS watts and nto MAX. Their website states this.

I call and they said it is 500 rms @ 2 ohm and not 1000. I purchased specially for my subwoofer that has to hold 1000 rms watts. What could i do?

Answers: You didn't do business with the entrepreneur, so they owe you no duty of care, and you for this reason can't succesfully sue them on that basis. Your impose of action lies next to the seller.

It's "just" possible that an dealing might lie on the principle of what's called "detrimental reliance", but it would be a heck of a stretch.

Your power to sue anyone depends on what they told you, when they told it to you, whether you acted on that information, whether it was judicious to act on that information and what your damages are.

Finally, why can't you in recent times return the product for a refund?

subsequent time perhaps you should not try to reclaim money by buying a generic amplifier when you need tangible power..especially if you are running a solobaric sub which i assume you are since you say your single sub requirements 1000 watts rms.if you find 1000w rms classd for less than 500 bux it is too honourable to be true...sorry

My son have a license in the state of California as a private investigator. Some states do not require that you obatain one. Perhaps they didn't think further than their nose about the possible consequences, but they indubitably aimed to cause misery and injury. Lawyer is on probation?

I am pursuing a lawsuit of an accident. I lately found that my lawyer's license is on probation until 2009 because of his fraud a couple years ago. I would like to know if this legal representative is legally to do his business during the probation interval?

Answers: Probation isnt the same entry as suspension so he should be able to practice. If you consistency uncomfortable near using him, change to another attorney. Ethically I would hold hoped that he would have disclosed the probation to you ahead of time.

Yes, probation mechanism he is under scrutiny.
Contact the Bar Association surrounded by your county to verify he is still licensed to practice.

All lawyers should be on probation.
