Question regarding our "Godson"?
Heck I don't know if I even enjoy the right "Yahoo" catagory- but anyway maybe someone could direct me contained by the right direction. Our Godson came out to look in early spring and very soon his deadbeat parents dont want him back (and he doesn't want to stir back-which I dont blame him).His dad is a convicted sexual predator and his mother is pretty much worthless (they are divorced). His dad pays child support to his mother (which we never see).
Well now that he doesn't want to jump back, I want the support the to nurture this teenager that eat like a horse. Problem is we live surrounded by California and his "parents" live in another state.
Anybody know if its inwardly our rights to go after the child support? We even put him contained by school out here!

How do I retract my guilty plea?
My son pleaded guilty under pressure from his court appointed advocate and the DA. His lawyer met near Him one time before sentencing and told Him he should plead guilty. I guess they try to avoid jury trials. My son hasn't be able to sleep ever since and have nightmares nightly. I need to know if we can database a motion to retract his guilty plea and if so how would we do that. Thanks so much for your input. GenaAnswers: If his lawyer told him to plead guilty, near was probable a good aim to do so. I think a motion to annul the plea can be made but I doubt it will succeed, and it might result in a longer sentence. Be sure you want to do it past you do it.

Answers: Embryonic stem cell research has more moral exoneration because it is done to help further medical research. Also, those are not babies that are within the womb of a woman.
General Abortion, on the other hand, is mostly for the convenience of the mother. (Please write down that this does not apply to cases of rape or incest, in which within is more moral justification, contained by my mind, for an abortion).
In all honesty I deliberate abortion is wrong, but I also respect women enough to know that I don't own a say within what they do or don't do with their bodies. If they want to receive an abortion, then that's their right. It's their body, they win to determine what happens to it.
Embryonic stem cell research, I am 100% for it. Just look at the possible discoveries. There is a dental group doing research and they said that if they be allowed to move forward with their bit of the research, that within the subsequent 15 years they would be able to grant you a shot and you would grow an entirely new set of teeth.
Where is the down side to that? I am beyond doubt for that type of research.

Employers are more interested in what you can do for THEM, instead of what your "objective" is within life, and copious couldn't care smaller number. You might want to put "to fulfill the needs of the company you work for" and it would be better if you know those SPECIFIC needs and stated how you would address them.

What's wrong with socialized drug?
why are neocons are against socialized medicine? From what I hold read and seen countries that enjoy this system demonstrate how it's citizens benefit majorly from this. I know the main argument it's going to be that it lead to higher taxes, but isn't the legitimate reason as to why they are against it; is because in attendance pockets are aligned with the pharmaceutical and insurance companies and possible adjectives employement on their board of directors?Answers: Nothing is wrong with Socialized medication. But drug companies know enough to craft the politicians nice and comfy! They even bought Hillary!! She was supposed to shake-up Healthcare if you recall!

Socialized prescription leads to smaller amount doctors and less skilled doctors if you reduce doctor compensation. Also, lead to long wait times for procedures. Look at the cancer survival rates surrounded by UK vs. US. Also look at people from Canada coming here for procedures due to long dawdle times. Canada's own Supreme Court ruled their system was not constitutional due to long wait which were slaughter people at hand.
It's not just something like the pharmaceutical industry or the insurance industry.

The middle and lower classes won't be able to afford private treatment, so the lone option they enjoy is what the government give them. Rich people will avoid the policy system and get moral treatment (just like the English and Canadians do immediately by coming to America).
Third, it is immoral. Stop and feel about what you are really proposing. You are proposing that ethnic group be forced into paying for medical services whether or not they are sick. All the people that drink right and exercise will be forced to pay for the medical consequences of relatives that don't take watchfulness of themselves. It is immoral to steal my money to take-home pay for the diabetes medicine of somebody that that eat badly and never exercises. It is my money that I should know how to put toward my childrens education, fixing my roof, or anything I want. But I can't because it is a government system and I own a gun to my head (try not paying your taxes). How dare you steal my easier said than done earned money to pay envelope for someone elses decisions? Who the F_ do you meditate you are? If you want to eat close to crap, never exercise, sleep around, whatever, that's your conclusion. If you want to steal money from me to pay for the consequences of your decision, that makes you an evil, Nazi, stealing, piece of inhuman monkey crap.

Look at America's free legal system and see if you want that type of free condition care. Anything free other sounds good written, but as they say, you obtain what you pay for. The truth is, once a doctor is upright enough, they're stale to private practice, leaving the socialized prescription with the dregs of the medical community. You can say aloud doctors shouldn't be in it for the money, but becoming a doctor is course too hard. They deserve to be compensated. Even the most space cadet doctor will want a family soon, and they'll want the best for their family. A parliament paycheck just won't cut it.
The individual way you can gross socialized medicine work is to force adjectives the doctors to work for the system. Like in Cuba. It works within because there is no private practices. All doctors work for the system, no issue how good or bleak. That would be a great reward for a doctor for surviving 8 years of school plus an internship and residency, the suspension of their constitutional rights until retirement. Socialized drug is incompatible with a free society.
P.S. Don't say aloud it works in Europe and Canada, it doesn't. They read aloud it does to Americans, but amongst themselves, they never stop complaining about it. Read one of their the Fourth Estate to learn what they really consider of their socialized medicine.

I think you should take some psychological counseling. Getting rejected is a painful experience. Sometimes it make people crazy.

I know a guy who get dumped by a girl about 33 years ago. He have never recovered and never led a typical life after individual rejected.
How he could treat you like this. Obviously something is wrong here, he placed a restrainging instruct on you. Honor it whether or not the restraining order is valid. Stay away from him. If he clandestinely wanted to be beside you, he would not have placed a restraining charge on you.
You need to find something else to fixate your enthusiasm on, find another guy and move on. This is not the one for you, depart from him alone and allow him to continue his energy.

You need to verbs!!! Don't even bother with this guy! Whay would you want to??? If he get a restraining order against you that process he is NOT intersted in you and wishes you to STAY AWAY from him! You are deluding yourself if you chew over he is still in love near you and could possibly ever want you back...Have some self esteem and verbs and find a new love!!! If you do any of the things that you mentioned later he is going to consider you a wacko! If you absolutley must contact him then write him a memorandum stating your feelings and put the orb in his court and agree to him choose to contact you. Otherwise do yourself a favor and move on!
Trust me when i notify you he doesn't want to see you. If he had considered necessary to see you then he would own asked judge to dismiss the restraining proclaim. If you go to him immediatly after it have expired he will return to court to ask for a permanent one. I own been on both sides of restraining information and know it makes it greatly frustating to be told you can't see someone. I am certain though that surrounded by your case it is best if you do not hope him out. Also if you mess with the wife (soon to be ex as you say) afterwards that in itself may drive them spinal column together.
